Seleção precoce de clones de batata adaptados às condições temperada e subtropical de cultivo do sul do Brasil / Early selection of potato clones adapted to the temperate and subtropical growing conditions of southern Brazil

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Experiments were conducted in order to (i) evaluate the use of canonical correlation to identify plant and tuber traits that can be used for early identification of superior potato clones and (ii) develop and validate a method of early selection of potato clones for tuber dormancy, to identify clones with short or long dormancy, with the purpose of being used respectively in subtropical and temperate growing conditions. The study of canonical correlation analysis was conducted in two generations (seedling and tuber) with nine families and a total of 358 clones. The seedling generation (G1) was conducted in a greenhouse in the winter of 2008, and the tuber generation (G2) on the field during the fall season of 2009. From both generations 13 plant and tuber traits were evaluated: height of the main stem (HMS), fresh weight of shoots (FWS), fresh weight of stolons (FWS), fresh weight of tubers (FWT), number of tubers per plant (NTP), elongated-shaped tuber (EST), flattened-shaped tuber (FST), skin texture (SKT), pointed ends (POI), secondary growth (SEG), eye depth (DEP), days to break dormancy (DBD) and number of sprouts per tuber (NST). The variability among families was significant for all traits in both generations except for POI in the first generation and FWS, SEG and DEP in the second generation. The linear correlations between G1 and G2 were significant, positive and high for 12 out of 13 traits evaluated. The canonical correlation analysis showed that there is an association between plant and tuber traits in the two generations. However, no general rule was observed for the early selection of clones, valid for any family, being the evaluation of clones in the set more efficient to identify the correlation of characters between the generations. In order to develop and validate a method of early selection of clones for tuber dormancy, experiments were conducted between the years of 2010 and 2013, beginning with two independent sets of clones. In 2010, seedling generation of the first set (19 clonal families) was conducted in a greenhouse. Tubers from each genotype were harvested (total of 1,145 clones or minitubers), which were treated with 30 mg L-1 gibberellic acid and stored at 20 °C for breaking dormancy. After 45 days of storage four groups of clones were formed according to the number of days (45, 60, 75 and 90 days) required for breaking dormancy. A random sample of tubers of each group was used for the summer field cultivation. At harvest, four tubers were separated from each clone to assess dormancy and apical dominance under storage of 20 °C. In 2012, a second set with 1,269 clones (minitubers of 16 families) was produced in order to separate five groups of clones according to the number of days (30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 days) required for breaking dormancy of tubers. For both sets of clones, a completely randomized design with four replicates of each clone was utilized. There was a pattern of dormancy breaking and direct relationship within the dormancy period of the tubers between the two generations, that made possible to develop and validate an early selection method. This method enables the assembly of clones with similar dormancy level as of the seedling generation, i.e., allows early identification of clones with short or long dormancy, with potential as new adapted cultivars respectively for subtropical and temperate growing conditions of southern Brazil. / Experimentos foram conduzidos com o objetivo de (i) avaliar o uso da correlação canônica para identificar caracteres de planta e tubérculo que possam ser utilizados para a identificação precoce de clones superiores de batata e (ii) desenvolver e validar um método de seleção precoce de clones de batata para a dormência dos tubérculos, para a identificação de clones com curta ou longa dormência, para serem utilizados respectivamente em condições subtropicais e temperadas de cultivo. O estudo da análise de correlação canônica foi conduzido em duas gerações (plantular e de tubérculo), com nove famílias e um total de 358 clones. A geração plantular (G1) foi conduzida em casa de vegetação, no inverno de 2008, e a geração de tubérculo (G2) em campo, no outono de 2009. Nas duas gerações foram avaliados 13 caracteres de planta e tubérculo: estatura da haste principal (EHP), massa fresca de parte aérea (MFA), massa fresca de estolão (MFE), massa fresca de tubérculos (MFT), número de tubérculos por cova (NTC), tubérculo alongado (TAL), tubérculo achatado (TAC), aspereza da casca (ASP), presença de ponta (PON), embonecamento (EMB), profundidade de gemas (PRG), dias para rompimento da dormência (DRD) e número de brotos por tubérculo (NBT). A variabilidade entre as famílias foi significativa para todos os caracteres nas duas gerações, com exceção de PON na primeira geração e MFA, EMB e PRG na segunda geração. As correlações lineares entre G1 e G2 foram significativas, positivas e altas para 12 dos 13 caracteres avaliados. A análise de correlação canônica mostrou que existe associação entre caracteres de planta e tubérculo nas duas gerações. Porém, não foi observado regra geral para a seleção precoce de clones, válida para qualquer família, sendo a avaliação de clones no conjunto mais eficiente para identificar a correlação de caracteres entre as gerações. Para desenvolver e validar um método de seleção precoce de clones para a dormência dos tubérculos, experimentos foram conduzidos entre os anos de 2010 e 2013, partindo de dois conjuntos independentes de clones. Em 2010, a geração plantular do primeiro conjunto (19 famílias clonais) foi conduzida em casa de vegetação. De cada genótipo foi colhido um tubérculo, totalizando 1.145 clones (minitubérculos), que foram tratados com 30 mg L-1 de ácido giberélico e armazenados a 20 ºC para rompimento da dormência. Após 45 dias de armazenamento, formaram-se quatro grupos de clones com número de dias (45, 60, 75 e 90 dias) necessários para o rompimento da dormência. Uma amostra aleatória dos tubérculos de cada um dos grupos foi utilizada para o cultivo de verão em campo. Por ocasião da colheita, quatro tubérculos foram separados de cada clone para avaliar a dormência e dominância apical, sob armazenamento à temperatura de 20 ºC. Em 2012, um segundo conjunto com 1.269 clones (minitubérculos de 16 famílias) foi produzido para separar cinco grupos de clones com número de dias (30, 45, 60, 75 e 90 dias) necessários para o rompimento da dormência dos tubérculos. Para os dois conjuntos de clones, o delineamento experimental foi inteiramente casualizado, com quatro repetições de cada clone. Houve um padrão de rompimento da dormência e relação direta entre o período de dormência dos tubérculos entre as duas gerações, o que possibilitou desenvolver e validar um método de seleção precoce. Esse método possibilita agrupar clones com similar nível de dormência já na geração de plântula, ou seja, permite a identificação precoce de clones com curta ou longa dormência, com potencial para serem utilizados no desenvolvimento de cultivares adaptadas, respectivamente, as condições subtropicais e temperadas de cultivo na região Sul do Brasil.

O objeto de estudo foram as empresas industriais catarinenses cadastradas na base de dados da Federação das Indústrias do Estado de Santa Catarina. A pergunta de pesquisa que norteou o trabalho foi: existe relação entre a estrutura organizacional e a prática de gestão ambiental das empresas industriais catarinenses? Para tanto, buscou-se na fundamentação teórica abordar os principais conceitos sobre gestão ambiental e estrutura organizacional, sendo abordado na primeira parte os temas relativos às indústrias, o meio ambiente e a gestão ambiental e, na segunda parte os temas relativos à estrutura organizacional e sua relação com a gestão ambiental. Este trabalho enquadra-se como uma pesquisa quantitativa de caráter descritivo. Foi empregado como procedimento de investigação a análise documental. Como métodos estatísticos foram utilizados exploratoriamente a análise descritiva, o coeficiente de correlação de rho de Spearman e a análise multivariada de correlação canônica. Os resultados da pesquisa confirmaram que quanto mais uma organização estrutura-se para a gestão ambiental mais suas práticas ambientais evidenciam-se, da mesma forma, quanto mais uma organização envolve-se com práticas ambientais mais sua estruturação organizacional voltada à gestão ambiental torna-se evidente.

O mercado imobiliário residencial da região metropolitana de São Paulo: uma aplicação de modelos de comercialização hedônica de regressão e correlação canônica / The Real Estate Market of Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo: an hedonic models application of multiple regression and canonical correlation

Este trabalho destina-se a realizar um estudo sobre o mercado imobiliário de lançamentos residenciais da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, tendo como base a utilização de modelos de comercialização hedônica. Para tanto, utiliza-se da Teoria dos Atributos proposta por Lancaster e dos modelos hedônicos e de equilíbrio de sub-mercados propostos por Rosen e Palmquist, a partir dos quais é possível analisar a importância relativa de “pacotes” de atributos, em função dos diferentes perfis sócio-demográficos determinados previamente por meio de análise fatorial elaborada com um grupo de 11 variáveis sócio-demográficas de cada Município da Região Metropolitana e de cada distrito do Município de São Paulo. Por meio de um levantamento realizado com especialistas, com compradores de imóveis residenciais e por meio de anúncios específicos, definiram-se as variáveis hedônicas explicativas e dependentes a serem incluídas nos modelos de regressão múltipla de Box-Cox e de correlação canônica, sob a ótica da demanda e da oferta, para cada perfil sócio-demográfico definido. O método proposto permite a determinação e a avaliação dos “pacotes” representativos de atributos para a composição das condições comerciais dos imóveis residenciais em lançamento na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, propiciando a verificação da existência de eventuais descolamentos entre o comportamento da demanda e da oferta e possibilitando a comparação da importância relativa de cada variável entre os perfis sócio-demográficos. Portanto, a aplicação do método proposto neste trabalho pode propiciar a implementação de iniciativas privadas e políticas públicas voltadas ao estabelecimento de novas estratégias de lançamento imobiliário, designadas para cada tipo específico de empreendimento e de acordo com as preferências dos consumidores e das características de cada localidade. / This work intends to research about the residential launchings of the real estate market in the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo, using hedonic models. It’s based on the approach to Theory of Attributes, proposed by Lancaster, and on the hedonic models and the sub-markets equilibrium approach proposed by Rosen and Palmquist, that make possible the analysis of the relative importance of the attributes “bundles” for each different social and demographic group previously defined by the factorial analysis statistical technique, that used 11 social and demographic variables related to each Municipality of the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo and each district of the City of Sao Paulo. Using a survey realized with specialists, residential launchings buyers and through specific advertisements, many explicative and dependent hedonic variables were defined and are to be included in the models of Box-Cox multiple regression and canonical correlation, under the perspective of demand and supply, for each social and demographic defined group. The proposed method allows the determination and the evaluation of the representative “bundles” of attributes to the composition of the residential launchings commercial conditions of the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo real estate market, making possible to verify the existence of eventual gaps between the demand and supply behaviors and allowing the comparison of the relative importance of each variable among the social and demographic groups. Thus, the method application can facilitate private and public implementations, allowing the establishment of new strategies designated to each specific kind of real estate, according to the consumers’ preferences and local characteristics.

Utilização de parâmetros genéticos na seleção de clones de Pennisetum sp., Zona da Mata Seca de Pernambuco

It was evaluated eight clones of Pennisetum sp. (Taiwan A-146 2.37, Taiwan A-146 2.27, Taiwan-146 2.114, Merker México MX 6.31, Mott, HV-241, and Elephant B and IRI-381). The objectives were: (a) study the association between morphology and productive traits in Pennisetum sp. clones; (b) identify morphological traits responsible for productivity in Pennisetum sp. clones and (c) study the genotype x environment interaction under forage yield through different methods of adaptability and stability to selection of Pennisetum sp. clones for the Dry Forest Zone of Pernambuco. It was evaluated the canonical correlations and path analysis from the matrix of simple genotypic correlation between morphological and productive traits of the Pennisetum sp. clones. The methods used to study the adaptability and stability were Eberhart and Russell, Wricke, Lins and Binns and the method based on the main components / centroid. The canonical correlations were significant at 1% probability by the chi-square test. The first pair of canonical factors, with correlation of 1.1379, it was associated plants with higher dry matter content to plants with lower leaf area index, lightinterception and leaf angle. The second pair of canonical factors, with correlation of 1.0400, it was associated plants with higher dry matter yield to plants with greater basal tillers density and height, and fewer green leaves per tiller. The results of the pathanalysis showed that the light interception was decisive in the expression of the dry matter content of Pennisetum sp. clones, while the basal tillers density and plant height were responsible for the dry matter yield of these clones. The forage yield was influenced (P < 0.05) by the interaction clones x cuts. The evaluation of Pennisetum sp. clones through different methods of adaptability and stability of the forage yield has increased characterization of the productive performance of clones and provided greater security to the selection. The method based on the main components / centroid allowed greater discrimination on the adaptability of clones. The clone HV-241, despite to the adaptability of the favorable environments, presented less productive stability. The clones of better performance as the adaptability and stability of the forage yield were the Taiwan-146 2.37 and Elephant B, however, is indicated for the first favorable environments and for the second unfavorable environments. / A pesquisa foi realizada na Estação Experimental do Instituto Agronômico de Pernambuco (IPA), no município de Itambé, Zona da Mata Seca de Pernambuco. Foram avaliados oito clones de Pennisetum sp. (Taiwan A-146 2.37, Taiwan A-146 2.27, Taiwan-146 2.114, Merker México MX 6.31, Mott, HV-241, Elefante B e IRI-381). Os objetivos foram: (a) estudar a associação entre características morfológicas e produtivas em clones de Pennisetum sp.; (b) identificar características morfológicas responsáveis pela produtividade em clones de Pennisetum sp. e (c) estudar a interação genótipo x ambiente sobre a produção de forragem por meio de diferentes metodologias de adaptabilidade e estabilidade com vistas a seleção de clones de Pennisetum sp. para a Zona da Mata Seca de Pernambuco. Foram avaliadas as correlações canônicas e análise de trilha a partir da matriz de correlação genotípicas simples entre características morfológicas e produtivas de oito clones de Pennisetum sp. As metodologias utilizadas para o estudo da adaptabilidade e estabilidade foram as de Eberhart e Russel, Wricke, Lins e Binns e o método baseado em componentes principais/centróide. As correlações canônicas foram significativas a 1% de probabilidade pelo teste do qui-quadrado. O primeiro par de fatores canônicos, com correlação de 1,1379, associou plantas com maior teor de MS a plantas com menores IAF, interceptação luminosa e ângulo foliar. O segundo par de fatores canônicos, com correlação de 1,0400, associou plantas com maior produção de MS a plantas com maior densidade de perfilhos basais , altura, emenor número de folhas verdes por perfilho. Os resultados da análise de trilha mostraram que a interceptação luminosa foi determinante na expressão do teor de MS de clones de Pennisetum sp., enquanto que a densidade de perfilhos basais e altura da planta foram responsáveis pela produção de MS nestes clones. A produção de forragem foi influenciada (P < 0,05) pela interação clones x cortes. A avaliação de clones de Pennisetum sp. por meio das diferentes metodologias de adaptabilidade e estabilidade da produção de forragem permitiu maior caracterização do desempenho produtivo dos clones e forneceu maior segurança à seleção. O método baseado em componentes principais/centróide permitiu maior discriminação dos clones quanto a adaptabilidade. O clone HV-241, híbrido do Pennisetum sp. com o milheto, apesar de apresentar adaptabilidade a ambientes favoráveis, foi o que apresentou menor estabilidade produtiva. Os clones de melhor desempenho quanto a adaptabilidade e estabilidade da produção de forragem foram o Taiwan A-146 2.37 e o Elefante B, no entanto, o primeiro é indicado para ambientes favoráveis e o último, a ambientes desfavoráveis

Cardiovascular diseases are a leading cause of death globally. Early diagnosis and treatment is of prime importance to prevent or mitigate health complications. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is a standard test modality used for early diagnosis of arrhythmias. The standard ECG uses 12 leads (i.e., 12 different views of the electrical activity of the heart). However, it is not always possible to perform a standard 12-lead ECG, for instance, in certain emergency situations. Such devices used in emergency situations are able to measure only a subset of leads. Although it is a simpler way of recording ECG, it comes at the cost of losing some information. The project presented in this thesis applies three different models based on canonical correlation analysis (CCA) to perform transfer learning from 12-lead ECGs to improve performance when only a subset of leads is available. The models used were linear canonical correlation analysis, deep canonical correlation analysis (DCCA) and deep canonically correlated bidirectional long short-term memory networks (DCC-BiLSTMs). These models are compared to each other using different configurations to study their performance on ECG data. Linear canonical correlation analysis performed better than its more complex variants, DCCA and DCC-BiLSTMs. With this method, it was possible to improve performance on ECG classification when using two, three, four and six leads in a computationally efficient way. / Hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar är den främsta dödsorsaken i världen. Tidig diagnos och behandling är av största vikt för att förhindra ytterligare och allvarliga hälsoproblem. Elektrokardiogram (EKG) är den standardmetod som används för tidig diagnos av arytmier. Standardförfarandet inom EKG använder sig av 12 avledningar (dvs. 12 olika vyer av hjärtats elektriska aktivitet). Det är dock inte alltid möjligt att utföra ett standard-EKG med 12 ledningar, vilket t.ex. förekommer i vissa nödsituationer. I dessa fall kan utrustning som gör det möjligt att ta fram ett 12-ledars EKG inte vara tillgänglig av flera olika skäl, och därför används andra apparater som kan mäta endast en delmängd av ledningarna för tidig diagnostik. Även om det är ett enklare sätt att utföra ett EKG, innebär det att man förlorar en del information. I det projekt som presenteras i detta dokument används tre olika modeller baserade på kanonisk korrelationsanalys (CCA) för att utföra överföringsinlärning från 12-ledars EKG för att förbättra prestanda när endast en delmängd av avledningar används. De modeller som användes var linjär kanonisk korrelationsanalys, djup kanonisk korrelationsanalys (DCCA) och djupa kanoniskt korrelerade bidirektionella långtidsminnesnätverk (DCCBiLSTMs). Dessa modeller jämförs med varandra med hjälp av olika konfigurationer för att studera deras prestanda på EKG-data. Linjär kanonisk korrelationsanalys presterade bättre än dess mer komplexa varianter, DCCA och DCC-BiLSTMs. Med denna metod var det möjligt att förbättra prestandan för klassificering av EKG när man använder två, tre, fyra och sex ledningar på ett beräkningseffektivt sätt.

實施十二年國民基本教育,目的是為促進學生五育均衡發展,兼顧國中學習品質及日常生活表現。由於各校對成績的評分標準與評分方式皆不相同,因此如何使在校成績採計達到公平性將成為一項重要的問題。 戴岑熹(2011) 考慮了國中在校綜合學科分數與基測總分間的相關性,以決定在校各學科的權重。而本研究延伸其概念與方法,將基測各科量尺分數考慮進來,於在校綜合學科分數與基測綜合量尺分數的關聯性最密切的情況下,分析各學科權重的取決方式,希望能找出較理想的模式來代表學生在校三年的整體學習表現與成果,以做為免試升學採計在校成績的參考與依據。 本文的研究方法是運用典型相關分析的理論,但因權重的限制條件與傳統典型相關分析的要求不同,因此,便將其命名為「類典型相關分析」。在類典型相關分析中,我們證明了在校各學科分數及基測各科量尺分數的最佳權重,可先透過典型相關分析求得典型相關向量,若有必要的話,使用Rao-Ghangurad 方法加以修正,最後,再將所獲得的非負典型相關向量正規化,即可獲得所要的結果,這是一個求最佳權重向量極便捷的途徑。在實例分析方面,我們發現了一個有趣的現象,即在校學科分數與基測考科量尺分數的最佳權重向量相當接近,即名稱相同的學科與考科幾乎有相同的權重。在比較了幾個權重分配方式不同的在校綜合學科分數後,我們也發現一般學校常用的等加權模式,其表現結果也頗優異。 / The purpose of implementing the twelve-year compulsory education is to promote the balanced development of learning in students, taking into account their learning quality and normal daily performances in school. As the evaluation standard and method vary among schools, achieving fairness in calculating in-school grades has become an important issue. Dai (2011) considered the correlations between the scores of in-school academic performance and the total score of the BCTEST for junior high schools, which decided to the weightings of all learning subjects. This study extended his concept and method, and took into account the scale scores of all learning subjects. In the closest case of the weightings of all learning subjects and find out the correlations between the scores of in-school academic performance and the BCTEST, and analyse the weightings of all learning subjects. We hope the study can find a better approach that can not only reflect students’ learning situations and achievements for the three years in school but also provide a reference for the evaluation of entering senior high schools without entrance examinations. The research method in this paper employs the theory of canonical correlation analysis.However, due to that fact that weight restrictions are different from the requirements of canonical correlation analysis, it is named as the canonical correlation analysis type approach. In the canonical correlation analysis type approach, we proved that the optimal weights for school subject score and test subject score scales can be obtained by finding the canonical correlation vectors using canonical correlation analysis. Then the Rao-Ghangurad method can further be used for amending, if needed. Finally, the nonnegative canonical correlation vectors generated would be normalized to get the desired result. It is an extremely convenient way to obtain the optimal weight vector. In the case study, we found an interesting phenomenon as follows: When the optimal weight vectors for school subject score and test subject score scales were very close, subjects and tests of the same name had almost the same weight. After comparing several comprehensive school subject scores of different weight distribution, we also found that the results of the equal weighting model commonly used in schools also showed quite good results.

本研究以不動產估價技術規則第19條第7項與第20條之規定,引用相似無關迴歸模式、多變量迴歸模式與典型相關分析等計量模式,對金融機構所做的擔保品估價進行驗證、預測及控制分析。 擔保品估價中會產生兩價,即擔保品的評估市場價格與評估擔保值(價),大部分的人都認為兩價存在一個比率關係。傳統的迴歸分析估價模式係由一組價格影響因素影響一個不動產價格,上述情形是否可能由同一組價格影響因素影響兩個不動產價格?本研究實證結果顯示,在95%統計信賴水準下,有兩個不動產價格受同一組價格因素影響的結果。既然驗證存在同一組價格影響因素影響兩個不動產價格,是否有更具效率的計量估價模式呢?典型相關分析係透過兩組變項之相關關係建構計量模式,除可再度驗證同一組價格影響因素影響兩個不動產價格,並可如同因素分析或主成份分析的功能,對兩組變項各做變項縮減的工作,達到對變項去蕪存菁的效果。 / This thesis is based on Article 19 No 7 and Article 20 of the Real Estate Appraisal Regulation. Seemingly Unrelated Regression Model, Multivariate Regression Model and Econometric Model and so on econometric model are applied. In addition, collateral valuations done by financial institutions are verified, predicted and analyzed. In collateral valuations, there are two-value references: assessed market value and assessed accommodation value. Majority believe that there is a ratio between these two values. The traditional regression analysis of the valuation model is having one set of pricing factors to have impact on the real estate price. However, is it possible that one set of pricing factors will affect two real estate prices? The findings approve that, under statistical confidence level with 95%, more than two real estate prices can be influenced by one set of pricing factors. Further more, this thesis also examines if there are other econometric valuation models to be applied? The canonical correlation analysis is to build a calculation model to analyze correlation between two variables. Other than examining one set of pricing factors can influence two real estate prices, this analysis also provides a similar function of the factor analysis or principal analysis to reduce variables caused by two sets of variable.

企業資訊科技能力指標之研究 / A Study of Information Technology Capability Indicators

在全球化市場的激烈競爭環境中,資訊科技對企業而言已是一種提升競爭優勢的策略性設備,而先前文獻對於資訊科技能力的評估或與企業績效關聯性的探討,多以行為性問卷的認知數據量表進行研究,少有利用事實性問卷所收集的現象數據評估資訊科技能力及進一步分析資訊科技能力與企業績效關聯性之研究。故本研究基於資源基礎觀點理論,利用企業事實性現象填答問卷建立企業資訊科技能力評估模型,包含資訊科技的導入狀態、應用方式及使用經驗等現象相關問項,如硬體、網路、資訊系統應用程度及範圍等,並探討資訊科技能力與企業績效的關聯性。使用典型相關分析進行實證研究發現,針對先前政府委託調查所收集資料計算出來的企業資訊科技能力,與公開發行的上市櫃企業財務資料所計算出來的企業績效具有顯著關聯性,特別是會計型財務績效之經營能力,經檢定具統計顯著性。進一步進行產業別比較,先使用灰色熵權重分析對於各個子構面進行權重估計,並以權重加權法重新計算每一樣本之資訊科技能力,再進行單因子變異數分析,顯示各產業間之資訊科技能力及子構面能力多數呈現顯著差異。本研究所提出的資訊科技能力評估模型與企業績效關聯檢定模式,以及產業間資訊科技能力差異性分析模式,可提供政府或產業觀察機構建立長期觀測平台,以彙整各種產業資訊科技導入現象及應用範圍,使政府與企業可檢視整體產業整體或個別產業資訊科技能力之差異,藉以擬定資訊科技投資策略,提升企業競爭優勢。 / In the highly competitive globalization environment, information technology (IT) has become strategic equipment for leveraging a business’s competitive advantage. Most previous studies use perceptual questionnaire to collect behavioral data for evaluating IT capability, and furthermore to explore the relationship between IT capability and firm performance. Very few studies use factual questionnaire to collect the phenomenon data for analysis. In this study, we propose a model of evaluating IT capability based on Resource-Based View (RBV) theory and use factual phenomenon questionnaire including induction status, application approach, and usage experience, such as hardware, networks, IS application levels and scopes, etc. The research also explores the relationship between IT capability and firm performance. The IT capability data are calculated from the earlier government-sponsored survey. The firm performance data by financial indicators are collected or calculated from the open data of listed companies in Taiwan Stock Exchange and Over-the-Counter Agencies. The Canonical Correlation Analysis is used and shows significantly positive relationship for the IT capability affecting the firm performance, especially in Accounting-Based Financial Indicators. Before further analysis of industry comparison, Grey Entropy is used to estimate the weights of three sub-constructs and the overall IT capability is then re-calculated by integrating the weighted sub-construct capabilities. Afterwards, the One-Way ANOVA analysis is conducted and shows significant differences across industries in the overall IT capability of the firm and the IT capabilities of the sub-constructs. The proposed IT capability estimation model and the relationship analysis for the IT capability and firm performance can be used by the government or industry observation institution to continuously watch the industry IT capability phenomena and its relationship with the firm performance. The observation for the whole country and across industries can be used as a reference to pursue appropriate IT investments for strategic advantage.

On suppose que des vecteurs de données de grande dimension arrivant en ligne sont des observations indépendantes d'un vecteur aléatoire. Dans le second chapitre, ce dernier, noté Z, est partitionné en deux vecteurs R et S et les observations sont supposées identiquement distribuées. On définit alors une méthode récursive d'estimation séquentielle des r premiers facteurs de l'ACP projetée de R par rapport à S. On étudie ensuite le cas particulier de l'analyse canonique, puis de l'analyse factorielle discriminante et enfin de l'analyse factorielle des correspondances. Dans chacun de ces cas, on définit plusieurs processus spécifiques à l'analyse envisagée. Dans le troisième chapitre, on suppose que l'espérance En du vecteur aléatoire Zn dont sont issues les observations varie dans le temps. On note Rn = Zn - En et on suppose que les vecteurs Rn forment un échantillon indépendant et identiquement distribué d'un vecteur aléatoire R. On définit plusieurs processus d'approximation stochastique pour estimer des vecteurs directeurs des axes principaux d'une analyse en composantes principales (ACP) partielle de R. On applique ensuite ce résultat au cas particulier de l'analyse canonique généralisée (ACG) partielle après avoir défini un processus d'approximation stochastique de type Robbins-Monro de l'inverse d'une matrice de covariance. Dans le quatrième chapitre, on considère le cas où à la fois l'espérance et la matrice de covariance de Zn varient dans le temps.
