Sparčiai vystantis informacinėms technologijoms auga šios srities specialistų poreikis. Specialistų paklausa stipriai viršija pasiūlą. Rengiant šį darbą buvo iškelti 5 uždaviniai. Vienas iš jų buvo išanalizuoti vidurinio ugdymo informacinių technologijų bendrąją programą. Buvo atlikta informacinių technologijų vidurinio ugdymo programos bendrojo ir išplėstinio kursų analizė. Šiame darbe taip pat buvo analizuojami ir lyginami 2012-ų ir 2013-ų metų informacinių technologijų valstybiniai brandos egzaminai. Taip pat buvo atlikta informacinių technologijų krypties studijų programų analizė. Pateiktas Lietuvos universitetų ir kolegijų, turinčių informacinių technologijų krypties studijų programas, pasiskirstymas pagal miestus, šių programų apžvalga, studijuojami specialybės dalykai. Išanalizuota IRT specialistų Lietuvoje pasiūlos – paklausos 2014 – 2016 metų prognozė. Magistrinio darbo metu atliktas mokinių anketinis tyrimas, kurio tikslas buvo išsiaiškinti mokinių profesijos pasirinkimo motyvus ir požiūrį į informacinių technologijų krypties specialybes. Tyrimui atlikti buvo sudarytos elektroninės apklausos anketos, apklausti 195 mokiniai iš 9-ių Šilutės rajono mokyklų, padaryta analizė bei suformuluotos išvados. / As the information technologies develop rapidly a need for the specialists in the field is increasing. The demand for specialists exceeds the supply. There were 5 problems raised during preparation of this thesis. One of them was to analyse the curriculum of the secondary education IT subject. The analysis of curriculum of the secondary education IT subject’s general and extended courses was performed. In this thesis, national school leaving IT exams of 2012 and 2013 were analysed and compared, and examples of problems were given. Also, IT studying programmes were analysed. Distribution of towns and cities of Lithuanian universities and colleges offering IT studying programmes, overview of these programmes and subjects studied were listed. Prognosis for the supply-demand of IT specialists in Lithuania for 2014-2016 was analysed. During the process of writing this Master’s thesis, pupils’ questionnaire survey was performed. The aim of this survey was to establish the motives behind pupils’ choice of profession and their views on professions relating to IT. Online questionnaire was created for performing this survey, and 195 pupils from 9 Šilutė district’s schools were questioned. The results were analysed and findings were concluded.

No entanto, conforme estabelecido no Art. 206 da Constituição Federal de 1988, a educação, deve ser pautada no princípio democrático o que não se enxerga nesse modelo. Também se destaca que os critérios adotados para a escolha, pontuados na Resolução do Conselho Estadual de Educação do Amazonas, nem sempre são obedecidos pelos atores responsáveis pelo processo. Para subsidiar essa análise, foi utilizada da como metodologia a pesquisa qualitativa com uso da entrevista como instrumento. Realizou-se ainda pesquisa documental, levantando registros e instrumentos normativos e bibliográficos, tendo como principais referenciais teóricos obras de Heloísa Lück, Henry Mintzberg e Vitor Paro. Também foram realizadas pesquisas comparativas acerca do processo de escolha de gestores escolares de cinco estados brasileiros, quais sejam: Ceará, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro e Tocantins, que utilizam modelos de escolhas de gestores de escolas distintos ao que acontece no Amazonas. Essas pesquisas serviram de embasamento para a criação de uma proposta de processo de seleção de gestores escolares para a Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, sendo contemplados critérios técnicos, definição de perfil e competência profissional, englobando o conhecimento e as habilidades técnicas do candidato a gestor de escola. Concluindo então que, o processo de escolha de gestores escolares da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, que é por indicação, no que se refere aos procedimentos atuais, há formas diversas para essa escolha, sendo que na Capital os gestores ao serem indicados são entrevistados, porém para as escolas do Interior, os procedimentos diferem do que acontece na Capital, incorrendo em despadronização do processo. / This theses aims to analyze the process of choosing school managers of the Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, which happens through technical and political statement. However, as set out in Art.206 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, the education should be regulated on the democratic principle, something that it does not see on this model. Also emphasizes that the criteria adopted for the selection, punctuated by the Resolução do Conselho Estadual de Educação do Amazonas aren’t Always obeyed by the responsible by the process. To support this analysis, it was used, as methodology, the qualitative research with use of interview as a instrument of research. A documentar research was also conducted, raising records, and bibliographic and normative instruments and it’s main theoretical references from Works of Heloisa Luck, Henry Minzberg and Vitor Paro. It was also carried out comparative research on the process of choosing school managers of five brazilian states that are: Ceará, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and Tocantins using different models of school manager choosing that in Amazonas. Such researches served as the basis for the creation of a proposal for school managers selection process for the Rede Estadual de Ensino do Amazonas, covering the knowledge and the candidate’s technical skills for school management. Concluding, the process of choosing school managers of the Rede Estadual de Educação do Amazonas, which is by appointment, with regard to current procedures, there are several ways for that choice, and in the Capital, managers to be appointed are interviewed, but for schools of Interior, the procedures differ from what happens in the capital, incurring no standardization of the process.

Vilse i metoddjungeln? : En studie om modeller för att välja systemutvecklingsmetod.

Syfte - Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att via befintlig litteratur undersöka vilka modeller som finns för att välja systemutvecklingsmetod. Vidare syftade uppsatsen till att testa modellerna på några av de vanligast förekommande utvecklingsmetoderna. Detta skedde med hjälp av ett förenklat exempelprojekt. Metod – Metoden till den här uppsatsen var en litteraturstudie. En litteraturstudie sammanställer tidigare forskning kring ett ämne för att skapa nya perspektiv. Litteraturen till den här uppsatsen inhämtades från journalartiklar, konferenser och böcker. Analys och slutsatser – Omfånget av den här uppsatsen sträckte sig till att se på tre modeller för att välja systemutvecklingsmetod. Dessa var SDM-ES, Big-M och CUQuP. SDM-ES är ett automatiserat expertsystem som drar slutsatser utifrån uppskattningar av användaren. Big-M består i sin enklaste form av en matris. Användaren plottar in det aktuella projektet i matrisen. CUQuP väger ihop tre olika faktorer för varje utvecklingsfas som anses viktig i ett projekt. Dessa faktorer matas sedan in i en formel som genererar en poängsumma. Den utvecklingsmetod som får högst poäng är bäst lämpad för projektet. Gemensamt för modellerna är att de baserar sina val av utvecklingsmetod på ett antal faktorer. Några av dessa faktorer är gemensamma för modellerna medan andra skiljer sig åt. För att testa modellerna applicerades de på utvecklingsmetoderna: Extreme Programming (XP), Rapid Application Development (RAD) och vattenfallsmodellen. För att appliceringen skulle bli meningsfull var det nödvändigt att skapa ett exempelprojekt. Resultatet visade att samtliga utvecklingsmetoder valde RAD som den mest lämpliga utvecklingsmetoden för exempelprojektet. Två av tre valde vattenfallsmodellen som näst mest lämplig. Med andra ord fanns det en relativt hög grad av samstämmighet mellan modellerna. De skulle emellertid krävas en mer omfattande studie för att klarlägga om detta stämmer. / Purpose – The purpose of this paper was to identify and describe models that help developers choosing a system development methodology. Furthermore the purpose was to test the models on some common system development methodologies. In order to do so a simple example project was created. Methodology - This paper was conducted through a literature review. A literature review collects and compiles research on a subject to create new perspectives.  The literature for this paper was collected from science journals, conference papers and books. Analysis and conclusions – This paper delimited itself to only examine three models for choosing a development methodology. The models were: SDM-ES, Big-M and CUQuP. SDM-ES is a rule based expert system that draws conclusions bases on user input. In its simplest form, Big-M uses a matrix in order to decide which development methodology that should be used. Based on estimations of system criticality and project size the user can decide were in the matrix the project belongs. With the help of a formula CUQuP calculates a score for each considered development method. The methodology that receives the highest score is generally considered to be most suitable for the project. All models have a common characteristic. In one way or another they all use factors, such as system criticality and project size, to decide which development method that should be used. In order to test the models three development methodologies were used. Those were Extreme Programming (XP), Rapid Application Development (RAD) and the waterfall model. To make the test meaningful it was necessary to create an example project. The result showed that all three models chose RAD as the best development methodology for the example project. Furthermore two out of three models considered the waterfall model to be the second best option. In other words it seems to be a high degree of coherence between the models. However the scope of this paper is too narrow to decide if that’s true.

”Vad spelar det för roll om jag städar den här toaletten?” : En kvalitativ studie om betydelsen av tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter i yrkesvalet

Denna studie ämnar att gå igenom lärande på arbetsplatsen och hur det situerade lärandet från en tjänst kan användas i andra tjänster. Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur individer som arbetar inom HR, som jobbar med personalrelaterade frågor, upplever att tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter har betydelse för det arbete de har idag. Det teoretiska ramverket utgår från det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande, där tänkandet och handlandet hos oss människor betraktas som situerat till sociala sammanhang. För att kunna belysa det lärandet ytterligare används begreppen redskap, mediering och praktikgemenskap för att förstå hur lärandet kan främjas. Studien baseras på kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer som genomfördes med åtta kvinnor som innehar en HR-tjänst idag. Dessa intervjuer transkriberades och analyserades, ur det kom fyra teman som var centrala för alla utsagor; Utvecklandet av intressen genom tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter, Strävan efter nya utmaningar, Att använda sig av sin kunskap i olika kontexter samt Att tillägna sig ett förhållningssätt. Resultatet visar att intervjupersonerna påverkats av sina tidigare arbetslivserfarenheter till att de blivit uppmärksamma på vilket område de vill jobba inom, och genom alla arbetsplatser de vart på fortsatt sin approprieringsprocess. I sitt nuvarande arbete använder de sen av sina tidigare kunskaper till att kunna bidra till inlärningsprocesser i sin praktikgemenskap. Studiens slutsatser är att en praktikgemenskap är viktig för att upplevelsen av tillhörighet till yrket och för att ens redskap ska kunna utvecklas inom arbetsplatslärandet / This thesis intends to go through workplace learning and how the situated learning from one service can be used in other services. The aim is to find out how individuals working in HR, who deals with questions concerning employees, experience that previous work experience is relevant to the work they have today. The theoretical framework is based on the sociocultural perspective on learning, which states that thinking and acting of human beings is considered situated to social context. In order to illustrate the learning further, the terms gear, mediation and community of practice is used to understand how learning can be promoted. The study is based on qualitative semi-structured interviews that were conducted with eight women who hold an HR service today. These interviews were transcribed and analysed, out from it we found four themes that were central to all statements; Development of interests through previous work experience, The quest for new challenges, To use knowledge from one context in a new one and To acquire an attitude. The results show that the respondents are influenced by their previous work experience which helps them become aware of what area they want to work within, and through all workplaces where they continued their approprieringsprocess. In their current work they use their previous knowledge to be able to contribute to the learning processes in their community of practice. The study's conclusions is that a community of practice is essential to the experience of belonging to the profession and to even utensils shall be developed in workplace learning.

The Synergies Between Data Envelopment Analysis and Multi-Criteria Decision Aid: Case of the PROMETHEE Method

For a little less than twenty years, researchers have worked on integrating Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Multi-Criteria Decision Aid (MCDA). Several contributions have been done by integrating DEA with different MCDA methods to bring this field to what it is today. After studying the course of Multi-Criteria Data Envelopment Analysis (MCDEA) integration through numerous works, the future of such an attempt can be questionable. For this aim, the PROMETHEE method in MCDA has been integrated with DEA. To the best of our knowledge, this synergy has been done for the first time in this thesis.Two synergies have been conducted: Using PROMETHEE in DEA and vice versa. The first contribution applies PROMETHEE in DEA to develop a new weight restricted DEA model. This new model has two main characteristics: more discrimination power between efficient units and engaging a priori information of decision makers in DEA. The second contribution uses both DEA and PROMETHEE to propose a new ranking technique. DEA is employed to generate a pairwise comparison matrix to be used in PROMETHEE for the purpose of ranking alternatives. The last contribution uses DEA in PROMETHEE. It presents a new algorithm to propose weights in the context of the PROMETHEE II method based on DEA. Furthermore, these two methods can be used in parallel. Comparing the results obtained from DEA and PROMETHEE in evaluating the performance of units enriches the analysis of decision-making problem by confirming the robustness of answers.
