Este estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma reflexão sobre o trabalho de coletivos de teatro de rua, pensando-os como um meio de comunicação radical, e buscando analisar que discursos e ações são produzidos por esses grupos e quais os efeitos políticos dessa prática. A ideia de político se refere à origem da palavra polis (cidade), e Ithka, (aquilo que se refere a ...), ou seja, político no sentido de tudo aquilo que se refere a cidade, entendendo-a como convívio social; sendo o ser humano construído por esse meio e, com ele, em constante relação. O trabalho tem por foco a análise de grupos que visam o fazer artístico com uma função de debate social, colocando-se ao lado de práticas e discursos contra hegemônicos. Esse universo estudado relaciona-se com a teoria da Mídia Radical. A metodologia usada foi a cartografia e os materiais utilizados foram entrevistas realizadas com o público, entrevista com integrantes dos grupos, materiais fornecidos pelos grupos e materiais coletados a partir da observação das apresentações, além do diário de campo. Os coletivos pesquisados foram: A Tribo de Atuadores Ói Nóis Aqui Traveiz, Cambada de Teatro em Ação Direta Levanta Favela e o Grupo Trilho de Teatro Popular, todos situados na cidade de Porto Alegre, estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Por fim, esse estudo oportuniza a visibilidade de outras formas de comunicação e existências que existem em meio a uma cidade que é engendrada a partir de determinados discursos que criam exclusões e desigualdades. / This study aims to reflect about the work of the street theater groups, considering its as a means of radical communication, and to analyze what kind of discourse and actions are made by these groups and what the political effects of this practice. The idea of "political" concerns the origin of the word polis (city), and Ithka, (that which refers to ...), that is political in the sense of all that refers to the city, understood as a social life, and the human being constructed by such means and in constant relation with the same. The focus was the analysis of groups aimed at making art with a social debate function by placing alongside practices and discourses against hegemonic. This study universe, relates to the theory of Radical Media. The methodology used was cartography, and the materials used were: interviews with the public, interviews with group members, materials provided by groups and materials collected from observation of the presentations, in addition to the field diary. The groups of theather analyzed: A Tribo de Atuadores Ói Nóis Aqui Traveiz, Cambada de Teatro em Ação Direta Levanta Favela and the Grupo Trilho de Teatro Popular, all situated in the city of Porto Alegre in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Finally, this study gives opportunity to visualize other forms of communication and stocks amid a city that is engendered from certain discourse that create exclusions and inequalities.

Esta pesquisa é um levantamento das reportagens presentes em REALIDADE a respeito de mulheres e gênero, e a análise de como a publicação tratou esses assuntos ao longo de sua existência. Buscou-se, aqui, a inserção da revista na história da imprensa, assim como as suas relações com os poderes econômico e político e a sua trajetória, de seu lançamento em 1966 ao seu término em 1976. As questões de gênero foram incluídas nesse contexto, sob as perspectivas das representações de mulheres veiculadas pela imprensa e da liberação feminina em processo, ambos temas recorrentes em REALIDADE. A análise ficou dividida entre as questões que envolviam a vida íntima de mulheres (sexualidade e família) e a atuação feminina extralar (trabalho e política) e o olhar masculino dirigido a elas. Pretende-se, com este trabalho, examinar as histórias propagadas pela imprensa levando-se em consideração o filtro dos jornalistas e as influências dos proprietários da Editora Abril e da ditadura civil-militar instaurada. Com esse enfoque, espera-se que este estudo seja uma contribuição para a visibilidade das mulheres em um período no qual imperava a Doutrina de Segurança Nacional, de forma que as pequenas resistências de comportamento corriam o risco de serem consideradas uma ameaça ao Estado. Contudo, muitas mulheres continuaram lutando para a conquista de direitos e mais liberdades. / This research is a counting of the reports present in the magazine REALIDADE about women and gender, and the analysis of how the periodical treated these subjects all over its existence. It was searched here the inclusion of the magazine in the press history, as long as its relations with the economic and political power, since the launch in 1966 to the break down in 1976. The gender issues were included in this context, under the view of women’s representations spread by the press and women’s liberation process, both of them recurrent themes in REALIDADE. The analysis was divided among the questions that involve the intimate life of women (sexuality and family) and the female performance outside the home (work and politics) and the male view directed to them. The intension with this work is to examine the stories spread by the press, taking into account the journalists filters and the influences of Editora Abril’s owners and the civil-military dictatorship established. With this approach, it’s expected that this study contribute to the visibility of women in a time of National Security Doctrine, when the small resistances of behavior were in risk of being considered a threat to the State. Even so, many women kept fighting to the reach of more rights and freedom.

Hannah Arendt e Jürgen Habermas desenvolveram análises fundamentais para a definição conceitual da esfera pública, sendo ela compreendida, nesta pesquisa, como um espaço de discussão com predominância do agir comunicativo. No Brasil, a formação dessa esfera deuse de forma problemática, havendo a prevalência de valores como patrimonialismo, paternalismo e confusão entre a esfera pública e a esfera privada. O estudo da Rádio Quilombo FM, uma rádio comunitária, localizada no bairro Restinga, periferia da cidade de Porto Alegre/RS, objetiva analisar a relação estabelecida entre os fluxos comunicativos primários e a rádio comunitária, buscando perceber de que forma a esfera pública, que pode a partir disso ser formada, colabora para o rompimento com as formas tradicionais de sua constituição, propiciando ou não a criação de uma esfera pública alternativa de caráter democrático. A metodologia proposta na pesquisa foi qualitativa com uso de observação participante e entrevistas em profundidade como técnicas de investigação. / The theme of this Master's dissertation is the constitution of the public sphere in the Brazilian context. Hannah Arendt and Jürgen Habermas developed fundamental analyses for the conceptual definition of the public sphere, understood, in this research, as a space for discussion with predominance of the communicative acting. In Brazil, the constitution of this sphere was done in a problematic way, prevailing values such as patrimonialism, paternalism and confusion between the public sphere and the private one. The objective of studying Radio Quilombo FM, a community radio in Restinga neighborhood, suburbs in the city of Porto Alegre/RS, is to analyze the relationship established between the primary communication fluxes and a community radio, trying to perceive how the public sphere contributes to the rupture with the traditional ways of its constitution, allowing or not the creation of an alternative public sphere with democratic character. The methodology proposed in this research was qualitative, with the use of participant observation and in-depth interviews as techniques of investigation.
