Mediante pesquisa documental, realizada no CRAS Cila de Lucio Bauab, equipamento público responsável pela execução do Serviço de Proteção e Atendimento Integral à Família (PAIF), no município de Jahu, coletaram-se informações de todos os prontuários contendo como titulares sujeitos do sexo masculino, num total de 358. As informações versaram acerca da faixa etária, condições socioeconômicas, saúde, moradia, educação, configurações familiares, estado civil, número de filhos residindo no domicílio e, ainda, os motivos que acarretaram na busca pelo atendimento no CRAS, bem como as garantias asseguradas. A pesquisa foi consubstanciada na perspectiva do materialismo histórico dialético, indo além da imediaticidade que se apresenta no cotidiano das políticas sociais que reforçam os atendimentos na perspectiva individual e que acarretam a culpabilização dos sujeitos, desconsiderando as contradições da sociedade de classes. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: We proposed with this research to analyze the implementation of the social assistance policy, through the Reference Center of Social Assistance (CRAS) to the male subjects. Through documentary research carried out in the CRAS Cila by Lucio Bauab, public equipment responsible for the implementation of the Service of Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family (PAIF), in Jahu municipality, we collected information from all medical records containing as male subjects, totaling 358. The information related to the age group, socioeconomic conditions, health, housing, education, family settings, marital status, number of children residing in the home, and reasons for CRAS care and guaranteed guarantees. O primeiro capítulo apresentou a metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, objetivando propiciar que o leitor compreenda o caminho trilhado, o método, o universo, os sujeitos, as etapas, e os instrumentais utilizados. O segundo capítulo versou acerca do trabalho na sociedade capitalista, as condições de trabalho do(a) assistente social na contemporaneidade e as transformações societárias que condicionam o mundo do trabalho. The first chapter presented the methodology used to develop the research, aiming to enable the reader to understand the path, the method, the universe, the subjects, the stages, and the instruments used. The second chapter dealt with work in capitalist society, the working conditions of the social worker in contemporary times, and the societal transformations that condition the world of work. The third chapter aims to understand the process of professional training of the social worker in the contemporary world, concurrently sought to present the data seized through interviews with the supervisors of the field of training linked to the NESS (FCHS), presenting the trainees' conception through the optics of the supervisors, such as supervision, the social worker's working conditions and their refutation in the trainee's future training and professional performance ( The). The study was based on the method of dialectical historical materialism with a qualitative approach; the bibliographical research was used to base the theoretical knowledge and to base the data analysis, and the field research with a view to bring the researcher closer to the social reality studied. E dentro desse cenário, estudar a ampliação do número de cursos de Serviço Social no Brasil; identificar os assistentes sociais docentes nos cursos de Serviço Social de Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) do estado de São Paulo, que pertençam às categorias administrativas: pública federal, pública estadual, pública municipal, privada sem fins lucrativos e privada com fins lucrativos; e analisar as condições de trabalho desses assistentes sociais docentes em um contexto de precarização no mundo do trabalho. And within this scenario, study the increase of the number of Social Service courses in Brazil; identify the social worker professors in the Social Service courses of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) of the state of São Paulo, which belong to the administrative categories: federal public, state public, municipal public, private nonprofit and private for profit; and to analyze the working conditions of these social workers in a context of precariousness in the labor world. O estudo teve abordagem qualitativa, na perspectiva do método dialético, sendo exploratório, usando pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e de campo. Na pesquisa bibliográfica utilizamos referenciais teóricos que perpassaram a divisão sociotécnica do trabalho, política de assistência social, bem como a dimensão educativa do trabalho do assistente social. No que tange à pesquisa documental foi utilizado o Plano Plurianual de Assistência Social do município de Poços de Caldas/MG. Trabalhamos, ainda, com pesquisa de campo, que teve como universo cinco CRAS do referido municípios, sendo os sujeitos cinco assistentes sociais, escolhidos de forma aleatória. O instrumento utilizado na recolha do material empírico foi entrevista semiestruturada, com a utilização de um roteiro para nortear a pesquisadora. Consideramos que os resultados apresentados poderão contribuir com uma reflexão acerca da Política de Assistência Social no âmbito do SUAS, bem como a respeito da dimensão educativa do trabalho do assistente social com as famílias inseridas no PAIF. / Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the educational dimension of the work of the social worker with families included in the Service of Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family - PAIF, present in the Reference Centers of Social Assistance - CRAS of the municipality of Poços de Caldas-MG. The study had a qualitative approach, from the perspective of the dialectical method, being exploratory, using bibliographical research, documentary and field research. In bibliographical research we used theoretical references that covered the sociotechnical division of labor, social assistance policy, as well as the educational dimension of the social worker's work. With regard to documentary research, the Plurianual Plan of Social Assistance of the municipality of Poços de Caldas / MG was used. We also worked with field research, which had five CRAS of said municipalities as the universe, being the subjects five social workers, chosen in a random way. The instrument used in the collection of the empirical material was semi-structured interview, with the use of a script to guide the researcher. The method for analyzing the empirical material was dialectical historical materialism. We believe that the results presented may contribute to a reflection on the Social Assistance Policy within the scope of SUAS, as well as on the educational dimension of the social worker's work with the families included in the PAIF. / Mestre

Parte-se da concepção que o estudante quando realiza a atividade de estágio supervisionado, está construindo conhecimento e propiciando a direção da identidade profissional. Ressalta-se que o acompanhamento e reflexões do supervisor de campo com o estagiário influenciam na qualidade da formação profissional. Esse estudo tem por objetivo investigar a percepção de egressos de serviço social em relação ao processo de aprendizagem e construção do conhecimento originado no período de estágio supervisionado em duas universidades públicas: Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais (FCHS) da Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) e Faculdade de Ciências Integradas do Pontal (FACIP) da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. It is based on the conception that the student, when performing supervised internship activity, is building knowledge and propitiating the direction of professional identity. It should be emphasized that the monitoring and reflections of the field supervisor with the trainee influence the quality of vocational training. This study aims to investigate the perception of social service graduates in relation to the process of learning and construction of the knowledge originated in the period of supervised internship in two public universities: Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais (FCHS), Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and Faculty of Integrated Sciences of Pontal (FACIP) of the Federal University of Uberlândia. The methodological perspective is of qualitative analysis, using bibliographical, documentary and field research based on the historical milestones of the profession emphasizing the process of professional formation and analyzing the supervised stage and the field supervision from the 1996 Curricular Guidelines. field supervisors and trainee researcher. O consumo gerado pelo modo de produção capitalista cresce em proporções dantescas e apesar de todas as iniciativas de vários governantes do mundo em frear esse acelerado consumo esse fato não acontece, mesmo com toda pauperização trazida pela intensificação do consumo, ainda assim, prevalece. Diante dessa crise socioambiental que atinge a toda sociedade, a presente pesquisa tem o interesse em conhecer o trabalho de assistentes sociais que desempenham ações de caráter socioambiental, sobretudo no que estes têm contribuído junto a esta questão. The consumption generated by the capitalist mode of production grows in dantesque proportions, and despite all the initiatives of several rulers of the world in stopping this accelerated consumption, this fact does not happen, even with all the pauperization brought about by the intensification of consumption, nevertheless prevails. In the face of this social and environmental crisis that affects every society, the present research has the interest to know the work of social workers who carry out actions of a socio-environmental nature, above all in that they have contributed to this problem. A partir de um referencial crítico para a apreensão da crise estrutural do capitalismo e dos impactos na política de saúde, que nas últimas décadas tem rebatimentos significativos na privatização e na desconstrução da saúde como direito constitucional, tem como recorte as demandas sociais e as respostas profissionais para a efetivação do direito à saúde. O estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar o trabalho da/o assistente social e as respostas profissionais às demandas apresentadas no Hospital de Clínicas da Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (HC-UFTM); e, como objetivos específicos: refletir os impactos da crise estrutural do capitalismo na política de saúde; conhecer como está organizado o trabalho da/o assistente social no HC-UFTM e, identificar as estratégias adotadas pelos/as assistentes sociais para atender as demandas face a efetivação do direito ao acesso à saúde. From a critical referential for the apprehension of the structural crisis of the capitalism and the impacts on health policy, that in recent decades have significant repercussions in privatization and in the deconstruction of health as constitutional law, it has as focus the social demands and the professional responses to the realization of the right to health. The general objective of the study is to analyze the work of the social worker and the professional responses to the demands presented at the Clinical Hospital of the Federal University of the Triângulo Mineiro (HC-UFTM); and, as specific objectives: to reflect the impacts of the structural crisis of capitalism on health policy; to know how the work of the social worker is organized at HC - UFTM and identify the strategies adopted by social workers to meet the demands of the realization of the right to access to health. The qualitative research carried out through bibliographical, documentary and field data collection, opted for the interview with 5 social workers of the hospital. The analysis from the categories - social worker's work, capital crisis, expressions of the social question and professional responses - demonstrates the deepening of the contradictions, difficulties and inequalities that are submitted to the health users, in the same way, the results of the work the Professional Ethical-Political Project of Social Work. Our questionis, in this case, to what extent the Institutions of Formation are worried about whether their students consider this option and have lhe necessary elements to design, to execute and to evaluate an educational action. It also interests us to know, in case it happens, which is the conception of education that those futures social working have. With this purpose, a definition of education, like intentional action that it prometes certain and determined leaming in other people, it is tried to formulate. Different "intentions" that permit so many other "modes" of educating are analysed and a form to analyse educational actions that would put in evidence lhe principles or criteria that orient them is broached. In order to finalize this part of lhe work, lhe conception of education, from which the analysis is made, is exposed and the principIes that serve as foundation are enunciated. In order to complete this operative referential of lhe research, the profession of the social worker in our world is briefly analysed. Before presenting the field work, some reflections on key methodological concepts in the research, like social representations, are made. In this context, and taking care of lhe objective of lhe research, it is opted for the term "believing /creencias", in the sense of a set or array of "convictions/convicciones" that constitutes the conception of educational action from which the educator works. Finally some inquiries made at level of institutions of formation and people that have decided on the profession of the social work are submitted. In the first case, curricula of institutions with different reference frameworks and interviews to directorate and professors of the career are analysed. In lhe second case, interviews to pupils of recent entering to the university/ingresantes, recent graduates and social workers in activity and the results of a test of resolution of cases applied to students who attend the last years of their career are analysed. These analyses allow to formulate some conclusions on lhe commonest "mode" to educate privileged by the social workers and some recommendations on lhe professional formation are suggested / Neste trabalho analisam-se as relações entre Serviço Social e Educação, partindo de considerar que, em algumas situações de intervenção, as ações educativas constituem-se em um recurso para o assistente social. Nossa pergunta é, neste caso, em que medida as Instituições de Formação preocupam-se para que os seus alunos considerem esta opção e disponham dos elementos necessários para desenhar, executar e avaliar uma ação educativa. Interessa-nos também, caso isso aconteça, qual é a concepção de educação desses futuros trabalhadores sociais. Com esta finalidade, procura-se construir uma definição de educação, como ação intencional que promove em outros certos e determinados aprendizagens. Analisam-se diferentes "intenções" das quais derivam outros tantos "modos" de educar e se propõe uma forma de analisar as ações educativas, que permitiria evidenciar os princípios ou critérios que as orientam. Para concluir esta parte do trabalho, expõem-se a concepção de educação a partir da qual realiza-se a análise e enunciam-se os princípios que a fundamentam. Para completar este "referencial" teórico-operativo do trabalho, analisa-se brevemente a profissão do assistente social no nosso mundo. Antes de apresentar o trabalho de campo, reflete-se acerca de um conceito metodológico chave na pesquisa: as representações sociais. Neste contexto, e atendendo ao objetivo do trabalho, opta-se pelo término "crença", no sentido de um conjunto de "convicções" que constitui a concepção de ação educativa a partir da qual trabalha o educador. Finalmente, apresentam-se algumas indagações realizadas a nível das instituições formadoras e dos sujeitos que têm optado pela profissão do serviço social. No primeiro caso, analisam-se os documentos curriculares de três instituições com diferentes marcos de referência e entrevistas realizadas a diretivos e docentes do curso de graduação; no segundo, analisam-se entrevistas a ingressos, diplomados recentes e graduados em Serviço ou Trabalho Social em atividade e os resultados de uma prova de resolução de casos aplicada a alunos que cursam os últimos anos do curso de graduação. The path choosen considered as initial analytical categories the work and the alienation, then expanding through the dense and extensive analysis done by Lucien Sève, denominated biography science, to other perspectives in the philosophy area, dealing with psychology as a science that need to be fit to a historical-materialistic perspective. The field research consisted of interviews when six social assistants, who work in the public health area were asked to relate their life histories, especifically with the implementation and execution of the "Programa de Saúde da Família" (Family Health Program), in the surrounding region of São Paulo - Brasilândia/Freguesia do Ó, through methodological resources of Oral History. Themes that emerged more remarkably were treated in theory and comprehended excerpts about romanticism, family, religion and politics. The final considerations intend to translate in theory the results of the analysis undertaken / A pesquisa trata de questões relativas à temática da subjetividade, a partir de uma perspectiva que recupera algumas concepções de Marx, buscando superar a dicotomia que marcou o debate dessa questão no campo das ciências sociais, especialmente quanto ao rebatimento, no serviço social, do positivismo e do estruturalismo. O percurso empreendido considerou como categorias analíticas iniciais o trabalho e a alienação, expandindo-se, através da densa e extensa análise realizada por Lucien Sève, denominada ciência da biografia, para outras perspectivas do campo da filosofia, tratando a psicologia enquanto uma ciência que necessita ser apropriada numa perspectiva materialista-histórica. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada através de entrevistas em que foram solicitados os relatos das histórias de vida de seis assistentes sociais que trabalham na área da saúde pública, especificamente com a implantação e execução das ações do Programa de Saúde da Família, na região periférica da cidade de São Paulo - Subprefeitura Brasilandia/Freguesia do Ó -, através dos aportes metodológicos da História Oral. Os temas que irromperam de forma mais marcante foram tratados teoricamente e compreenderam excertos sobre o romantismo, família, religiosidade e política. The purpose of it was to analyze how the production of knowledge in the field of social work expresses the similarities between Social Work and Popular Education in order to identify and strengthen emancipatory processes. Considering, among other factors, the incidence of meetings between Social Work and Popular Education, produced in the context of Health Policy, the study also presents an analysis of Ordinance No. 2761 of 11/19/2013 establishing the National Education Popular in Health Policy as current rules providing for Popular Education as normative, under the Unified Health System. The research was the qualitative type, bibliographic and documentary, with epistemological orientation of dialectical-critical method. Were defined as study universe theses and dissertations in the area of Social Work, the productions published on events and periodic greater national impact area of Social Services, the period of 2006 - 2014. Whereas professional actions must meet the commitment ethical-political assumed as Social Worker in everyday coping with expressions of Social Issues, Popular Education may provide important information for formation and professional performance, with assumptions to support the pedagogical relationship that sets the social and educational dimension of Social Work, direction of emancipatory processes, in that both have as towards human emancipation. In this sense, the social and educational dimension of social work should be a "Socio-Educational Popular Dimension", indicating the education approach that meets the intent of their actions. There is the expectation that the actual outcomes may instigate new critical reflections in a constant movement of thinking about practice ethically and politically committed and and dare to do and redo the practice, realizing "viable-unpublished?. / Este estudo discute a rela??o entre o Servi?o Social e a Educa??o Popular, considerando a dimens?o socioeducativa da atua??o profissional do Assistente Social. O objetivo do mesmo foi analisar como a produ??o de conhecimentos na ?rea do Servi?o Social expressa as aproxima??es entre Servi?o Social e Educa??o Popular, a fim de identificar e potencializar processos emancipat?rios. Considerando, entre outros fatores, a incid?ncia de encontros entre Servi?o Social e Educa??o Popular, produzidos no contexto da Pol?tica de Sa?de, o estudo traz tamb?m uma an?lise da Portaria N? 2.761, de 19/11/2013, que institui a Pol?tica Nacional de Educa??o Popular em Sa?de como normativa atual que prev? a Educa??o Popular como pressuposto, no ?mbito do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (PNEPS-SUS). A pesquisa realizada foi do tipo qualitativa, bibliogr?fica e documental, com orienta??o epistemol?gica do m?todo dial?tico-cr?tico. Foram definidas como universo de estudo as teses e disserta??es da ?rea de Servi?o Social, as produ??es publicadas em eventos e em peri?dicos de maior repercuss?o nacional da ?rea de Servi?o Social, no per?odo de 2006 ? 2014. Considerando que as a??es profissionais devem atender ao compromisso ?tico-pol?tico assumido, como Assistente Social, no enfrentamento cotidiano das express?es da Quest?o Social, a Educa??o Popular pode fornecer importantes subs?dios para a forma??o e a atua??o profissional, com pressupostos para fundamentar a rela??o pedag?gica que configura a dimens?o socioeducativa do Servi?o Social, na dire??o de processos emancipat?rios, na medida em que ambos t?m como dire??o a emancipa??o humana. Nesse sentido, a dimens?o socioeducativa do Servi?o Social deve ser uma ?Dimens?o Socioeducativa Popular?, indicando a perspectiva de educa??o que atende ? intencionalidade de suas a??es. Tem-se a expectativa de que os resultados verificados possam instigar novas reflex?es cr?ticas, num movimento constante de pensar a pr?tica comprometida ?tica e politicamente e ousar faz?-la e refaze-l?, concretizando ?in?ditos vi?veis?.
