As relações de cuidado nos relacionamentos intersubjetivos humanos é um fator significativo para promover o crescimento e o desenvolvimento dos seres humanos como sujeitos éticos. Através da análise de um fragmento do livro Os miseráveis do escritor francês Vitor Hugo, busca-se através do uso dos conceitos de Devoção de Donald Winnicott e de entropatia de Edith Stein, realizar articulações, no intuito de mostrar o papel desses dois conceitos na estruturação do cuidado estabelecido na relação entre Monsenhor Benvindo e Jean Valjean, personagens do referido livro, para a mudança e transformação pessoal deste último, em sua trajetória após esse encontro. Primeiramente tanto o conceito de entropatia de Edith Stein, quanto o de devoção de Winnicott, são apresentados dentro dos enquadramentos teóricos de ambos os autores para que ambos estejam contextualizados na cadeia de pensamento de seus pensadores, para então, posteriormente serem vinculados a discussão da passagem do livro analisada. O objetivo da pesquisa foi destacar a importância do cuidado tomado como uma ética por Monsenhor Benvindo na relação com Jean Valjean em seu encontro com ele no fragmento do livro apresentado e o quanto o cuidado tomado como uma ética, ou seja, uma práxis de vida nas relações com o outro, pode ser determinante e transformador na história pessoal dos indivíduos com a qual se tem contato. Sendo este aspecto exemplificado pelos rumos posteriores que toma o personagem Jean Valjean em sua trajetória no livro após ser cuidado pelo bispo. A metodologia usada para realizar as discussões necessárias foi o método dialógico do Linguista russo Mikhail Bakhtin, onde sua noção de que todo texto ou discurso são inerentemente dialógico e polifônico serviu de referencia para se colocar em relação o fragmento do livro com os conceitos de entropatia e de devoção. Por fim, a questão da importância do cuidado tomado como uma ética é levada para o ambiente clínico da psicologia, e se conclui que o cuidar está na base do trabalho clínico e sua consideração como uma ética é fundamental para a restauração do equilíbrio do paciente e para despertar as potencialidades que existem em cada ser humano, o que pode lhe oferecer o resgate da criatividade para retomar sua vida e favorecer seu desenvolvimento pessoal / Care relationships in human intersubjective relationships is significant to promote the growth and development of humans as ethical subjects factor. At first, their historical and cultural aspects will be raised, to then walk towards psychoanalysis and the place which vocal phenomenon occupies in clinical practice. The recognition of sonority and vocal gesture in primary relationships and in the constitution of the self crosses through several issues approached in this research. During this course, an emphasis will be given to communication between mother and baby, particularly seized by the concept of "maternal speech . Underscoring its importance in human development, this study also seeks to think about possible clinical consequences of such understanding of sonority and vocal phenomenon. As much as reference and theoretical support, the work of D.W. Winnicott will be assumed as a central axis, from which dialogues with other authors who have dedicated themselves to the theme will be made / Este ensaio teórico tem como proposta a investigação da voz e do falar humano, partindo de sua sonoridade melódica e de sua prosódia. Em um primeiro momento, serão abordados seus aspectos históricos e culturais, para em seguida caminharmos em direção à psicanálise e ao lugar que o fenômeno vocal ocupa na prática clínica. O reconhecimento da sonoridade e do gesto vocal nas relações primordiais e na constituição do self atravessa os diversos assuntos abordados no decorrer desta pesquisa. Durante o seu percurso, uma ênfase será dada à comunicação entre mãe e bebê, apreendida sobretudo pelo conceito de fala materna . Theoretically  the  report  revolves  around  the  British  child  psychologist  D.W.  Winnicott  and  his  theory  on  transitional  objects.  He  talks  about  the  comforter  as  an  object  that  serves  as  a  transition  between  the  mother’s  secure  embrace  and  the  sourrounding  world.  The  comforter  functions  as  a  step  towards  buildning  up  the  child’s  own  internal  security.  The  report  also  highlights  partial  reinforcement,  which  is  a  learning  mechanism  that  can  be  very  efficient  to  create  a  dependency  and  maintain  a  destructive  behaviour  for  the  person  being  exposed  to  the  mechanism.  Through  my  ceramic  work  I  have  investigated  the  relationship  between  the  two  theories.  I  ask:  are  the  inherent  feelings  of  safety  and  belonging  things  that  we  are  born  into  or  inherit,  or  are  they  created  later  through  experience  and  cultivation?  If  one  lacks  the  inherent  feeling  of  safety  does  that  cast  them  as  an  easier  target  for  destructive  emotional  dependency?  If  so,  can  a  foundation  of  safety  and  confidence  be  built  up  by  the  work  of  clay,  can  clay  function  as  a  comforter? In  the  report  i  discuss  how,  with  the  help  of  clay,  I  approach  and  explore  these  subjects.  I  go  further  to  illustrate  my  therapeutic  beliefs  on  clay,  and  its  ability  to  build  self  esteem  and  confidence.

It discusses a problem that proves relevant from clinical, psychosocial and ethical perspectives, since it focuses on the future and well-being of dependent humans who are part of the next generation. Research was based on an operationalization strategy of the psychoanalytical method for empirical research. Our object of study is the experience of working directly with babies in institutional shelters, and this experience was registered in the form of a autobiographic transferential narrative written after the experience, and which included not only facts, but also countertransferential impact and the researcher's reflections. The narrative was then psychoanalytically interpreted as means of allowing the interpretative production of two affective-emotional or subconscious meaning fields: "Helping" and "Hindering". There was a movement between these two fields as the psychologist intervened with direct care, failing to meet institutional expectations which included a fantasy of dealing with the issues without affecting the institution's routine and the idea that concrete problems would be dealt with comprehensively. This movement is analyzed reflexively using Winnicott's concept of failure, a possible occurrence that contains both rights and wrongs. In conclusion, the paradoxical nature of this work might help expand the understanding of the limits and the range of the psychologist's role in the field of social work in general and, more specifically, in the care of shelter babies. / A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar psicanaliticamente a inser??o do psic?logo em abrigo institucional que atende beb?s, a partir do reconhecimento de que a provis?o de cuidados ambientais, nas fases iniciais do desenvolvimento humano, ? fundamental. Incide sobre problema relevante desde perspectivas cl?nicas, psicossociais e ?ticas, na medida em que se articula a partir de preocupa??o como bem estar e futuro de pessoas dependentes que integrar?o as pr?ximas gera??es. O trabalho organizou-se ao redor de uma estrat?gia de operacionaliza??o do m?todo psicanal?tico para realiza??o de pesquisas emp?ricas. O acontecer cl?nico constituiu-se a partir de experi?ncia de trabalho direto com beb?s em abrigos institucionais, que foi registrada sob a forma de uma narrativa transferencial de car?ter autobiogr?fico. A elabora??o do texto narrativo deu-se posteriormente ? experi?ncia, incluindo tanto ocorr?ncias fatuais como impactos contratransferenciais e reflex?es do psic?logo/pesquisador. A seguir, a narrativa foi interpretada psicanaliticamente, permitindo a produ??o interpretativa de dois campos de sentido afetivo-emocional ou inconscientes relativos: Solucionando e Atrapalhando . Ficou constatado um tr?nsito entre campos, que certamente deriva da interven??o do psic?logo, que, ao assumir cuidados diretos, deixa de atender ?s expectativas institucionais, tanto no registro fantasioso de solucionar a quest?o sem afetar as rotinas, como no sentido de n?o lidar de modo compreensivo com as dificuldades concretas. O trabalho finaliza com interlocu??es reflexivas, que focalizam o tr?nsito entre campos para pens?-lo como falha no sentido winnicottiano do termo, vale dizer, como o acontecer poss?vel, que cont?m em si, simultaneamente, acertos e desacertos. Conclui-se que, por sua via paradoxal, aqui se completa uma produ??o que pode contribuir significativamente para uma maior compreens?o dos limites e alcances da atua??o do psic?logo no campo da assist?ncia social em geral e, mais especificamente, no campo do cuidado a beb?s abrigados.

It focuses, as a clinical event, on a group therapeutic consultation carried out with six youngsters, with ages ranging from fifteen to twenty-one, in which the thematic storydrawing procedure was used. The therapeutic session and story-drawing approach, produced through the psychoanalytical method, allowed for the apprehension of the following unconscious psychological-experiential fields, from which the subjective productions of meaning organize themselves: fusions and confusions , a parallel world , a negative view of the future and the choices . Overall, these fields indicate the presence of a current suffering, specific of adolescence in our environment, which indicates the necessity of psychoprophylactic and intervening measures which could contribute to help the youngsters enter a process of retaking their own destiny and conquering autonomy. From this perspective, one can assert that adolescents will be healthier the more they feel alive, real and capable of making choices for their own paths, portrayed by the spontaneous and transforming gestuality of the world. / O presente trabalho, que teve como objetivo a investiga??o do imagin?rio coletivo de jovens interioranos acerca da fase de vida em que se encontram e da sa?da da casa paterna, organiza-se sob a forma de apresenta??o de uma narrativa sobre um acontecer cl?nico, a partir do qual foi elaborada reflex?o te?rico-cl?nica de base psicanal?tica. Focaliza, como acontecer cl?nico, uma consulta terap?utica coletiva, realizada com seis jovens, com idade variando entre quinze e vinte e um anos, durante a qual foi usado o Procedimento de Desenhos-Est?rias com Tema. A abordagem da narrativa, produzida a partir do m?todo psicanal?tico, permitiu a capta??o dos seguintes campos psicol?gico-vivenciais inconscientes, a partir dos quais se organizam as produ??es subjetivas de sentido: fus?es e confus?es , um mundo paralelo , vis?o negativa do futuro e as escolhas . Em seu conjunto, tais campos apontam para a presen?a de um sofrimento atual, espec?fico da adolesc?ncia, em nosso meio, o que indica a necessidade de medidas psicoprofil?ticas e interventivas que possam contribuir para a entrada do jovem em um processo de reapropria??o de seu destino e conquista de autonomia. Desde a perspectiva aqui adotada, pode-se afirmar que o adolescente estar? tanto mais saud?vel quanto mais se sentir vivo, real e capaz de uma escolha do pr?prio caminho, configurada pela gestualidade espont?nea e transformadora do pr?prio mundo.

This paper interweaves narrativized readings and experiential narratives as personal and cultural resources for counterhegemonic cultural critique within our historical context of globalization and ecological crisis. Framed by perspectives on epistemology, everyday life, and place, these reflections seek to engage and revitalize our notions of community, creativity, and the individual, towards visioning the human art of community as a counternarrative to globalization. Such a task involves confronting the meanings we have come to ascribe to work and economy which so deeply determine our social fabric. Encountering the thought of key 19th and 20th century social theorists ranging from William Morris, Gregory Bateson, and Raymond Williams, to Murray Bookchin, Martin Buber, and Wendell Berry, these reflections mark the indivisible web of culture in the face of our insistent divisions, and further, iterate our innate creativity as the source for a vital, sustainable culture that might reflect, in Bateson’s terms, the pattern that connects.
