The building is situated in a almost straight terrain in the building land. The house has four above-ground floors. On the firt floor there is wine bar and hairdresser’s. On the seconf floor there are administrative areas ane on the third and fourth floor there are six flats. On the land there asi also playground and two parking lots for cars. The supporting walls are made of blocks Silka. The object is roofed by flat roof.
12	Klimatizace kancelářských prostor / Air-conditioning of office rooms Šmejdová, Jaroslava January 2013 (has links) Diploma thesis is focused on the design and dimensioning of the central air-condition system of the offices in two-story building. The thesis consists of a theoretical part which deals with air- condition systems, and computation and design part. The computation part is comprised of calculation of quantity of ventilation air, calculation of heat losses and heat gains and psychrometric evaluation of operation during summer and winter. Design part consists of design and dimensioning of air-distriutions and air ducts and consist of design of air-conditioner and machine room. There are specification of materials and drawing documentation in the end of thesis.

The theoretical part is focused on the build heating with solid fuels specifically pellets. In the calculation part is processed the proposal of heating systems, the heat sources, the water heater and other equipment. The last part of the project includes a technical report and drawing documentation at the level of implementation of the project.
15	Energetická náročnost vzduchotechnických jednotek pro bazénové haly / Energy performance of air handling units for swimming pool halls Batelka, Václav January 2015 (has links) The thesis is focused on determining the energy flows and the creation of an internal microclimate swimming pool halls. It describes the problems of design, the potential risks associated with the use of pools and thermodynamic processes heat and mass transfer. For this purpose was developed simulation program, which examines the behavior of heat and humidity in the room depending on external factors. The room can be simulated for any time period and geographic location. The outputs of the simulation are heat and mass balance, which will be covered air condition units. Three variants were designed and optimized solutions comparing claims on their operations. The experimental part is focused on the evaporation of the water. Measurement examines dependence of the speed of evaporation of water at different boundary conditions. Was investigated temperature dependence of water, temperature and relative humidity and air velocity above the water surface.

17	Knižnica / Library Vaňková, Jana January 2015 (has links) Diploma thesis addresses the implementation and design of the new library object. The proposed building will serve as public city library with the possession of 102 200 book units. The building will offer department for adults as well as kids section, technical literature, an audiovisual collection, computer rooms and study rooms, reading rooms. There are also plenty of chill zones. In the building are additional services as coffee shop, gallery and lecture hall for different kinds of events and purposes. Library has three floors and one basement solved as an underground parking lot. The building is roofed by warm flat roof. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeletal system with glass facade system, the external wall in some places as sanitary facilities, secondary staircase and coffee shop is walled with bricks with an external thermal insulation composite system. The ground plan of the library is square with dimensions 35, 45 x 35, 45 meters. The building is located in the city centre of Písek, surrounding terrain is slightly sloping. The solved area contains newly designed asphalt road, which leads to the underground parking lot.
18	Mateřská škola / Kindergarten Žemlová, Eva January 2015 (has links) This thesis describes the design of a kindergarten in Novy Jicin. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. Visually, kindergarten divided into three parts and it is on two-storey part of themselves compartment attached with two-storey in the middle part. The building has a rugged design (form L-shaped). The building is brick sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system, based upon the strips foundation, nobasement and covered with a warm flat roof. In the single-storey part there is the only MS (max. 25 children). In the middlesection of two-storey there is a main part of kindergarden on the first floor and kindergarten facilities located on the second floor there is a small department with special classes (max. 10 children). The layout of the building is consistent with the operation of kindergartens, fulfill the requirements for barrier-free use, safety, fire resistance and overall stability. The building includes parking for 15 cars. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.

The system is proposed to fulfil hygienic, operational, economic and functional requirements for indoor microclimate of laboratories. The task of this system is the transport of fresh air to interior and the covering of heat gains in summer. The equipment is also designed for the regulation of air humidity in the interior. The theoretical part deals with the application of heat penetration of solar radiation double glazed construction. Calculating and project part deals with the specific proposal of two variants of a new HVAC system-level studies of which the selected variant is developed as the project documentation. Experimental part is devoted to measuring of CO2 concentration in operationally similar laboratory. The result of this work is to evaluate the operational and economic impacts on the choice of technically feasible options and implementation documentation selected option. The benefit of the experiment is to verify sufficient air exchange to ensure the optimum concentration of carbon dioxide in laboratories.
20	Budova občanské vybavenosti / Civic amenities building Brázdová, Kateřina January 2022 (has links) Mixed-use building in Prostějov The aim of this master´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of a mixed-use building in Prostějov. The thesis consists of three parts: architectural-construction part, building services and elective part. The building has two above-ground floors. On the first floor there are storerooms, utility room, sanitary facilities and restaurant with kitchen and storerooms. The second floor is an office floor for one company which includes offices, dayroom, copyroom, meeting room and sanitary facilities. The building is founded on reinforced concrete foundation. The horizontal load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are designed from ceramics blocks. The building is insulated by ETICS. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from Spiroll slabs. The building has a green flat roof. There are parking spaces on the grounds. The building will be heated and cooled with a heat pump. It will also have an air condition. Part of electricity demand is covered by photovoltaics. In the third part of thesis, I replace frequently used materials with environmental ones in my project and compare them in terms of thermal engineering, acoustics and price. I used DEKSOFT, Hluk+, Autocad and Revit software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulations.
