Digitalisering och ekologisk hållbarhet i den smarta regionen / Digitalisation and Ecological Sustainability in the Smart RegionSandelin, David, Hammarström, Erik January 2016 (has links)
The Stockholm County regional planning agency wants to develop its work on digitalisation in Regional Planning with a focus on ecological sustainability. The purpose of this report is to contribute to this work by comparing and identifying ways that digitalisation is treated in regional planning in order to achieve ecological sustainability. The concept of "digitalisation" refers to the process where technology and digital information becomes a part of the community. The concept of "smart city" was identified as interesting and was interpreted for a "smart region", and what this could entail. Starting points to the issues were gathered in a workshop with the Stockholm region's Growth and Regional Planning Administration, as well as in an interview with an expert. A study was conducted of the five metropolitan regions’ regional planning documents, and of literature on regional planning, digitalisation and ecological sustainability. Seven strategies for digitalisation and ecological sustainability in regional planning were identified on the basis of the regional planning documents. A digital platform was identified as a possible way to work with services that are linked to the strategies. In the literature analysis tools were found which were used to identify how the strategies of digitalisation can lead to increased environmental sustainability. After that it was discussed how the digital platform can interact with regional planning, as well as how the digital platform and the collaboration platform can be understood from a planning theoretical angle.

Påverkande faktorer vid upphandling av digitala Informationssystem inom offentligsektorFalkeman, Mats January 2023 (has links)
Before the pandemic, many public sectors were heavily dependent on American cloud services. When the pandemic broke out, remote work became a necessity, making existing communication systems like Skype, email, and file sharing crucial to support this transition. The joint project dSam (Digital Collaboration Platform for the Public Sector) has investigated and evaluated the market for suitable solutions that are both secure and meet legal requirements. The project was completed in the autumn of 2022 and delivered a report that included the tools tested and met the basic requirements. Organizations would then, in connection with procurement, consider the additional requirements they have for a service adapted to their own operations. The main purpose of this study is to investigate and understand the factors influencing the procurement of digital information systems within the public sector, as well as to gain an understanding of the interaction between people and technology that can provide insights into how behaviors and attitudes can be optimized for successful procurement. The empirical material consists of semi‐structured interviews with authorities, supplemented with observations. These data were analyzed based on Orlikowskiʹs (1992) structuration theory. The studyʹs results identify ten factors that strongly influence the procurement of digital information systems in the public sector. Additionally, a significant research gap regarding theories on IT artifacts is identified.

Contribution à la spécification et à l’élaboration d’une plateforme de maintenance orientée connaissances / A contribution to the specification and the development of an oriented knowledge platform for maintenanceKarray, Mohamed Hedi 09 March 2012 (has links)
This fact transfer the maintenance from the cost center to the profit center which has lead to massif development of maintenance support system starting from the GMAO to the e-maintenance platform. These systems provide to the maintenance agent, decision-support, and set of services allowing a computerized management of core activities for maintenance process. (e.g. intervention, planning, diagnostic,...). However, the user request continues evolving in time with respect of their expertise, their renewed knowledge and new constraints. On the other hand, the existing services are not following their requirements and they need to be updated. In this thesis, an overview on the advantage and drawback of existing computerized support system, in particular the e-maintenance platform (the most advanced maintenance system) is presented in order to meet the users needs and propose scalable and on-demand services. To overcome the existing system shortage, we propose the s-maintenance concept characterized by the collaborative exchange between users and applications and the common knowledge of the maintenance field. Thus, to implement this concept, a knowledge-oriented platform is proposed providing the auto-x functionalities (auto-traceability, auto-learning and auto-management) and meeting the s-maintenance characteristics. The architecture based on components of this platform, is also based on shared knowledge between integrated components for the benefit of the semantic interoperability as well as for the knowledge capitalization. Maintenance domain ontology is also developed on which the knowledge base is rested. Finally, in order to develop the auto-x functionalities, provided by the platform, a trace-based system is proposed by exploiting the knowledge base and the associated ontology.
