The thesis deals with the issue will be nearly zero energy. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters. Describes the requirements of applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU and the application of renewable energy in these buildings. The third and last part serves as a basis for part of the experiment. Calculation section applies theoretical knowledge into practice. The subject has become a new residential building in which they are designed to ensure the technical equipment required internal environment. The proposal concerns the heating, ventilation, cooling, domestic hot water and lighting. At the end are attached graphic of energy performance certificates (PENB) and evaluated the economic and ecological point of view. The experiment deals with the measurement of the internal microclimate administrative building type in Brno, with regard to the requirements of current legislation of the Czech Republic.

Den bostadspolitik som förts de senaste två decennierna har gett oss en alltmer segregerad stadskärna i Stockholm. Byggsubventionernas avveckling på 90-talet har lett till en historiskt låg byggtakt och ett byggande som ensidigt riktat sig till resursstarka grupper i samhället. Parallellt med detta har stora delar av hyresbeståndet ombildats till bostadsrätter vilket medfört att många relativt billiga hyreslägenheter i äldre fastigheter har försvunnit ur beståndet. Dessa är svåra att ersätta med nyproduktion, då dessa är dyrare. Kärnproblemet är förstås att det är dyrt att bygga hus och om man antar att den nuvarande bostadspolitiken består är det ytterst angeläget att utveckla kostnadseffektiva byggmetoder för att möjliggöra lägenheter med överkomliga hyror som kan bidra till att motverka boendesegregationen på sikt. Vårt förslag består av ett bostadshus i Stadshagen. Fastigheten är indelad i två byggnadskroppar som länkas samman via ett system av loftgångar kopplade till ett trapphus. Husen är uppbyggda av volymelement som staplats på en platsgjuten sockel. Elementens konstruktion baseras på transportcontainrar vilket ger en rationell byggprocess och hög grad av prefabrikation. I socklarna ryms en tunnelbanenedgång och en uthyrbar lokal samt gemensamma lokaler för de boende. Lägenheterna finns i tre storlekar: 1:or, 1,5:or och 4:or.  De större lägenheterna är i två plan. / The housing policy conducted over the past two decades has resulted in an increasingly segregated city center in Stockholm. The abolishment of housing subsidies in the 90s led to a historic low rate of construction and an urban development unilaterally directed towards the wealthy. Parallel to this, much of the housing stock has been converted to condominiums which caused many relatively cheap rental apartments in older buildings to disappear from the stock. These are difficult to replace with new housing, as they are more expensive. The core issue is of course that it is expensive to build houses and assuming that the current housing policy will last, ​​it is highly relevant to develop cost-effective construction methods in order to make possible apartments with affordable rents that can help to combat segregation over time. Our proposal consists of a residential building in Stadshagen. The property is divided into two buildings that are linked together by a system of access balconies connected to a stairwell. The houses are constructed with volume elements stacked on a concrete base. The design of the elements is based on shipping containers which provides a rational construction process and a high degree of prefabrication. The base contains an underground entrance, a business premise and common areas for the residents. The apartments are available in three sizes whereof the larger apartments have two floors.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology plan for the Residential complex Troubsko. Specifically, it is focused on a pair of mirror-image apartment buildings marked SO 12.11 and SO 12.12. The building is located in the area of a former pond, which was backfilled in the past. The foundation strips are therefore placed on vibrated gravel pillars. The structure of the building is proposed as a traditional masonry building, the horizontal load-bearing structures consists of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and the roof structure is designed as a flat roof. The thesis consists in a technical report pertaining to the construction technology plan, evaluation of transport routes, technological regulation for the cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor above 1PP and a time schedule for rough construction. Also elaborated are construction site equipment including a drawing and text part, a control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities for rough construction, design of machine sets and work safety solutions are elaborated.

As other assignment I make a itemized budget for Etics and ceiling construction, calculation according to THU and comparative truck crane with tower crane.

Specifically, we dealt with building G (designated as D1.06). This building is based on foundation strips and has one underground and five above-ground floors. The content of the work is a technical report on the construction technology project, elaboration of technological regulation for the given stage, construction site equipment project, evaluation of wider transport relations, time schedule for the given stage and item budget of rough construction. Furthermore, a control and test plan, design of machine sets, work safety solutions, construction calculation according to THU and comparison of masonry systems are also developed.

In groundfloor are located garages, other floors are designed as residential. The project deals with technological processes of bottom building, time and financial demands of construction.

The topic of the diploma thesis „The impact of executing new thermal insulation on a apartment building on the expenses associated with its operation “ is a draft and appraisal of four variants of thermal insulation of the building. The thesis deals with the assessment of the current proposal for apartment building envelopes along with proposing alternative plans with emphasis on reducing heating costs. The first section describes the types of buildings according to heating demand and a list of different variants of thermal insulation materials. The second part is devoted to a specific apartment building in the Ústí nad Labem for which there are designed in four variants of insulation. The work includes thermal assessment in original condition and the assessment of new condition modified by adding thermal insulation. Through research will bedetermined price of implementation of proposed insulation options together with the costs of operation of the apartment building. In conclusion, the diploma thesis evaluates the payback period of insulation.

I designed the main construction machines and mechanisms. An optimized budget with a bill of quantitiesand detailed construction schedule and a graph of staff needs is prepared for the SO01 building. The thesis also deals with technology of drilled piles and prepared a technological regulativ, schedule of occupational health and safety and a control and test plan.

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technology project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš. The thesis contains a technical reports, construction technology study, coordination situation, time schedule and financial plan of the building in the structure of individual construction object, time schedule of the main building, solution of transport routes, technological regulation for the ventilated facade, control and test plan of the ventilated facade. Furthermore, a design of the construction site equipment is prepared, including a technical report, Occupational Health and Safety on the construction site for the superstructure construction phase, budget for the superstructure construction phase and a comparison of variants of the ceiling structure. Finally, a comparison of lifting mechanisms, LEED certification and assessment of photovoltaic facades is processed.
