This thesis is focused on analyzying of the information system in comapany Tirad s.r.o. which uses information system Workplan. Theoretical part is focused on problematics of information systems in general, it defines the methods for analysis of information system effectiveness. We are going to use systems Zefis and HOS 8. Based on these methods are discovered weaknesses and are proposed possible solutions for improving of information system effectiveness which leads to increasing of company performance and threads elimination.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze process of migration data within the scope of SAP systems. Based on this analysis suitably desing and implement migration framework that will be used for migration of data between SAP systems. Entire migration framework and migration proces is built on technological platform SAP NetWeaver and is implemented in programming language ABAP. Functionality of the framework is presented by the case study that is represented by proper data set.

Do této administrace patří zejména správa obsahu webové prezentace, umělců a jejich smluv a honorářů, koncertů, skladeb a rezervací a objednávek online vstupenek. Aplikace integruje vestavný Konfigurátor a rezervační systém koncertních síní (KORES), vytvořený v rámci bakalářské práce a spravuje dále jím vytvořené objednávky.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of information system for customer relationship management in the company AURA, s.r.o., which deals with the development and delivery of information systems focused on military material logistics. The content of the thesis is the theoretical basis for the analysis and understanding of the concepts mentioned in the work. The outputs of the analyses are information that are used to create a solution proposal to improve the current situation.

In this essay one has been investigating some of the reasons why aviation incidents take place and also examine what strategies there are to minimize the risks - primarily regarding miscommunication which often seems to be a contributing element or a direct cause in aviation mishaps. The aim of this study is to highlight and raise awareness about this field of study from a communicative point of view.The study has been performed using qualitative interviews with pilots, Air Traffic Controllers and other professionals within the aviation industry. The research has been somewhat hampered by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic but not to an extent that would have corrupted the findings.The key results have indicated that miscommunication still is a problem in the aviation industry, but less so on the local national stage than in a global perspective. Two particular occurrences that have been given extra attention are runway incursions and the use of Controller Pilot Data-Link Communications.One has established that there are technical systems available on the market to improve communication performance and that runway incursion is a problem that grows with the complexity of the airport environment. One has also been made aware of the fact that human factors can only be mitigated so far with technology. The principal question has been: How can Miscommunication in Aviation be reduced? / I denna uppsats har vi tittat på några av de bakomliggande orsakerna till att incidenter fortfarande sker inom trafikflyget samt undersökt vilka strategier som föreligger för att minimera dessa risker - primärt pga felkommunikation vilken ofta tenderar att vara en bakomliggande eller direkt utlösande faktor i flygolyckor. Syftet med denna studie är att uppmärksamma och öka medvetenheten om dessa fenomen från en kommunikativ synvinkel.Studien har genomförts medelst en kvalitativ intervjumetod med piloter, flygledare och andra initierade yrkesgrupper inom flygindustrin. Forskningen har hämmats något pga utbrottet av COVID-19 pandemin men inte i en sådan omfattning att resultatet har förvanskats.De huvudsakliga resultaten har indikerat att felkommunikation fortfarande är ett problem inom flygbranschen, men i en långt mindre omfattning på lokal nationell nivå än i ett globalt perspektiv. Två specifika företeelser som har getts extra uppmärksamhet är rullbaneintrång samt användandet av CPDLC (datalänk).Vi har konstaterat att det finns tekniska system på marknaden för att förbättra prestandan på kommunikationen samt att rullbaneintrång är ett problem som växer med flygplatsens storlek och komplexitetsgrad. Vi har också uppmärksammats på att den mänskliga faktorn endast delvis kan undanröjas med hjälp av teknologi. In my graduation thesis I analyse the present state of information system at a company. I focus on the general administration of an order and a choice of innovative system that will lead to automation of the entire process. As one of the possible solutions I recommend a new information system that uses Yourdon’s modern structured analysis. Another possibility is one of the commercial solutions already available in the market. The part of the new solution is functional analysis and economic evaluation of the investment.

This thesis describes the selection of an optimal information system for construction company UNICON, Ltd. Part of the thesis is analysis of current situation and based on it also selection of best solution of IS, which usage is then described.
