Le concept de la sécurité nationale hydraulique (SNH) est le résultat de l’évolution du concept dela sécurité d’une sécurité militaire en sécurité multi facettes. La méthode traditionnelle de gestionde cette sécurité nationale hydraulique est une façon non-durable. Cette sécurité nationalehydraulique doit connaître une nouvelle évolution qui prend en compte non seulement les défisquantitatifs et qualificatifs mais aussi les défis environnementaux. Une version durable de cettesécurité nationale hydraulique s’intéresse à l’intérêt commun de tous les riverains des troisfleuves : Nil, Jourdain, Tigre et Euphrate. En outre, le concept du développement durable doitconnaître une évolution hydraulique afin d’atteindre une gestion durable de la sécurité nationalehydraulique. / The concept of National Hydraulic Security (NHS) is the result of changing the concept ofsecurity from military security to multi-faceted security. Observando la información mediática noté que diversos analistas políticos, periodistas y sociólogos señalaban en sus columnas de opinión sobre diversos temas un concepto recurrente: juicio mediático. Indagando un poco más pude notar que se habían publicado varias aproximaciones conceptuales a este fenómeno pero desde el ámbito de la jurisprudencia. Entonces advertí que fiscales, abogados y jueces, estaban notando un fenómeno en los medios de comunicación que afectaba su labor, pero los propios comunicadores no habían desarrollado un concepto ni estudiado casos desde el punto de vista académico sobre este fenómeno. Como periodista me resultó interesante y retador proponer una primera observación de este fenómeno y una aproximación contextual del mismo desde la mirada comunicacional. Además, quise centrarme en el periodismo político, porque considero que es el ámbito más importante de influencia mediática y donde los periodistas tenemos una mayor responsabilidad, ya que las consecuencias no quedan sólo en opiniones, si no que se puede llegar a decidir en cuestiones importantes que afectan a todos los ciudadanos.

Tableau d'honneur de la Faculté des études supérieures et postdoctorales, 2006-2007 / La sociocritique issue des travaux de Claude Duchet relève d'un certain paradoxe, dans la mesure où elle tente à la fois de voir comment le texte littéraire est immergé dans son contexte de production et comment il peut intervenir sur celui-ci en opérant une transformation du discours par le biais d'un travail esthétique. La théorie du discours social de Marc Angenot et la socio-poétique de Régine Robin, deux approches qui relèvent de la sociocritique, incarnent bien ce dilemme. C'est par l'analyse d'une œuvre littéraire québécoise contemporaine, La rage de Louis Hamelin, que nous désirons examiner les facettes de cette confrontation. Lui-même profondément ambivalent, le premier roman de Hamelin se révèle une œuvre de choix pour explorer cette problématique qui a déjà alimenté bon nombre de débats chez les sociocriticiens.

It approaches, initially, the construction of the Rio Tinto Factory, between the years of 1917 and 1924, undertaking described in the press and in memoirs as a great enterprise, since, in their vision, the factory developed the economy of the region and of Paraíba. The first strikes in 1930, the creation of the worker’s union in 1932, the watch and repression of the communist labourers, and also the paralyzations in 1946 and 1951, are studied here as classes’ experiences, in its organizational process, and in its contents of heritage and division. It accentuates the ascension of the workers’ organization in Rio Tinto between 1959 and 1964, as an essential center of the labour movement in Paraíba, putting into practice their agenda of demands, conquering victories, suffering reverses and articulating in the electoral politics. The analysis of the workers’ processes, as a way of conquering rights, identifies the labour issues as an expression of the workers’ struggle. It is also studied the conjuncture of 1960, with the election of the labourer Antônio Fernandes for the union and for the city hall of the factorytown in 1963, and the repression of the labour movement in Rio Tinto after the coup d’état civil-military of 1964. / Esta dissertação estuda os embates operários no período 1959 -1964, no contexto da história do movimento operário paraibano. Aborda inicialmente a construção da Fábrica Rio Tinto, entre 1917 e 1924, empreendimento descrito na imprensa e nos registros dos memorialistas, de modo grandiloqüente, pois em sua visão, a fábrica impulsionou a economia da região e da Paraíba. As primeiras greves em 1930, a criação do Sindicato em 1932, a vigilância e repressão aos operários comunistas, bem como as paralisações de 1946 e 1951, são aqui estudadas como experiências de classe, em seu processo de organização, em seus conteúdos de herança e partilha. Destaca-se também o ascenso da organização dos trabalhadores entre 1959 e 1964, em Rio Tinto, como núcleo significativo do movimento operário paraibano, compondo sua agenda de reivindicações, alçando vitórias, sofrendo reveses e, realizando articulações no plano da política eleitoral. A análise dos processos trabalhistas, como uma via na conquista de direitos, identifica as questões trabalhistas como expressão de conteúdo de luta dos trabalhadores. Big Fish, du roman au film : transécriture et représentation de la relation père-fils

Ce mémoire propose une analyse transversale de deux versions d’un même récit: le roman Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportionsde Daniel Wallace (1998) et le film Big Fishpar Tim Burton (2003). L’intrigue présente les dynamiques d’un rapport complexe entre un père et son fils. Leurs confrontations à propos des souvenirs d’Edward mènent les deux hommes à réaliser leur quête identitaire personnelle. Will découvre également l’importance de l’héritage familial lorsque, reprenant l’esprit de conteur de son père, il perpétue la tradition de passation des contes. Le film est la version cinématographiée du roman. Pourtant, Big Fishestà considérer comme une seule œuvre. La connaissance des deux versions offre au lecteur-spectateur une compréhension plus complète du récit. La transécriture permet de représenter le récit romanesque, son intrigue et ses thèmes majeurs, sur un support filmique. Notre étude considère la transécriture comme la représentation matérielle du thème de l’héritage développé dans le récit de Big Fish. À ce double processus de transmission s’ajoute l’enjeu du style artistique. Le roman comme le film appartiennent principalement au Southern Gothic. Les caractéristiques majeures du genre permettent une analyse de Big Fish, car les éléments gothiques utilisés sont porteurs de significations. De plus, le récit se place dans une continuité historique des genres littéraires et cinématographiques. De la figure du héros épique aux passions romantiques, en passant par l’adoration pastorale de la nature, Big Fishest construit grâce à des spécificités que divers styles artistiques ont légué à la postérité.La forme et le fond de l’œuvre sont donc liés, démontrant que la transmission est un processus inévitable. Edward et Will sont la représentation fictive d’un processus réel: la transmission du savoir et l’apprentissage par le passé en vue d’une amélioration de l’homme et de ses relations sociales. / This study proposes an inter-disciplinary analysis of two versions of thesame narrative: Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportionsnovel by Daniel Wallace (1998) and Big Fish movie by Tim Burton (2003).The plot concerns the dynamics of a complex relationship between a father and his son. Confrontations about Edward’s memories lead both men on a quest for their own identity. Will also discovers the importance of family legacy. By taking on his father’s propensity for storytelling, Will perpetuates the family tradition.The movie is a cinematographed version of the novel. However, Big Fishmust be seen as a work of art on its own. By knowing both versions, the reader-spectator has a better understanding of the central narrative. Invoking the transwriting process, the plot and major themes of the novel are translated into a new medium, a movie. In this study, transwriting is conceptualized as a concrete representation of the legacy developed throughout Big Fish.The double-transmission of narrative is linked to an aesthetic preoccupation rooted in the politics of oral storytelling. To this end, the novel and the movie borrow from the Southern Gothic genre. Analyzing its major characteristics allows for abetter understanding of Big Fish, for the gothic elements carry hidden meanings. The story is also a result of the historical continuity that interweaves literary and filmic genres. From the mythical hero figure and the intense romantic emotions to the nature-loving pastorals, Big Fishaccumulates intertexts that a wide variety of artistic styles have handed down to posterity.The story’s style and content are thus interlinked, which shows that transmission is an unavoidable process. Edward and Will are fictitious representations of narrative process in constant evolution and development: the passing down and inheritance of knowledge. People learn from the past so as to evolve and improve man and his social relationships.

Ducharme et Vian, phonographes du pornographe? : approche de l'esthétique de la transgression langagière dans "Le nez qui voque" et "L'automne à Pékin"

Ce mémoire propose un parallèle entre deux figures centrales des mouvements de transgression propres au XXe siècle, Boris Vian et Réjean Ducharme. Issu de l'interdiscursivit et ducharmienne et de la fascination de Vian pour l'Amérique, ce croisement d'imaginaires se veut une lecture accompagnée des parcours des deux auteurs et un approfondissement de leurs afinités par l'entremise de deux romans, Le nez qui voque et L'automne à Pékin. Sous l'égide de la transgression langagière, ces deux oeuvres déploient une critique ludique des institutions et, plus largement, une critique de la société de consommation et de la société du mérite. Cette mise à mal des systèmes dominants prend pour bouc-émissaire l'écrivain commercial, que Ducharme se plaît à qualifier de pornographe, et a pour arme un plurilinguisme désinvolte qui prend ses racines dans la langue parlée, reléguant Ducharme et Vian au statut de phonographes. / In this dissertation are analysed two major figures of the transgression that characterizes the 20th century, Boris Vian and Réjean Ducharme. This parallel is born of the interdiscursivity that is present in the work of Ducharme and of the fascination of Vian for America. It suggests a reading of their two imaginative worlds through the exploration of two novels, Le nez qui voque and L'automne à Pékin. In both works we see deployed, through transgressive language, a playful criticism of institutions and, more broadly, of consumer and meritocratic culture. The figure of the commercial writer, labelled as pornographer by Ducharme, acts as a scapegoat in this criticism, just as Ducharme's and Vian's multilingualism transforms them in phonographs who play with words and language with complete freedom.

Com o objetivo de contribuir para a produção de uma história do ensino de língua e literatura no Brasil e contribuir para a compreensão da história da formação de professores e do ensino da literatura infantil no Brasil, enfoca-se, neste texto, a proposta para o ensino da literatura infantil apresentada em Compêndio de literatura infantil: para o 3º. ano normal (1959), de Bárbara Vasconcelos de Carvalho (1915-2008), publicado pela Companhia Editora Nacional (SP). Mediante abordagem histórica, centrada em pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, desenvolvida por meio dos procedimentos de localização, recuperação, reunião, seleção e ordenação de fontes documentais e leitura de bibliografia especializada, elaborou-se instrumento de pesquisa contendo a bibliografia de e sobre Bárbara Vasconcelos de Carvalho e analisou-se a configuração textual desse manual de ensino, a qual consistiu em enfocar os diferentes aspectos constitutivos de seu sentido. In order to contribute for de production of a history of teaching language and literature and to contribute for comprehension the history of teacher education and the history of teaching children's literature, it is focalized the proposal for the teaching children's literature presented in Compêndio de literatura infantile: para o 3°. ano normal, by Bárbara Vasconcelos de Carvalho (1915-2008), and published by Companhia Editora Nacional (SP). By means, historical approach, focusing on documentary and bibliographical research, using procedures such as locating, recovering, assembling, selecting and ordering documentary sources, it was elaborated a research guide that contains textual references of Bárbara V. de Carvalho and about her, and it was analyzed the textual configuration of this teaching manual, which was to focus on different aspects that make up its meaning. The results from this analysis have led to comprise that this teaching manual have a set of knowledge related to children's literature considered necessary to the elementary teacher education, that it was gradually structured according to the official programs of teaching, contributing to the constitution of children's literature as school subjects on elementary teacher education courses in Brazil / Mestre

Las relaciones bilaterales de Bolivia y Estados Unidos durante el gobierno de Evo Morales: una lectura desde el constructivismo

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo central demostrar mediante el uso del enfoque constructivista de las relaciones internacionales el factor que condujo al deterioro histórico de las relaciones diplomáticas entre Bolivia y Estados Unidos durante los gobiernos de Evo Morales Ayma. Del mismo modo, los objetivos secundarios son analizar las relaciones bilaterales entre Washington y la Paz desde 1952 hasta 2005, lo cual permite apreciar nítidamente los procesos de interacción entre estos Estados y con base en ello poder determinar cómo se crearon y moldearon las relaciones bilaterales entre ambos países. Así como también analizar las características de la política exterior implementada por el país altiplánico a partir de la administración de Evo Morales, con la finalidad de determinar las características de la nueva configuración de la identidad de Bolivia. En la presente investigación se postula que a raíz de la llegada al poder de Evo Morales la identidad de Bolivia experimentó una severa transformación. La nueva identidad adoptada por el país altiplánico se caracteriza por asumir una postura revisionista que pretende empoderar y rescatar elementos de la cultura andina boliviana, además de erigirse en contraposición a Estados Unidos. De esta manera, Washington pasó a percibir como una verdadera amenaza a La Paz. Lo cual por su parte explica el inusitado deterioro de relaciones diplomáticas entre ambas naciones. / Tesis
