Démontabilité des assemblages structuraux

Olive, Maxime 18 December 2008 (has links)
The INDAR process (INnovative Disassembling Adhesives Research), patented by RESCOLL, is a technological answer for the dismantling on command of structural bonded joints (easier recycling and maintenance). This process is based on the reformulation of primers or adhesives with specific chemical compounds. The works carried out enabled a better understanding of the debonding mechanism, in order to extend it to other configurations of adhesives and activation conditions (different temperature, heating method). The results obtained broadened the scope of possible applications for this technology (aeronautics, defence, automotive) and confirmed the strategical interest ot this topic.

Space and Objects

Berdzenishvili, Revaz January 2017 (has links)
This exam can be described as divided into three parts. First one is about the techniques of collages, where I explore and experiment with the possibilities of collages in practice and in philosophical terms. Second is about how words can create a space with meaning and symbolic value. And third is a combination of the two methods of interest into one concrete idea.

Surface manipulation within the two-dimensional plane

Carpenter, Gary January 1981 (has links)
The creative project consisted of ten drawings, as well as research, documentation, and written evaluation. These drawings involved the surface manipulation of elements, physical and implied, within the two-dimensional plane. The drawings evolved from relatively conventional methods utilizing non-traditional materials to more experimental processes employing traditional media. A very strong emphasis was placed on the development of appropriate geometric and bio-morphic, plastic elements. The actual process of drawing was give primary focus in the refinement of style. This creative project provided many new insights into the manipulative properties of various materials upon the imaged surface.
