Klasės auklėtojo ugdomosios veiklos rezultatyvumo kriterijai / Effectiveness Criteria of Class Tutor’s Training Activity Master Thesis

Darbe atlikta teorinė klasės auklėtojo ugdomosios veiklos rezultatyvumo kriterijų analizė. Iškelta hipotezė: tikėtina, kad klasės auklėtojo ugdymo rezultatyvumą lemia ne tik veiklos planavimas, bet ir socialinių partnerių (pedagogų, vadovų, moksleivių ir tėvų) santykiai grįsti bendravimu ir bendradarbiavimu. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas – išsiaiškinti klasės auklėtojo ugdomosios veiklos rezultatyvumo kriterijus. Empiriniai duomenys buvo apdoroti, susisteminti ir grafiškai pavaizduoti naudojant SPSS-PC 17.0 for Windows, Windows Microsoft Office Excel 2007 bei Windows Microsoft Office Word 2007 programomis. Atviriems respondentų klausimams aprašyti buvo taikomas content analizės metodas. / The paper presents a theoretic analysis on the effectiveness criteria of a class tutor’s training activity. A hypothesis was raised: a class tutor’s training effectiveness is conditioned not only by activity planning, but also by relations between social partners (educators, moderators, pupils and their parents) based on communication and collaboration. Using a questionnaire method, a research was done with the aim to figure out the effectiveness criteria of a class tutor’s training activity. Empirical data has been processed, filed and presented graphically using SPSS-PC 17.0 for Windows, Windows, Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and Windows Microsoft Office Word 2007 programs. Open questions respondents to describe the subject content analysis method. The study was conducted in 2012. January. The study was carried out to select class teachers working in Siauliai city and district schools. A total of 220 distributed questionnaires were returned completed for the 200.
