Identification et caractérisation des orthologues du transporteur ABC humain ABBCC10 chez Catharanthus roseus et Arabidopsis thaliana / Identification and characterization of orthologs of human transporter ABCC10 in Catharanthus roseus and Arabidopsis thaliana

Les transporteurs ABC sont les membres d'une superfamille de protéines qui utilisent l'hydrolyse de l'ATP pour déplacer une large gamme de substrats au travers des membranes biologiques. Les membres de la sous famille ABCC sont généralement caractérisés par un domaine transmembranaire supplémentaire en région N-terminal (TMD0). Dans cette étude, nous avons analysé deux gènes ABCC de plantes : CrABCC1 de Catharanthus roseus et AtABCC13 son orthologue chez Arabidopsis thaliana. L'analyse phylogénétique répartit les ABCC de plantes dans 3 clades distinctes. Les clades I et II sont spécifiques aux plantes tandis que le clade III est le seul associant des ABCC humains et de plantes. Le criblage de la base de données a permis d'identifier 16 séquences ABCC chez Catharanthus roseus parmi lesquelles 2 appartiennent à CrABCC. / ABC transporters are members of a large superfamily of proteins that utilize ATP hydrolysis to translocate a wide range of substrate across biological membranes. Members of C. subfamily (ABCC) are generally structurally characterized by an additional (N-Terminal) transmembrane domain (TMD0). In this study the analysed two plant ABCC : CrABCC1 from Catharanthus roseus and AtABCC13, it's ortholog in Arabidopsis thaliana. Phylogenetic analysis of plant ABCCs separates their protein sequences over three distinct clusters : I and II are plant specific whereas cluster III is the only gathering humain and plant ABCCs. Screening of plant database allowed us to identify 16 different ABCCs sequences in Catharanthus roseus.

Relevance of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes as a prognostic factors in patients with portal vein embolisation (PVE) and patients with PVE and administration of autologous stem cells Background: low future liver remnant volume (FLRV) is the cause of why 75% of patients with colorectal liver metastases (CLM) are primarily inoperable. Portal vein embolisation (PVE) helps to increase FLRV and so increase the operability. But PVE fails in almost 40 % of patients. Usage of stem cells (SCs) could be the way how to support the effect of PVE. Currently, there are studies of interactions of the immune system and malignancies. We do not know about papers focused on relations of the immune system and CLM in patients treated by PVE. There were not described interactions of ABC transporters and CLM at patients after PVE was performed too. Aims: the aim of this dissertation was to verify the effect of PVE and intraportal administration of SCs on the growth of FLRV and progression of the CLM. Other aims were to evaluate the tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, ABCC10 and ABCC11 transportes in patients treated by surgery for CLM after PVE and their clinical relevances. IMPLEMENTING NETCONF AND YANG ON CUSTOM EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) has been the traditional approach for configuring and monitoring network devices, but its limitations in security and automation have driven the exploration of alternative solutions. The Network Configuration Protocol (NETCONF) and Yet Another Next Generation (YANG) data modeling language significantly improve security and automation capabilities. This thesis aims to investigate the feasibility of implementing a NETCONF server on the Anybus CompactCom (ABCC) Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) Security module, an embedded device with limited processing power and memory, running on a custom operating system, and using open source projects with MbedTLS as the cryptographic primitive library. The project will assess implementing a YANG model to describe the ABCC’s configurable interface, connecting with a NETCONF client to exchange capabilities, monitoring specific attributes or interfaces on the device, and invoking remote procedure call (RPC) commands to configure the ABCC settings. The goal is to provide a proof of concept and contribute to the growing trend of adopting NETCONF and YANG in the industry, particularly for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform of Hardware Meets Software (HMS).
