O tempo e o espaço não são mais barreiras contra a comunicação mundial, pois com o surgimento e constante evolução de novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação, é possível aproximar pessoas de todas as partes que possuam interesse em compartilhar informações, idéias e experiências. Com tudo isso, percebe-se que uma nova forma de organização comunitária está surgindo utilizando-se dessas novas tecnologias: as comunidades virtuais. Essas comunidades envolvem indivíduos que possuem interesses em comum, em um espaço onde a comunicação é fundamental no processo de aceitação e integração dos mesmos. No entanto, por ser um ambiente relativamente novo, não se tem ainda uma visão ampla dos fatores que envolvem a sociabilidade na rede, e, principalmente, nas comunidades virtuais. Assim, esta pesquisa objetivou analisar a formação de comunidades virtuais como meio do indivíduo interagir dentro de um grupo, possibilitando sua interação e sociabilização no ambiente virtual, abordando questões como pertencimento, cooperação e conflitos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa de característica exploratória qualitativa, como forma de obtenção de dados relevantes para a concretização da proposta estabelecida. Assim, os dados desta pesquisa foram coletados mediante a realização de observação e entrevistas em profundidade, e analisados e interpretados com auxílio do referencial teórico, por meio de análise de discurso, buscando compreender melhor este fenômeno. Percebeu-se na comunidade pesquisada (Mochileirosbr), um alto grau de cooperação entre seus membros, e acreditamos que os conflitos ali existentes, não comprometem a coesão do grupo, uma vez que possíveis divergências foram consideradas como algo benéfico, e que acrescentam ao debate foco da comunidade. / The communication velocity between individuals is no longer the same as it was in the past. Time and space are no longer barriers against worldwide communication, as with the appearance and constant evolution of new communication and information technologies, it is possible to approach people in all parts of the world who are interested in sharing information, ideas and experiences. As a result of this, one can perceive that a new form of communitarian organization is appearing, utilizing these new technologies: the virtual communities. These communities involve individuals who have common interests, in a space where communication is fundamental in the acceptance and integration process of same. However, as it is a relatively new environment, one does not yet have a wide vision of the factors, which involve the society in the network and principally in the virtual communities. This research therefore had the objective of analyzing the formation of the virtual communities as a means for the individual to interact within a group, enabling their interaction and sociability in a virtual environment, broaching issues like inclusion, cooperation and conflicts. Research of an exploratory qualitative nature was therefore carried out, in order to obtain relevant data for the substantiation of the established proposal. The data for this research was collected through profound observation and interviews and analyzed and interpreted with the help of theoretic references, from the analysis of discourse, seeking to better understand this phenomenon. A high degree of cooperation between their members was perceived in the community (Mochileirosbr), which were researched, and we believe that the conflicts, which exist there, do not compromise the cohesion of the group, as possible divergences were considered as something beneficial which adds to the debate in focus of the community.

The thesis is based on the concept of an organization as a system of relations resulting from organization roles. The aim of the diploma thesis is to select tools and define criteria, by means of which the relations within an organization can be evaluated and their quality assessed. Theoretical part focuses on the explanation of the basic terms with organization and relations connected to it. Pursuant to this, specific tools are chosen, which enable evaluation of the organizational relations. Practical part then analyses the chosen organization as a system of relations resulting from organization roles and concentrates on the possibilities for their quality assessment by means of selected tools.
