Vários são os estudos a respeito da origem dos efeitos sonoros sobre o ser humano, sabe-se que o homem fazia música em seus rituais de caça e adoração. Objetivo: pesquisar como o ensino de História da Arte com o recurso da musicalidade com as crianças influencia na aprendizagem significativa. Método: Pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa realizada com as séries iniciais de uma escola da rede privada de ensino da cidade de São Paulo, em 2008. Resultados: Pelo estudo realizado, percebeu-se a importância da atuação do professor que busca provocar nos alunos um entendimento sobre a área de conhecimento, baseada nas experiências vividas em salas de aula; e esta atuação distingue-o do professor tradicional; e os alunos não precisam ter um conhecimento prévio da obra de Arte, mas, é importante que a vivência seja provocada para que, além da Experiência, tenham uma vivência sonora e visual, para que haja a aprendizagem em Arte / Abstract: Music is one of the language forms that have been present in human life since Prehistoric times. There are several studies about the origin of the sound effects on human beings; it is known that man created music in their hunting rituals and worship. Objective: To investigate how musical resources added to Art History teaching influences students' meaningful learning. Method: A descriptive, qualitative study was conducted with the initial series of a private school in the city of Sao Paulo in 2008. Results: Through this research, based on classroom experiences, it was observed that the performance of the teacher who motivates students towards significant learning is of great importance; and that this practice differs from traditional practices; that students do not necessarily have to possess a prior knowledge of a work of Art, but it is important to activate a connection of it to sounds and visuals stimuli, so that besides the Experience, they can have an auditory and visual involvement, and thus, learn Art / Mestre

Orientador: José Augusto Silva Pontes Neto / Banca: Elizabeth Piemonte Constantino / Banca: Inês Amosso Dolci / Banca: Francisco Hashimoto / Resumo: O presente trabalho teve por finalidade identificar as expectativas dos pais relativas aos fatores mais importantes para a formação de seus filhos, analisar como a criança reage frente às expectativas dos pais e definir as características das crianças submetidas a um acúmulo de atividades extra-escolares. A amostra foi composta por pais e seus filhos matriculados em escolas particulares de Ensino Fundamental, da 1ª. à 4ª. série, cuja participação foi voluntária. Foram escolhidas dez crianças de ambos os sexos, que se encontram na faixa etária de 06 (seis) a 10 (dez anos). Os pais-homens encontram-se na faixa etária de 37-48 anos. A faixa etária das mães compreende 32-53 anos. A maioria dos pais possui grau de instrução superior. Os pais foram submetidos a uma entrevista composta por 24 (vinte e quatro) itens, sendo 08 (oito) deles subitens, somando, no total, 32 (trinta e duas) questões. Após a entrevista, foi solicitada a cada um dos pais a elaboração de desenhos sobre o futuro de seus filhos. A entrevista realizada com as crianças ficou composta por 08 (oito) questões. No final, também a elas foram pedidos desenhos sobre sua brincadeira favorita e seu futuro. A partir da categorização das respostas foram estabelecidos 03 (três) temas e 11 (onze) subtemas, como se seguem: Passado: ingresso na escola, adaptação e alfabetização; Presente: rendimento escolar, disciplinas (mais gosta e menos gosta), atividades extra-escolares e iniciativa das escolhas, aspectos valorizados, aspectos não valorizados, momentos livres: brincar e saúde do filho; Futuro: possível realização futura. A análise das respostas foi realizada por temas, sendo que o referencial teórico teve como linha mestra os pressupostos reichianos e neo-reichianos. Ao mesmo tempo, tivemos também como suporte teórico alguns autores psicanalíticos...(Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research was carried out to identify parents’ expectations related to the most important factors of their children’s development, to analyze how children react in face of such expectations, and to define children’s characteristics when they are subjected to an overload of activities off the premises of school. The sample includes both parents and children enrolled in private grade schools, from 1st to 4th grade, who participated in the research as volunteers. Ten children of both genders were picked up, their age varying from 6 (six) to 10 (ten).The male-parents’ age varied from 37 to 48, the mothers’ age from 32 to 53. Most of the parents had graduated from colleges. The parents were subjected to an interview comprising 24 (twenty-four) items, out of which 8 (eight) were subitems comprising, on the whole, 32 questions. After such an interview, those parents were asked to draw something about their children’s future. The interviews held with the children comprised 8 (eight) questions. At the end of it, they were also asked to draw something about their favorite play and future. By categorizing the answers, 3 (three) topics and 11 (eleven) subtopics were established as follows: Past: admission into school, adaptation to it and achieving literacy. Present: school achievement, subject-matters (the ones they like best, the ones they dislike), activities off the premises of school and their own initiative to pick them up, appealing and non-valued features, leisure time: playing with the children and caring for their health. Future: attainable future fulfillment. The analysis of their answers was divided into topics, seeing that the theoretical foundation was based on Reichian and neo-Reichian presuppositions. Orientador: Ana Maria Ramos Estevão / Resumo: A situação das crianças e adolescentes ameaçados ou violados em seus direitos básicos, em Franca, não é diferente da maioria das cidades brasileiras. Há ainda um longo caminho a ser percorrido no sentido da proteção integral, no entanto, os passos que já foram dados servem de experiência acumulada para os próximos. O resgate histórico da construção da política voltada à criança e ao adolescente em Franca, mais do que um registro desta experiência - que traz características comuns a outros municípios, visto que faz parte de uma totalidade, mas que também contém traços particulares - pretendeu verificar e demonstrar como são percebidas as contradições no âmbito municipal e no cotidiano de quem lida com esta realidade de perto. Mais do que compreender este universo, o presente estudo procurou investigar se existem possibilidades de contribuir - por parte daqueles que têm a oportunidade de participarem da elaboração das políticas sociais - com a efetivação dos direitos e não, ao contrário, com a efetivação da dominação, atenuando os conflitos sociais decorrentes das precárias condições de vida a que se encontram submetidas as classes subalternas. Utilizamos metodologia qualitativa, entrevistando alguns dos sujeitos que participaram e/ou participam de alguma forma na elaboração da política voltada à criança e ao adolescente na cidade de Franca e realizamos observação participante no Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente e no programa "Rede Criança/Adolescente" (da prefeitura municipal). Juntando as vivências, as percepções, as interpretações, os conhecimentos, é que conseguimos identificar os desafios, mas principalmente, as possibilidades de atuação através da política social a favor, enfim, das crianças e adolescentes. / Abstracts: The situation of children and adolescents threatened or violated in their basic rights in Franca is not different from the most of the brazilian cities. There is a long way to pass through in the path of total protection, however, the steps that have been given serve as accumulated experience for the next ones. The historic of the political construction turned to the child and adolescent in Franca, more than just a register of this experience - what brings common characteristics to other cities, seen as part of a totality, but even have particular lines - pretend to verify and demonstrate how the contradictions are understood in the municipal field and the daily of a person who nearly deals with this reality. More than to this universe, the present study tried to investigate if there are possibilities to contribute - for the ones who have the opportunity to participate at the social politics elaboration - with the effective rights of the domination, diminishing the social conflicts originated from the life contradictions in wich the subordinated from the life contradictions in wich the subordinated classes are submitted. We use qualitative methodology, interviewing some people who have participated or are still participating in any way children and adolescent in the city of Franca and we do participant observation at the Municipal Consil of the Children and Adolescent Rights and at the "Child/Adolescent Net" (from the Municipal Aty Hall) Adding the existences, the perceptions, the interpretations, the knowledge, we can identify the challenges, but mainly, the possibilities of acting through social politics in favor of, at last, the children an adolescents. / Doutor

Exercitando o faz de conta a criança descobre soluções novas para seus dramas existenciais. Assim, encontra o prazer - aqui no sentido freudiano -, que permite que extrapole o universo concreto que a rodeia e adentre no universo do imaginário e do simbólico. A literatura é espaço para se ampliar o mundo simbólico no imaginário e o imaginário é o espaço em que a realidade textual se faz aparecer pela linguagem, mas que também é a própria linguagem e se dá, não na interioridade (o dentro) e nem fora (mundo externo) mas no espaço intermediário entre os dois que, portanto, será ocupado infinitamente pelo ato de criar. Partindo dessas premissas vislumbramos a importância de que o aluno torne-se ativo no fazer literário, criando um ponto de identificação entre ele e a obra, pois trabalhar com a imaginação/lúdico é trabalhar dentro do universo do fazer artístico, do criar, o que implica tornar-se agente, tornar-se sujeito; afinal a palavra criar é inseparável da palavra criança, pois para ser criança é necessário criar, ou seja: criançar / Abstract: The discussion that follows intends to conjugate Literature, Education, and Psychoanalysis under the headline of an identification between reader/child and Literature. In playing with the once upon a time children discover new solutions for their existential dramas. Then, to find out pleasure - here in a Freudian sense - allows them to overreach the concrete universe around them in order to enter the universe of imaginary and the symbolic. Literature is the space for widening the symbolic world into the imaginary, and the imaginary is the space in which a textual reality springs up by language at the same it is language itself and blooms not in the inward world (the inside) neither in the outward world (the outside), but at the intermediate space between both, a space that will be completely fulfilled with the act of creation. Departing from this propositions we can realize the importance of the student in becoming active in his/her literary making, what creates an identification spot between him/her and the literary work, once playing with imagination is playing with the inward of the artistic universe, or the creation universe itself, what results in becoming active, in becoming subject. Orientada por esse objetivo geral busco, ainda, caracterizar as opções teórico-metodológicas que orientam a ação docente no ensino da leitura e analisar essas opções e sua influência na apropriação, pelos alunos, de conceitos de leitura. Para a efetivação do objetivo proposto foi realizada uma pesquisa em educação do tipo etnográfica com duas turmas do 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola da Rede Municipal localizada na cidade de São Luís no Estado do Maranhão. Assim, tornaram-se sujeitos da pesquisa as duas professoras, uma de cada série, bem como seus alunos. O processo de geração de dados ocorreu durante o segundo semestre do ano de 2009, com a utilização dos seguintes instrumentos: observação participante, entrevista semi-estruturada e o caderno de Português das crianças. Os dados gerados foram analisados a partir da organização dos seguintes núcleos temáticos: a concepção de linguagem das professoras alfabetizadoras; a concepção de leitura; a metodologia do ensino da leitura; a apropriação do conceito de leitura pelos alunos e a ação da pesquisadora. Além disso, me orientei pela análise microgenética com o objetivo de centrar o olhar para o aspecto particular da situação com atenção às "pistas" significativas para extrair dados. Autores como Mikhail Bakhtin e estudiosos da área da leitura, Frank Smith, Jean Foucambert, Josette Jolibert, dentre outros, foram fundamentais para nortear a análise dos dados. As conclusões revelam que as concepções de leitura das professoras exercem grande influência na formação do conceito de leitura como ato de pronúncia, em vez de aproximar os alunos de uma concepção de leitura... To effectuation of the objective proposed a ethnografic research was held with two classes of the second year of High School on a municipal school located on São Luiz city on state of Maranhão. Thus, two schoolteachers became subjectives of the research, one of each classes, even as their schoolchildren. The process of data colection happened during the second semester of 2009, with the use of the following instruments: partipant observation, semi-structured interview and the portuguese workbook of the children. The data collected were analyzed from the organization of the following thematic categories: the language conception of the literacy teacher; the conception of reading; the methodology of teaching reading; the learning of reading conception by the scoolchildren and the researcher‟s action. Furthermore I also guide me by the microgenetic analyzes aiming necessarily see the particular aspect of the situation with attention of the significant "slops" to extract data. Authors like Mikhail, Bakhtin and scholars of reading area, like Frank Smith, Jean Foucambert, Josette Jolibert, and others, were fundamental for doing the data analyses. Por definição, pode ser considerada como toda e qualquer conduta ou manipulação sexual entre adultos e crianças/adolescentes, com a finalidade precípua de estimular ou utilizar sexualmente estes últimos, para obtenção de prazer sexual, sem a necessidade de que haja expedientes violentos, ou força física, por parte do agressor. A ausência/insuficiência de investigações científicas abordando o fenômeno da violência sexual infanto-juvenil doméstica/intrafamiliar, notadamente com enfoque direcionado para a revelação, bem como a experiência profissional que acumulamos, atuando nas áreas criminal, civil e da infância e juventude compõem, entre outras, o quadro de justificativas para esta pesquisa. O objetivo foi caracterizar uma tipologia do fluxo de procedimentos e dos atos normativos (inquéritos policiais e/ou processos judiciais) adotados a partir da revelação do fato, até a finalização do processo de responsabilização do acusado/agressor, com vista a identificar que aspectos (supervalorizações, subjetivações, lacunas, omissões, etc., deliberados, ou não) podem ter sido decisivos para o desfecho dos casos.A pesquisa se deu numa cidade de aproximadamente trinta e cinco mil habitantes, do interior do Estado de São Paulo, abrangendo casos ocorridos no período compreendido entre os anos de 1992 e 2003, utilizando-se como fonte inquéritos policiais e processos arquivados no Fórum da Comarca. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Child and juvenile sexual abuse has been for ages a complex phenomenon that trespasses the boundaries of our comprehension, occurring indiscriminately in our society regardless economic status, culture, race and gender. By definition, it can be considered any kind of behavior or sexual manipulation between adults and children / adolescents with the aim of stimulating and sexually using the latter, to obtain sexual satisfaction, without the use of violence or physical strength on the part of the perpetrator. The lack of scientific research covering the subject of child and juvenile sexual abuse within the family environment, focusing at the "revelation", as well as the professional experience acquired for the past years working in the criminal and civil areas, child and juvenile areas, among many other facts, justify this research. The aim of this study was to highlight a chain of procedures and the normative rulings (police investigation and/or court suits) adopted from the moment of the "revelation" of the fact itself until the finalization of the process of making the perpetrator responsible for his acts, aiming to identify what aspects ( overvaluations, subjectivities, blanks, omissions , either intentional or not) must have been decisive to the outcome of the cases. The research was conducted in a city of approximately thirty five thousand inhabitants, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, covering cases that happened in the period between the years of 1992 and 2003, using as source police investigation files and law suits filed at the Justice Hall. Partindo do pressuposto de que o Estado, no Brasil, não se encontra organizado o suficiente para atender carências e necessidades das demandas sociais, o estudo apresenta como objetivo conhecer para compreender a estrutura das organizações não governamentais que atendem crianças de zero a três anos na cidade de Franca. O desenvolvimento da pesquisa teve a clara intenção de agregar conhecimento científico à questão da gestão nas entidades pertencentes ao Terceiro Setor e, consequentemente, estabelecer aproximações teóricas e práticas entre as áreas do Serviço Social e da Administração, diretamente responsáveis pelo processo de formação educacional e humana de crianças inseridas no contexto das creches francanas. Para a construção do conhecimento científico foi utilizado um conjunto metodológico fundamentado no método indutivo, na abordagem quantiqualitativa através de estudos exploratório e descritivo. O universo compreendeu 38 creches inscritas na Secretaria de Educação da Prefeitura de Franca no ano de 2009, selecionadas por amostra não probabilística intencional. Os sujeitos da pesquisa, os presidentes (diretoria voluntária) e os coordenadores (profissionais contratados) das ONGs, foram abordados através de entrevistas presenciais que permitiram tanto o estabelecimento de diálogo franco e aberto como a identificação do perfil dos mesmos e da instituição. Na pesquisa de campo, as entrevistas revelaram representações significativas que as organizações têm para eles, incluindo análises objetivas sobre o atendimento prestado às demandas beneficiárias dos serviços / Abstract: The literature about the Third Sector makes clear its growth and development around the world. Assuming that the State, in Brazil, is not organized enough to meet the needs and necessities of social demands, it is an objective of this study to know to understand the structure of non-governmental organizations that serve children from birth to three years old in the city of Franca. The development of the research had the clear intention of adding scientific knowledge to the management issue in the entities belonging to the Third Sector and, thus, establish theoretical and practical approaches between the areas of Social Work and Administration, which are directly responsible for the children's educational and human process, the ones who are inserted in the context of the francanas day care centers. For the construction of the scientific knowledge, a methodology set was used based on the inductive method, on quantitative and qualitative approach through exploratory and descriptive studies. On the whole, this study was comprised of 38 day care centers enrolled in the Education Department of the City Council of Franca in 2009, selected by intentional non-probable sample. The subjects of this study who are the presidents (voluntary direction) and the managers (hired professionals) of NGOs, were approached through attended interviews that allowed both the establishment of open dialogue as well as the identification of their profile and of the institution.
