O CAPS-i é um serviço do Sistema Único de Saúde da Rede de Atenção em Saúde Mental da Prefeitura Municipal de Pelotas, tem como missão desenvolver um trabalho amparado nas novas diretrizes de atendimento à comunidade infantojuvenil que sofre de transtornos mentais graves. O estudo qualitativo foi desenvolvido nas oficinas de arte do CAPS-i de Pelotas, por meio de práticas artísticas e corporais. A metodologia no decorrer do processo se delineou como método da cartografia, o qual possibilitou, não apenas analisar os dados produzidos pelos usuários do serviço de maneira rizomática (Gilles Deleuze), mas também acompanhar os processos investigativos e as próprias implicações da pesquisadora. Foi realizada uma entrevista e observações nos Centros de Referência em Saúde Mental do Rio Grande do Sul. A produção dos dados ocorreu de setembro a dezembro de 2015, por meio das oficinas Caixa de Pandora e Minotauro, em que os mitos falam sobre sentimentos, uma oportunidade das crianças experimentá-los de forma lúdica através da linguagem do corpo. A oficina Imagens do Inconsciente possibilitou um estudo sobre mandalas e astrologia, que promoveu subjetividades no grupo, experimentadas por meio da linguagem corporal e simbólica. Para a criação dessas oficinas, contemplei os conhecimentos de Carl Gustav Jung e Nise da Silveira, autores que durante longo tempo investigaram as relações entre os processos que se desenrolam no inconsciente e os sentimentos de pessoas em sofrimento psíquico. João Francisco Duarte Jr. atenta para a importância de uma educação da sensibilidade. Para ele uma sociedade não pode estar centrada apenas na razão pura; a experiência artística possibilita a criação de conhecimentos e saberes mais amplos, relacionados a sentimentos humanos. Os estudos de Félix Guattari contribuíram para pensar as oficinas de forma a agregar conhecimentos e saberes, por meio de um grupo diversificado composto por mães e filhos. A pesquisa resultou na criação da “Oficina Expressão do Sensível, Pais e Filhos” já em desenvolvimento no CAPS-i. Uma oportunidade para se repensar as práticas de cuidado na área da saúde mental, além de reafirmar a arte como promotora de saúde integral, corpo, mente e espírito. / This study aimed to investigate how art influences to strengthen the emotional bonds of users of Psychosocial Care Center of Children and Youth (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenil – CAPS-i) in Pelotas, a Southern Brazilian town. The CAPS-i is a public institution of mental health service maintained by Pelotas’ City Hall whose mission is to develop a supported work on new guidelines for compliance with children and young people community suffering from severe mental disorders. This work was developed within art workshops of CAPS-i, with a qualitative approach, through artistic and corporal practices. It was used a cartographic method, which led not only to analyze the data produced by users of the service in a rhizomatic (Gilles Deleuze) way, but also to follow investigative processes and the very implications of the researcher. Data collection began in the first half of 2015 through interviews, observations were carried out in the Reference Centers for Mental Health of Rio Grande do Sul (Centros de Referência em Saúde Mental do Rio Grande do Sul). This production occurred between September to December of 2015 by the workshops Pandora's Box and Minotauro, in which the myths talk about feelings, a chance for children to try them in a playful way through body language. The workshop Imagens do Inconsciente (Images of the Unconscious) enabled a study about mandalas and astrology which promoted subjectivities in the group, experienced through body, a symbolic language of affection. To carry out these workshops I contemplated the knowledge of Carl Gustav Jung and Nise da Silveira, authors who for a long time investigated the relationships between the processes taking place in the unconscious and the feelings of people in psychological distress. João Francisco Duarte Jr. is attentive to the importance of a sensitivity education. He reforces that a society cannot be focused only on pure reason; the artistic experience enables the creation of broader knowledge and expertise related to human feelings. Studies of Felix Guattari contributed to think the workshops in order to add knowledge and expertise through a diverse group of mothers and children. The research resulted in the creation of the “Expressão do Sensível, Pais e Filhos" (Expression of the sensitive: parents and children) workshop already under development in the CAPS-i. The research results contribute to rethink the care practices in the area of mental health, in addition to reaffirming the art as promoting overall health, body, mind and spirit.

A partir das experiências clínicas conduzidas nos CAPS, a psicanálise traz para a discussão a tensão existente nesse campo entre a clínica e a política, destacando a importância da articulação e do enlace entre os saberes para o exercício da clínica nesse espaço, porém poucas evidências desse diálogo são encontradas, principalmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento de crianças. Assim, a presente pesquisa pretende analisar como o discurso analítico na clínica com crianças pode se articular com os outros discursos presentes em um CAPS i e contribuir na direção do tratamento, à luz de recortes clínicos do caso de um menino de nove anos atendido por mim. Para tanto, examinou-se a especificidade da clínica psicanalítica com crianças; identificou-se o lugar da criança nas estruturas discursivas presentes nos laços sociais, tomando como a referência a teoria dos quatro discursos de J. Lacan, a fim de: analisar os discursos e práticas presentes no CAPS i; observar o tratamento dado ao sintoma e o manejo da transferência realizado pelo discurso do analista em meio aos demais discursos em um CAPS i; e, por fim, examinar a articulação entre os discursos na direção do tratamento de uma criança em um CAPS i. Esse estudo teve como referencial teórico a psicanálise e utilizou como método a construção de caso clínico. A realização dessa pesquisa torna-se relevante por possibilitar ampliar a discussão sobre crianças em sofrimento psíquico na saúde pública e seu tratamento em um CAPS i, deslocando o eixo discursivo do transtorno ou deficiência para o campo da estruturação subjetiva na interface dos campos da psicanálise, saúde mental e psiquiatria, fornecendo subsídios para a sustentação da teoria e da prática psicanalítica com crianças na saúde pública. / In the psychoanalytic work with children placed into Psychosocial Care Center for children and youth, CAPS i, the challenges of the psychoanalytic clinic itself, with the real of the psychosis and neurosis taking places in the severe cases of psychoanalytical, social and economic helplessness, associated to the difficulties of the job in a collective institution, convokes the psychoanalyst to question the functionnalty of clinical tools in this multidisciplinary field. On the bases of clinical experiences conducted in the CAPSs, the psychoanalysis brings to the discussion the conflict that exists between the clinic and the politic, pointing out the importance of the articulation between the knowledges that makes possible the exercise of the clinic in this space. However, there are a few evidences of this dialogue, especially in regards to the child’s assistance. Therefore, the present research intends to analyse how the analytic discourse about the child clinic can be articulated with others discourses presents in a CAPS i and contributes on the direction of the treatment, based on the clinical case of a nine years old boy which was my patient. To reach this goal, the specifies of the child analytic clinic was examined and the place of the children in the discourse’s structures in the social bond was identified, based on the Theory of four discourses of Jacques Lacan, intending to analyse the discourses and practice in CAPS i according to the Athos case; to analyse the treatment given to the symptom and to the management transfer in the analyst's discourse in between the others discourses in a CAPS i; and. finally, to exam the articulation between the discourses in the way to the treatment of a child in a CAPS i. This study is based on the psychoanalysis’s theory and will have as a method the construction of a clinical case. This research is relevant because it provides an ample discussion about children in public care who suffer psychology and their treatment in a CAPS i, shifting the focus of the discussion from the deficiency to the field of the subjective structuring in the different interfaces of psychoanalysis, mental health and psychiatry, hence, providing evidence to support the theory and psychiatric practice with children in public health.
