Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s modelem ?software jako služba? (SaaS, Software as a Service) a popsat jeho vliv na dodavatelskou a uživatelskou stranu a na jejich produktivitu. Jelikož se na trhu objevuje stále více softwarových produktů a modelů jejich prodeje, měla by práce pomoci především uživatelům. Hlavním cílem je, aby čtenář po přečtení této práce získal jasnou představu o tom, co znamená termín ?software jako služba? a jaké služby v jakém množství jsou na trhu k dispozici. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První poskytuje teoretický základ nutný pro pochopení poskytování aplikací formou SaaS, výběr vhodné metriky pro měření přínosů modelu a její použití v porovnání nákupu SW licence oproti outsourcingu SW. Autor se zde věnuje možnostem měření zvyšování produktivity organizace dosažené prostřednictvím IS/ICT, charakterizuje jednotlivé formy outsourcingu a popisuje souvislosti, které vedly ke vzniku ASP (Application Services Providing) a následně k SaaS. Hlavní přínos práce je v závěru první části, kde jsou popsány výhody a rizika spojená s modelem SaaS, která jsou doložena analýzou nákladů na aplikaci nasazenou formou outsourcingu a její porovnání s klasickým nákupem licence. Ve druhé části diplomové práce se autor zaměřil na popis jednotlivých aplikací, které jsou dostupné na trhu formou SaaS. Po důkladné analýze trhu vybral autor služby nabízené největším vyhledávačem Google a jedním z největších dodavatelů IS/ICT společností IBM. Právě velký význam těchto společností může mít značný vliv na další rozvoj modelu SaaS, v závislosti na úspěchu či neúspěchu jimi nabízených služeb a produktů.

This master thesis discusses the possibilities of outsourcing (in Czech also displacement of activities) in a human resources area, it also considers its forms and applications in companies. The main goal is to determine whether and to what extent HR outsourcing is worth to be implemented into small to medium sized companies and what steps are needed to be done to benefit from HR outsourcing. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is based on theoretical foundations. It contains a summary of general information regarding HR outsourcing and its types. It defines advantages and disadvantages, and the current situation of HR outsourcing in the world and in the Czech Republic as well. It also describes what phases a company must go through in the process of HR outsourcing implementation into its processes. The second part uses the knowledge and experience summarized in the theoretical part and shows a concrete example of its use in practice. It specifies the possible solutions for HR outsourcing within a medium-sized organization. Selected personnel services in a company are analyzed and considered for outsourcing as separate "projects". The conclusion summarizes the answer to the question to what extent spoken hypothesis is filled.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the material about the asp Leuciscus aspius (L., 1758) from the dam Želivka - Švihov in the years 1971 - 2014. Main emphasis was put on the analysis of the flock spawning from 2008 - 2014. Here, basic abiotic conditions were monitored at the time of the spawning and growth and population characteristics were calculated. Spawning took place at two locations, at 4 - 10 0 C, the asp showed a spawning site accuracy. Males predominated on the spawning grounds in the overall ratio of 1,22 : 1. The age of the fish examined ranged from 3+ to 13+. The average mortality of adults is about 0,4. Additional flock spawning ranges from 20 to 50%. The length at which scales begin to form (SL = 29,7 mm), was determined by using the rate between the body length and scale radius. Differences in the growth rates between males a females are minimal, only from the third to the fifth age group, males showed a higher growth rates. The length - weight relationship can be described as W = 0,0153. L3,19 .

The scale material of the asp (Leuciscus aspius, L., 1758) collected from the Želivka dam between 1971 and 2012 has been processed and evaluated. The samples gathered between 2008 and 2012 have been used to determine the basic growth and population characteristics. In the first place I focused on the shoal spawning analysis. The age of individuals in this analysis ranged between 3+ to 13+, at the body length ranging between 370 to 690 mm. The length of the fish when the scales begin to appear (SL = 29,7 mm) was determined on the base of correlation between the body length and the scale radius. The growth rate in recent years was defined using the technique of back - calculation from the scales. The body length-weight relationship can be described as W = 0,009 ∙ L3,1 . The difference in the growth speed between males and females was minimal and statistically inconclusive. The growth speed of an asp in the Želivka dam is roughly at the same level as all other water reservoirs in Czech Republic.

It is recognised that normative systems, and in particular electronic institutions and contracts are a potentially powerful means for making agent interactions in multi-agent systems effective and efficient. However, correctly specifying the behaviour of such systems is a difficult problem. Designers are faced with two concurrent, complex tasks: firstly they must specify the relationships (over time) between agents’ actions and their effects, and secondly they must also consider how agents’ actions are to be regulated through the definition of agents’ permissions and obligations. Such systems are typi- cally complex, and given this complexity it may be difficult for a designer to determine whether their original objectives have been captured by the specification of the system. In this dissertation we seek to address some of the problems associated with institu- tional specification. In order to do this we present a model for specifying institutions based on the notion of socially constructed reality that accounts not only for how the action and events which constitute the institution are described, but also how they are regulated. Institutions may be used in a number of ways, and may account for concepts at varying levels of abstraction. Recognising this we also investigate how several insti- tutions, each accounting for a particular aspect of a society may be composed and how the relationships between these institutions may be expressed. Given this model, we then demonstrate how, using the answer set programming paradigm institutional spec- ifications based on our model may be checked for the absence or presence of certain (un)desirable properties.

Cílem práce je vytvoření detailní analýzy návrhu webové aplikace ?Průvodce výběrem eshopu?. Tato aplikace je určena převážně pro vedoucí pracovníky malých a středních podniků, kteří se rozhodli pro zřízení internetového obchodu pro prodej svých produktů a služeb. Hlavní funkcí průvodce je pomoc uživateli při výběru optimálního systému pro provoz internetového obchodu formou ASP. Průvodce provede uživatele krok za krokem parametry, které nabízejí dostupné systémy.

<p>Detta examensarbete är gjort för Goodwill Reklambyrå i Norrköping. Uppgifterna var att skapa en hemsida och en företagsportal åt företaget. Med företagsportal menas en applikation upplagd på Internet där företagets anställda kan läsa, uppdatera, radera och skapa poster som är lagrade i databaser. I huvudsak har Flash använts för att skapa hemsidan och ASP (Active Server Pages) för att bygga upp företagsportalen. Resultatet blev en underhållande och informativ hemsida och en säker och användbar företagsportal. I denna rapport får läsaren en utförlig redogörelse för arbetet. </p> / <p>This degree project is made for Goodwill Reklambyrå in Norrköping. The task was to create a homepage and a business community for the company. By business community we mean an application on the Internet where the company staff are able to read, update, delete and create posts which are stored in databases. Mainly have Flash been used to create the homepage and ASP (Active Server Pages) to build the business community. The final result was an entertaining and informative homepage and a secure and useable business community. In this report the reader gets a detailed statement of our work.</p>

<p>IT-avdelningen på Billerud på Skärblacka bruk i Östergötland har efterfrågat ett mer avancerat ärendehanteringssystem. Systemet är tänkt att användas för att dokumentera och följa upp kundkontakter i det dagliga arbetet samt skapa underlag för att mäta svarstider, tillgänglighet och förbättra rutiner. För att minska tiden för installation ska systemet vara webbaserat och gå att använda från en dator med webbläsaren Internet Explorer. </p><p>I det här examensarbetet har vi utvecklat ett webbaserat ärendehanteringssystem åt IT-avdelningen på Skärblacka bruk. Systemet är modulbaserat och hanterar ärenden via webbformulär. Kontoinformation hämtas från katalogtjänst och kunduppgifter hämtas ur telefonväxelns databas. En separat databas lagrar ärendena och information om dessa. Webbgränssnittet är lättanvänt och det går att hantera ärenden och systeminställningar via det. Ikoner används för att göra det enklare att förstå formulären i så lång utsträckning som möjligt. </p><p>Det går att utöka ärendehanteringssystemet med en statistikmodul som sammanställer rapporter, för t.ex. svarstider och antal behandlade ärenden. Systemet är förberett för framtagning av statistik och användning som kunskapsbank för framtida förbättring av rutiner.</p>

<p>Syftet med mitt examensarbete var att utveckla en hemsida till Kulas Ponnystuteri. Den skulle innehålla vissa informationstexter, nyheter, gästbok m.m. samt administrationsfunktioner.</p><p>Hemsidan skulle vara lätt att använda och hitta önskad information på. Den vänder sig till mer eller mindre hästkunniga människor i alla åldrar, och skulle därför göras mycket besöksvänlig.</p><p>En hemsida konstruerades utifrån de önskemål och krav som kunden hade. För själva kodningen användes HTML och ASP med Java Script och arbetet skedde i både Frontpage och Dreamweaver. Databasen fick bli en Access-databas.</p><p>Resultatet blev en relativt enkel och tydlig hemsida, med prioritet lagd på användarvänlighet och de administrativa funktionerna. De funktioner och önskemål som kunden hade gick att infria utan större problem.</p>
