Consequently, the construction and ideological line adopted by the ALN, one of the most important guerrilla organizations formed in Brazil after the 1964 civilmilitary coup. Therefore, the established sieve essentially included the writings of Carlos Marighella, founder and leader of the aforementioned revolutionary organization. The incendiary combined the dynamism of practical revolutionary with an intense literary production. Marighella's writings merge with the nature of the leftist guerrilla organization - the ALN - in which the whole ideological and doctrinal structure is initiated, including "organizational principles," "tactical principles," and "strategic principles." Then, it is possible to highlight, in the process of maturity of its texts, the theoretical, ideological and practical construction proposed by Marighella for the ALN that will converge in the action as guiding principle of the organization, bringing to the surface the sui generis contribution of its ideas to the Revolutionary left. The period comprised by the research began in 1948 when party teaching debates initiated due illegality that the Brazilian Communist Party had initiated and ended in 1969 with the assassination of Carlos Marighella for military repression. / O presente trabalho debruça-se numa análise sobre a trajetória intelectual de Carlos Marighella. Ilumina-se, consequentemente, a construção e linha ideológica adotada pela ALN, uma das mais importantes organizações guerrilheiras formadas no Brasil após o golpe civil-militar de 1964. Para tanto, o crivo estabelecido, essencialmente, abarcou os escritos de Carlos Marighella, fundador e líder da organização revolucionária citada. O guerrilheiro conjugou o dinamismo de revolucionário prático a uma produção literária intensa. Os escritos de Marighella fundem-se à natureza da organização guerrilheira de esquerda – a ALN –, neles, toda a estrutura ideológica e doutrinária é lançada, incluindo os ―princípios organizativos‖, os ―princípios táticos‖ e os ―princípios estratégicos‖. Com isso, é possível evidenciar, no processo de maturidade de seus textos, a construção teórica, ideológica e prática proposta por Marighella para a ALN que convergirá na ação como princípio norteador da organização, trazendo à superfície a contribuição sui generis de suas ideias para a esquerda revolucionária brasileira. O período abrangido pela pesquisa inicia-se em 1948 quando dos debates de direcionamento partidário inaugurados devido à ilegalidade que o Partido Comunista Brasileiro fora lançado e finaliza-se em 1969 com o assassinato de Carlos Marighella pela repressão militar.

Hoje é um residencial que abriga mais de 2000 famílias, e está localizado no tecido urbano do município de Ananindeua, na Região Metropolitana de Belém (Pará). Sua área é entrecortada por dois igarapés que passam por um processo acelerado de degradação, devido aos dejetos que são lançados em seu leito, sem qualquer tratamento. O Igarapé das Toras é o mais afetado devido à ocupação por cerca de 40 de famílias ao longo de suas margens. A construção desse território é resultado de um movimento social de acesso à moradia, o qual logrou alcançar o reconhecimento público dos direitos ao território. Contudo, a população mantém relações contraditórias com o meio ambiente e, em especial, com os cursos de água – a exemplo do Igarapé das Toras, o qual está ameaçado em sua perenidade. Em 2006, o Município de Ananindeua, por meio de sua Secretaria de Habitação, elaborou e apresentou proposta junto ao Ministério das Cidades, para a urbanização de assentamentos precários, com o apoio dos moradores da área. E, em 2007, o projeto foi aprovado, contemplando a área do Carlos Marighella, com recursos financeiros destinados à intervenção urbana. A pesquisa teve como objetivo examinar como o projeto de intervenção urbana integrada interagiu com a população local, com o agente municipal, e o órgão financiador pelo agente federal, a CAIXA. A revisão teórica foi realizada por meio dos conceitos de intervenção urbana integrada e gestão social de seus atores, como a participação social, no contexto de desenvolvimento socioambiental. O método de abordagem foi um estudo de caso de natureza histórico-descritiva, e com enfoque qualitativo, devido ao fato da análise centrar-se em uma política pública de intervenção urbana integrada diferenciada daquelas que foram, à época, implementadas por meio do Programa de Aceleração do Crescimento (PAC). O estudo mostra que não foram incorporadas as questões relativas ao reconhecimento mais amplo do “direito à cidade”, e que houve limitação no entendimento de “intervenção urbana integrada” e “cidadania”, por parte dos elaboradores. / The Residential Carlos Marighella was "informal occupation" rated in 2002 by the Ministry of Cities, as subnormal. Today is a residential home to more than 2000 families and is located in the urban of the city of Ananindeua, metropolitan region of Belém (Pará). Its area is intersected by two creecks passing through an accelerated process of degradation with the wastes that are thrown on his bed without any treatment. The “Igarapé das Toras” is the most affected due to occupancy by about 40 families along their margins. The construction of this territory is the result of a social movement access to housing, which has achieved public recognition of the rights to the territory. However, the population remains contradictory relations with the environment and particularly the waterways, such as the “Igarapé das Toras”, which is threatened perpetuity. In 2006, the municipality of Ananindeua, through its Department of Housing prepared and submitted a proposal for slum upgrading with the support of the residents of the area by the Ministry of Cities, and, in 2007, the project was approved contemplating Carlos Marighella area with financial resources for urban intervention. The research aimed to examine the design of integrated urban intervention interacted with the local population, with municipal staff and funding agency by the federal agent CAIXA. A theoretical review of the concept will be through integrated urban intervention and social management of its actors, such as social participation, in the context of environmental development. The method of approach was a case study historical nature of descriptive qualitative approach with focus on the analysis because of a public policy of differentiated those who were at the time implemented through Program Accelerating Development (PAC) integrated urban intervention. The study shows that was not incorporated into the broader issues relating to the "right to the city and that there were limitations in the understanding of "integrated urban intervention" and "citizenship" by the drafters recognition.

Nesse sentido, dedicaremos atenção ao homem histórico em contraste com o mito político erigido pelas biografias. No percurso dessa exposição, em que tomamos como cenário principal o estado da Bahia, pretendemos investigar a atuação estudantil e política de Carlos Marighella em seu estado natal. Afinal, as biografias atribuem grande notoriedade ao personagem desde a sua juventude, sendo que para os autores, o prestígio e a popularidade de Marighella conquistados nos anos de 1930, no estado, contribuíram para que ele se tornasse o primeiro deputado comunista eleito pela Bahia, no ano de 1945. Assim sendo, examinaremos a abertura política e o processo eleitoral daquele ano, buscando entender os motivos que permitiram a Carlos Marighella ter sido eleito, mesmo tendo ficado longe de seu estado natal por aproximadamente uma década. Cientes da impossibilidade de isolar o sujeito do seu próprio meio histórico e social, abordaremos, também, aspectos do contexto no qual Marighella estava inserido, além da estrutura do PCB, tendo em vista que a história do partido e a do dirigente, em grande medida, iluminam-se reciprocamente. / This work aims to analyze the trajectory of Carlos Marighella between the years of 1911 and 1945, focusing on the process of construction and/or ratification of a memory, sometimes mythologized from the biographical works produced about political leader and guerrilla from Bahia. In this sense, we will pay attention to historical man in contrast to the political myth erected by biographies. In the course of this discussion, in which we take as the main scenario the state of Bahia, we intend to investigate the student and political performance of Carlos Marighella in his home state. After all, the biographies attributed great importance to the character since his youth, for the authors, the prestige and popularity of Marighella conquered in the 1930s in the state contributed to his becoming the first communist deputy elected by Bahia, In the year 1945. In this sense, the political opening and electoral process of that year will be examined, trying to understand the reasons that allowed Carlos Marighella to have been elected, even though he stayed away from his home state for approximately a decade. Aware of the impossibility of isolating the subject from his own historical and social milieu, we will also address aspects of the context in which Marighella was inserted, as well as the structure of the PCB, given that the history of the party and that of the leader, to a great extent, illuminate each other.

This paper discusses the history of the Dominican Friar Fernando de Brito and his involvement in the episode that led to death Carlos Marighella (1911 - 1969) - leader of the National Liberating Action (NLA) - one of the fighters organizations during the military civilian dictatorship Brazilian. For this, some aspects Fernando's life are highlighted, especially the issue of choice of religious life, political engagement and imprisonment. In addition to the theoretical framework, we use sources such as oral interviews with the friar himself, his daily produced in prisons and periodicals. Thus, the research aims to present and analyze the case - the trap - through which fell Marighella and the friar as well, in the sense of being blamed by the murder of the partisan. We seek to discuss such issues in order to understand the construction of an image stigmatized about the religious and also the content of his notes. / Esta dissertação discorre sobre a trajetória do frei dominicano Fernando de Brito e o seu envolvimento no episódio que levou a morte Carlos Marighella (1911 – 1969) – líder da Ação Libertadora Nacional (ALN) – uma das organizações mais combatentes no período da ditadura civil militar brasileira. Por isso, alguns aspectos da vida de Fernando são destacados, sobretudo a questão da opção pela vida religiosa, o engajamento político e a prisão. Além de fontes teóricas, utilizamos entrevistas orais com o próprio frei, o seu diário produzido nos cárceres e periódicos. Assim, a pesquisa tem por objetivo apresentar e analisar, o caso – a cilada – por meio da qual caiu Marighella e também o frade, no sentido de ser atribuída a ele culpabilidade pelo assassinato do guerrilheiro. Buscamos problematizar tais questões a fim de compreender a construção de uma imagem estigmatizada acerca do religioso e também o teor das suas anotações.
