A questão que originou esta pesquisa surgiu da clínica, campo de investigação e reduto de trabalho do psicanalista. Ao observar a mudança de constelações psíquicas que vêm se apresentando no consultório, e constatar os limites que a técnica clássica impõe à escuta psicanalítica, fez-se necessário conhecer outras teorias e técnicas que possibilitassem a ampliação da sensibilidade clínica, buscando, via contratransferência, uma forma de escutar os conteúdos psíquicos de pacientes com falha no processo de simbolização. O trabalho de investigação visou então desenvolver e sustentar a tese de que a perlaboração da contratransferência pode ser um importante recurso que coloca à disposição do trabalho analítico o material necessário para realizar construções em análise de representações-coisa. Os argumentos são construídos em três etapas: aproximação dos conceitos de contratransferência e de perlaboração, sustentando a primeira proposição da tese de perlaboração da contratransferência; apresentação dos aportes teóricos relativos ao conceito de contratransferência, desenvolvidos por autores pós-freudianos, e descrição do trabalho psicanalítico, lançando luz na metapsicologia do analista, composta, precisamente, dos processos psíquicos envolvidos na perlaboração da contratransferência, quais sejam, empatia, identificação projetiva em sua forma comunicativa e rêverie. Entendemos que esses três conceitos operando juntos permitem sustentar a dimensão estética da contratransferência, que, via trabalho do analista, disponibiliza material para realizar a figurabilidade necessária às simbolizações primárias. Trata-se do último passo da tese, que é sustentar a proposição dequea perlaboração da contratransferência é uma etapa sinequa non das construções em análise. O modelo de trabalho que propomos como paradigma deste modo de psicanalisar é o da Gradiva, que encontra na sua própria alucinação a forma de rememoração e perlaboração das cadeias representacionais interrompidas no psiquismo de Hanold. Os argumentos foram desenvolvidos a partir dos seguintes historiais clínicos de autores consagrados na psicanálise: o Homem dos Lobos, a análise de Margareth Little com Winnicott, o caso de análise mútua de Elizabeth Severn e por fim, o caso Didier da psicanalista Julia Kristeva. O percurso nos levou a contribuir com o campo científico a partir de três pontos: compreender como o psicanalista realiza este trabalho; alçar a contratransferência a uma dimensão estética, que visa dar forma e sentido quando há falhas nesses aspectos no analisando, e, sobretudo, recuperar o conceito de alucinação como processo de rememoração, sendo esta compreendida como a matriz da criação simbólica / The question that originated this research arose from the clinic, field of investigation and heartland of work of the psychoanalyst. When observing the change in psychic constellations that are appearing in the practice, and verifying the limits that the classical technique imposes to the psychoanalytical´s listening, it became necessary to know other theories and techniques that would allow the amplification of the clinical sensitivity, seeking, via countertransference, a way of listening to the psychic contents of patients with failure in the process of symbolization.The research work aimed at developing and sustaining the thesis that the perlaboration of the countertransference can be an important resource that makes available to the analytical work the material necessary to perform constructions in analysis of thing representations. The arguments are constructed in three stages: approximation of the concepts of countertransference and perlaboration, underpinning the first proposition of the thesis of perlaboration of countertransference; presentation of the theoretical contributions on the concept of countertransference, developed by post-Freudian authors, and description of psychoanalytic work, throwing light on the analyst\'s metapsychology, precisely composed by the psychic processes involved in the perlaboration of countertransference, namely, empathy, projective identification in its communicative and rêverie forms.We understand that these three concepts working together allow us to underpin the aesthetic dimension of countertransference, which, through the work of the analyst, provides material to achieve the necessary figurability of primary symbolizations. This is the last step of the thesis, which is to underpin the proposition that the perlaboration of the countertransference is a sine qua non stage of the constructions in the analysis. The work model that we propose as a paradigm for this way of psychoanalysis is Gradiva\'s, who finds in its own hallucination the form of recalling and perlaboration of the representational chains interrupted in the psychism of Hanold. The arguments were developed from the following clinical histories of well-known authors in psychoanalysis: the Man of the Wolves, the analysis of Margareth Little with Winnicott, the case of mutual analysis of Elizabeth Severn and, finally, Didier case of the psychoanalyst Julia Kristeva.The course led us to contribute with the scientific field since three points: to comprehend how the psychoanalyst achieves this work; to elevate countertransference to an aesthetic dimension, which aims to give form and meaning when there are flaws in these aspects in the analysand, and, above all, to recover the concept of hallucination as a process of recalling, which is understood as the matrix of symbolic creation

My first contact with this kind of patient was through SORRI- São José dos Campos, where I started my quest in this very special clinic. My Aim was to understand the subjectivity of patients with this diagnosis and to create possible clinical interventions. To achieve it a theoretical study about the influence of family bonds of children with light mental deficiency and their consequences on these children s emotional development was necessary. Based on the theories of D. W. Winnicott about mental growth and of Maud Mannoni about children with mental deficiency, I was able to create actings based on the fact that this clinic is related not only to the patients but also to their families which are deeply hurt by the pain of having a person with this diagnosis within them / Por meio de um atendimento de um paciente diagnosticado como deficiência mental leve, procuro realizar uma reflexão teórico-clínica, buscando compreender as peculiaridades da clínica com esse tipo de paciente. Foi a partir dos encaminhamentos da SORRI- São José dos Campos que tive o contato com esses pacientes, iniciando meu percurso e minhas questões sobre essa clínica tão peculiar. Tendo como objetivo compreender a subjetividade dos pacientes com esse diagnóstico e formular as possíveis intervenções clínicas, se fez necessário um estudo teórico que abordasse a influência dos vínculos familiares de uma criança com deficiência mental leve e as consequências destes para o seu desenvolvimento emocional. Através das teorias de D. W. Winnicott sobre o amadurecimento e de Maud Mannoni sobre a criança com deficiência, pude elaborar algumas formas de atuação a partir da compreensão da maneira como essa clínica envolve não apenas o paciente em questão como também sua família, tão atingida pela dor ao ter em seu seio uma pessoa com esse diagnóstico

These are stories that become repetitive and overbearing to their subject. Because of their blocking nature, such narratives prevent the creation of alternate interpretations. Their rigidity impedes the transition of the experienced fact to memory and hampers its acquisition as such. The goal of this study is to create a venue of debate on the concept of overlaying stories, keeping such discussion in line with clinical practice, in other words, with psychoanalytical therapy. To reach said goal, we trace the delimiting paths of what we perceive as origin, history, narrative, experience and transmission, with the help of underlying areas of psychoanalysis. Then, we create a distinction between concealing stories based on the Freudian concept of screen memories and overlaying stories. With reference of work from the literary piece Austerlitz, by W. G. Sebald, as well as clinical observation based on treatment by the author, we seek further familiarization with the phenomenon of overlaying stories, relating it with the former meta-psychological discussion. It also covers the relevance of the concept of overlaying stories to both analysts and psychoanalytical clinics and issues of collective overlaying stories. Lastly, the relations between the concept of overlaying stories and the topic of generational psychic transmission are discussed / Esta pesquisa se dedica ao estudo de alguns ditos que inviabilizam o esquecimento, tão necessário à perlaboração. Trata-se de histórias que se tornam repetitivas e obliterantes para o sujeito. Pelo seu caráter de tamponamento, tais narrativas impossibilitam a criação de outras versões. Por sua fixidez, impedem a passagem do vivido ao experienciado e dificultam a apropriação da herança. O objetivo deste estudo é a criação de um espaço de debate acerca do conceito de história recobridora, de modo que tal discussão esteja comprometida com o fazer clínico, ou seja, com a terapêutica psicanalítica. A fim de que seja alcançado tal objetivo, percorrem-se os caminhos da delimitação do que se entende por origem, história, narrativa, experiência e transmissão, com o apoio de áreas de interface da psicanálise. Em seguida, faz-se uma distinção entre a história encobridora com base no conceito freudiano de lembrança encobridora e a história recobridora. Por meio do trabalho efetuado tanto com a obra literária Austerlitz, de W. G. Sebald, quanto com uma construção clínica com base em atendimento da autora, busca-se mais aproximação com o referido fenômeno, relacionando-o à discussão metapsicológica realizada anteriormente. Além disso, discute-se a relevância do conceito de história recobridora para o analista e para a clínica psicanalítica. Pontuam-se, ainda, questões acerca das histórias recobridoras coletivas e, por fim, propõe-se uma articulação entre o conceito de história recobridora e a temática da transmissão psíquica geracional

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo problematizar os modos pelos quais a história da psicanálise se posiciona à luz da analítica do poder segundo Foucault. Primeiramente, contextualizou-se a relação crítica estabelecida entre Foucault e a psicanálise. Tendo isso em vista, buscou-se estabelecer uma definição operacional da categoria de poder na qualidade de método, de um ponto de vista foucaultiano. Desta definição, privilegiou-se o papel da liberdade enquanto condição fundamental para as relações de poder, liberdade esta entendida nas superfícies da cura, da linguagem e da relação entre sujeito e verdade. Assim sendo, procurou-se interpelar a função das biografias e dos casos clínicos por meio de um posicionamento comparativo com os conceitos foucaultianos de arquivo e acontecimento. Por fim, procurou-se defender o papel crucial da singularidade do caso para a tessitura das relações de poder na historiografia erudita da psicanálise / This study aims to problematize the ways in which the history of psychoanalysis positions itself in light of Foucaults analytics of power. Firstly, it contextualizes the critical relationship established between Foucault and psychoanalysis. With this in mind, it then seeks to establish an operational definition of the category of power as a method, from a foucaultian point of view. From this definition, we favored the role of freedom as a fundamental condition for power relations, freedom as understood on the cure surface, on the language surface and in the relationship between subject and truth. As such, we sought to question the role of biographies and clinical cases by means of comparisson with the foulcautian concepts of archive and event . Finally, we sought to defend the crucial role of a cases singularity in the fabric of power relations inside the erudite historiography of psychoanalysis

A presente pesquisa partiu do desejo de se investigar as possibilidades terapêuticas do tratamento psicanalítico. A partir do estudo da obra Entre o sonho e a dor, do psicanalista J.-B. Pontalis, este campo inicial por demais abrangente pôde ser delimitado, e a questão do trabalho de pesquisa circunscrita. Optou-se por centralizar o estudo no processo de constituição daquilo que o autor chama de espaço psíquico uma metáfora que indica a realidade psíquica, ou, em outras palavras, a própria subjetividade, desde que viva. Esta noção do vivo é fundamental porque, diante de uma situação clínica em que o analista (Pontalis, no caso) experimentava a morte do espaço psíquico do paciente, colocava-se precisamente a necessidade de constituir ou recuperar esse espaço psíquico amortecido: que o sujeito pudesse nascer para si mesmo. O tratamento psicanalítico, então, para Pontalis, teria, entre outras, essa possibilidade terapêutica: favorecer a constituição (ou reinstalação) do espaço psíquico. Compreender analiticamente esse processo constitutivo, mediante o esclarecimento de suas bases metapsicológicas, é o objetivo deste trabalho. Para tanto, foram utilizados basicamente três conjuntos de referenciais teóricos: 1) alguns trabalhos do próprio Pontalis que constam da obra supracitada; 2) as posições esquizoparanoide e depressiva, do arsenal teórico kleiniano e, por fim, 3) as matrizes da intersubjetividade (Coelho Jr. e Figueiredo, 2004) e a metapsicologia do cuidado (Figueiredo, 2009). Esses fundamentos metapsicológicos estão apresentados, a título de organização, em dois eixos: no primeiro, os fundamentos relativos à dimensão intersubjetiva na constituição do espaço psíquico a que se atribuiu o nome de trabalho de transmissão, e cujo foco, nesta pesquisa, está nas funções exercidas pelos objetos primários. No segundo eixo, situam-se os fundamentos relativos à dimensão intrapsíquica da subjetividade, entre os quais, a partir de Melanie Klein e Luis Claudio Figueiredo, se destaca o trabalho do luto. Enfatizou-se e justificou-se que as dimensões intersubjetiva e intrapsíquica são interdependentes, não se opõem como experiências nem como conceitos antagônicos, de modo que o pareamento nos dois eixos foi tão-somente um recurso para organizar a estrutura da dissertação. Nas Considerações Finais, a hipótese da constituição do espaço psíquico como uma possibilidade terapêutica do tratamento psicanalítico é retomada, e acrescida de algumas considerações que a articulam à metapsicologia do cuidado. This notion of aliveness is essential because, facing a clinical situation in which the analyst (Pontalis, in this case) experienced the death of the patients psychic space, there arose precisely the need to constitute or recover this deadened psychic space: that the subject could be born to him/herself. According to Pontalis, the psychoanalytic treatment would thus have this therapeutic possibility among others: to favor the constitution (or reinstallation) of the psychic space. The objective of the present work is to analytically understand this constitutive process, by means of the clarification of its metapsychological bases. Three groups of theoretical frameworks have been used to achieve said objective: 1) some papers by Pontalis, pertaining to the aforementioned work; 2) the paranoid-schizoid and depressive positions, from the Kleinian theoretical framework, and finally 3) the patterns of subjectivity (Coelho Jr. & Figueiredo, 2004) and the metapsychology of caring (Figueiredo, 2009). Este trabalho parte de um questionamento crítico sobre a finalidade social da clínica psicanalítica. Para tratar dessa questão, optou-se por investigar a dimensão da política na obra e na clínica do psicanalista francês Jacques Lacan. Buscou-se então, inicialmente, o uso do termo política na obra desse autor e constatou-se que não se trata de um conceito analisado de modo direto e bem desenvolvido por Lacan, embora ao mesmo tempo ele se encontre implicitamente presente em toda sua obra. Tendo isso em vista, a tese que se procurou defender é de que a dimensão política em Lacan é mais bem apreendida se considerada em referência a outros conceitos-chave que marcam o percurso de sua teoria da clínica, a saber: técnica, ética, ato e discurso. Para finalizar, analisou-se a asseveração de Lacan de que o inconsciente é a política, que é uma de suas principais referências diretas à política em articulação com um conceito psicanalítico / This paper presents a critical questioning about the social purpose of psychoanalytic clinic. To address this question, we chose to investigate the political dimension in the work and the clinic of the French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan. Then, we initially investigated the use of the term politics in the work of this author and found that it is a concept which is not directly analyzed neither it is well developed by Lacan, even though it is, at the same time, implicitly present throughout his work. Bearing this in minds, the thesis, which we sought to defend, is that the political dimension in Lacans work is better understood when considered in reference to other key concepts which marked the course of his clinical theory, namely: technique, ethics, act and discourse. Finally, we analyzed Lacans assertion that the unconscious is politics, which is one of his main direct references to politics in conjunction with a psychoanalytic concept

Pontalis, este campo inicial por demais abrangente pôde ser delimitado, e a questão do trabalho de pesquisa circunscrita. Optou-se por centralizar o estudo no processo de constituição daquilo que o autor chama de espaço psíquico uma metáfora que indica a realidade psíquica, ou, em outras palavras, a própria subjetividade, desde que viva. O percurso nos levou a contribuir com o campo científico a partir de três pontos: compreender como o psicanalista realiza este trabalho; alçar a contratransferência a uma dimensão estética, que visa dar forma e sentido quando há falhas nesses aspectos no analisando, e, sobretudo, recuperar o conceito de alucinação como processo de rememoração, sendo esta compreendida como a matriz da criação simbólica / The question that originated this research arose from the clinic, field of investigation and heartland of work of the psychoanalyst. When observing the change in psychic constellations that are appearing in the practice, and verifying the limits that the classical technique imposes to the psychoanalytical´s listening, it became necessary to know other theories and techniques that would allow the amplification of the clinical sensitivity, seeking, via countertransference, a way of listening to the psychic contents of patients with failure in the process of symbolization.The research work aimed at developing and sustaining the thesis that the perlaboration of the countertransference can be an important resource that makes available to the analytical work the material necessary to perform constructions in analysis of thing representations. The arguments are constructed in three stages: approximation of the concepts of countertransference and perlaboration, underpinning the first proposition of the thesis of perlaboration of countertransference; presentation of the theoretical contributions on the concept of countertransference, developed by post-Freudian authors, and description of psychoanalytic work, throwing light on the analyst\'s metapsychology, precisely composed by the psychic processes involved in the perlaboration of countertransference, namely, empathy, projective identification in its communicative and rêverie forms.We understand that these three concepts working together allow us to underpin the aesthetic dimension of countertransference, which, through the work of the analyst, provides material to achieve the necessary figurability of primary symbolizations. This is the last step of the thesis, which is to underpin the proposition that the perlaboration of the countertransference is a sine qua non stage of the constructions in the analysis. The work model that we propose as a paradigm for this way of psychoanalysis is Gradiva\'s, who finds in its own hallucination the form of recalling and perlaboration of the representational chains interrupted in the psychism of Hanold. The arguments were developed from the following clinical histories of well-known authors in psychoanalysis: the Man of the Wolves, the analysis of Margareth Little with Winnicott, the case of mutual analysis of Elizabeth Severn and, finally, Didier case of the psychoanalyst Julia Kristeva.The course led us to contribute with the scientific field since three points: to comprehend how the psychoanalyst achieves this work; to elevate countertransference to an aesthetic dimension, which aims to give form and meaning when there are flaws in these aspects in the analysand, and, above all, to recover the concept of hallucination as a process of recalling, which is understood as the matrix of symbolic creation

O presente trabalho articula o pensamento de Emmanuel Lévinas e a clínica psicanalítica. Para tal articulação, o autor serve-se do conceito de inspiração, tomando o pensamento de Lévinas como um conhecimento tácito e subsidiário a psicanálise. Ao colocar o pensamento de Lévinas nessa posição, várias questões podem ser formuladas à clínica psicanalítica. Sobretudo, questões relacionadas às dimensões éticas, seja naquilo que se refere à posição do analista frente ao analisando, seja na sua posição frente às construções teóricas. Para encaminhar tais questões, o autor se servirá de alguns textos freudianos, dentre eles, Construções em Análise, Estudos sobre Histeria e Projeto para uma psicologia científica, ora para exemplificar tais questões, ora para contrastar o pensamento de Freud ao pensamento de Lévinas. / This paper articulates the thought of Emmanuel Lévinas and psychoanalytic clinic. For this joint, the author makes use of the concept of inspiration, taking the thought of Lévinas as a tacit and alternative knowledge to psychoanalysis. By putting the thought of Lévinas in this position, several questions may be made to the psychoanalytic clinic. Above all, questions related to the ethical dimensions, some concerns the position of the analyst in relation to analyzing, others about the position of analyst in relation to theoretical constructions. To forward these questions, the author will use some Freudian texts, among them, Constructions in Analysis, Studies on Hysteria and Project for a scientific psychology, sometimes to illustrate these questions, sometimes to contrast the ideas of Freud to the thought of Lévinas.

Understanding that this is a notion, recently created by the work of a French psychoanalyst in a neonatal resuscitation unity, and that others contemporary psychoanalysis authors also use this notion to describe divergent clinical phenomena, this study seeks to map the possible uses of this psychoanalytic notion considering the contexts where it can be applied, the public to whom it is intended, and what clinical phenomena the Mental Resuscitation notion is able to name. It was found through semi-open interviews with three child psychoanalysts, that the Mental Resuscitation notion can be used to describe the results of psychoanalytical intervention in cases of premature babies under intensive care, term infants under intensive care, babies with autistic symptoms, babies with phobic symptoms, handicapped babies and/or children, and in cases of non-decided child psychosis. It was also observed that the Mental Resuscitation notion can be used to designate psychoanalytical work with parents and the multiprofessional team responsible for taking care of the baby and/or child in a situation of organic or mental vulnerability, either at a clinical or a hospital context / Esta pesquisa almeja investigar os usos da noção de Reanimação Psíquica na psicanálise com crianças. Entendendo que esta é uma noção recentemente criada a partir do trabalho de uma psicanalista francesa em uma unidade de reanimação neonatal, e que outros autores da psicanálise contemporânea também fazem uso desta noção para descrever fenômenos clínicos divergentes, este estudo visa cartografar os possíveis usos desta noção psicanalítica considerando os contextos onde pode ser aplicada, além do público ao qual se destina e os fenômenos clínicos os quais a noção de Reanimação Psíquica é capaz de nomear. Foi constatado através de entrevistas semi-abertas com três psicanalistas do campo da infância que a noção de reanimação psíquica pode ser usada para descrever os resultados da intervenção psicanalítica em casos de bebês prematuros sob cuidados intensivos, bebês nascidos a termo sob cuidados intensivos, bebês com sintomas autísticos, bebês com sintomas fóbicos, em bebês e/ou crianças deficientes e em casos de psicose não-decidida na infância. Foi observado que a noção de reanimação psíquica também pode ser utilizada para designar o trabalho psicanalítico realizado junto aos pais e a equipe multiprofissional responsável pelos cuidados do bebê e/ou criança em situação de vulnerabilidade orgânica e psíquica, seja no contexto clínico ou hospitalar
