The work of collecting data was developed, mainly, by eight meetings where artistic works were done using several kinds of plastic material for express in different languages. By the observations made by the participants reports of the living experiences, results were detained it points the idea that doing art has a dinamyzer element of actions that allows the evaluation of the moment of life and the personal relation and then understand your being. The collected material were analyzed and some points were relevant: the intergeneration relationship, many times, is more harmonic than we thought it would be; the grandparents, are open to new ways of learning, instead of we thought to do; the careful art therapeutic look can be an useful tool, to be used daily by the teachers on their work / Este estudo trata da relação intergeracional entre avós-idosos e seus netosadolescentes, tendo como objetivo geral, tanto, compreender, por meio do fazer arteterapêutico, como se promove o relacionamento intergeracional, e examinar aspectos do relacionamento intergeracional como expressão do ser humano. Procurar trazer de forma tangível e palpável as observações sobre os comportamentos que ocorrem dentro das oficinas artísticas terapêuticas, realizadas com cinco adolescentes de uma escola de ensino fundamental da cidade de São Paulo e seus três avós. O trabalho de coleta de dados foi desenvolvido principalmente a partir de oito encontros nos quais foram realizados trabalhos artísticos utilizando vários tipos de materiais plásticos em diferentes linguagens expressivas. Pelas observações feitas e relatos dos participantes a respeito das vivencias e experiências, obtemos resultados que enfatizam a idéia de que o fazer artístico é portador de elementos dinamizadores de ações que permitem ao sujeito aquilatar não só seu momento de vida como seu relacionamento pessoal. A partir daí resignificar sua existência. Após análise do material coletado, levantamos alguns pontos relevantes: o relacionamento intergeracional, muitas vezes, se dá de forma mais harmônica do que supúnhamos ao iniciar a pesquisa. Os idosos, em grande parte, estão abertos a novos aprendizados ao contrário do que pensávamos, e o fazer e o olhar cuidadoso arteterapêutico podem ser ferramenta a ser utilizada cotidianamente pelos professores em seu trabalho

Our goal is identifying the demand and knowing the affectivity present in families under this situation. In the quantitative level, we verified that, in the period from July 2004 to March 2005, the Requests for Custody were the kind of process litigated in second position. Among the Social Workers, the Requests for Custody were in first position. Considering the families involved in Requests for Custody, the indication was that the majority in situation of poverty. Among the solicitors, the grandmother on the mother s side was remarkable. In the qualitative level, the research was developed, through two families, considering two axes that are interconnected and superposed. The first axis, having the affectivity as its category, characteristic of family relations and family living when we work with the themes of characterization of feelings and the tensions that constitute and engender the Requests for Custody. The other axis, having the social and individual disqualification as its category, refers to the interface of the family with the social context and the ethical-political suffering. We concluded that there is the need for higher attention from public policies in the town in order to include families with children in custody condition and also that these situations must be analyzed very carefully by the social workers due to the impressive demand and their complexity. At last, these requests must not be another responsibility for the family due to the inefficiency of the system of social protection as well as these families need a collective space for sheltering and elaborating their affectivity / Neste trabalho realizamos um estudo no plano quantitativo e qualitativo sobre os Pedidos de Guarda na Vara da Infância e Juventude na Comarca de Santos. Temos como objeto, as relações socioafetivas intergeracionais que ocorrem nos Pedidos de Guarda de criança, requeridos pelas avós maternas; como objetivos, identificar tais pedidos e conhecer as relações socioafetivas familiares na perspectiva intergeracional que sustentam as demandas de guarda. No plano quantitativo, constatamos que no período de julho de 2004 a março de 2005, o Pedido de Guarda foi o tipo de processo autuado em segundo lugar. Na demanda para os Assistentes Sociais, o Pedido de Guarda aparece em primeiro lugar. Em relação às famílias envolvidas em Pedido de Guarda a indicação foi de que a maioria está em situação de pobreza. Dentre os requerentes destacou-se a avó materna. No plano qualitativo, por meio de duas famílias selecionadas, a pesquisa se desenvolveu por dois eixos que se interligam e se sobrepõem: um, próprio das relações e vivências familiares, com a categoria da afetividade,quando trabalhamos com os temas da qualificação dos sentimentos e as tensões que compõem e gestam os Pedidos de Guarda; outro, relacionado à interface da família com o sociopolítico, com as categorias de desqualificação pessoal e social, e o sofrimento ético-político. Concluímos que estas situações devam ser analisadas comgrande atenção pelos assistentes sociais devido à expressividade da demanda e sua complexidade e que se faz necessário uma maior atenção de políticas públicas na cidade que inclua as famílias com crianças em situação de guarda. Enfim, que tais pedidos não devam ser mais uma responsabilização da família pela ineficiência do sistema de proteção social e que estas famílias necessitam de um espaço coletivo para acolhimento e elaboração de sua afetividade

[pt] Essa dissertação tem como ponto de partida uma experiência pessoal: uma viagem que a pesquisadora fez com sua avó à Itália em 2013. A partir da experiência vivida, pretende-se investigar o ato da rememoração enquanto gesto material e também as relações intergeracionais avó-neta e seus assuntos correlatos – afeto, a distância geracional, morte e luto. A pesquisa se propõe a pensar os seguintes temas: Como materializar a memória do fato vivido a partir dessa experiência com a avó? Quais os problemas que surgem dessa situação específica de rememoração? O ato da rememoração se debruçará ainda na confecção de um objeto-caixa. A caixa de viagem e a elaboração da mesma se desdobrará no processo da escrita nas suas diversas formas de experimentação: imagens fotográficas, correspondências e escrita poética. Pretende-se pensar a memória enquanto construção, no gesto do contar e elaborar uma narrativa, e não como algo imóvel e intocável do passado. A memória como movimento e processo inacabado. / [fr] Ce mémoire a comme point de départ une expérience personnelle: un voyage que la chercheuse a fait avec sa grand-mère en Italie en 2013. A partir de son expérience vécue, ce travail prétend travailler autour de l acte de remémoration en tant que matériau ainsi que des relations intergénérationnelles grand-mère - petite-fille et les sujets qui y sont liés (l affect, la distance générationnelle, la mort, le deuil...). Ce travail propose de penser les thèmes suivants: comment matérialiser la mémoire vécue à partir d une expérience avec sa grand-mère? Quelles sont les questions que se posent quand on s en remémore? L acte de se remémorer se fera à travers de la confection d un objet-boîte. La boîte de voyage et l élaboration de cette dernière s ouvriront durant le processus d écriture de diverses façons: des photographies, des correspondances de voyage et des poèmes. Le présent travail prétend penser la mémoire comme construction, en comptant et élaborant un récit, et non pas un objet immobile et intouchable du passé. La mémoire comme mouvement et processus inachevé.
