Expertní systém pro vyhodnocení typu arytmie při katétrové radiofrekvenční ablaci srdečních arytmií / Expert System for Assessing the Type of Arrhythmia during Catheter Radiofrequency Ablation of Cardiac Arrhythmias

Šromová, Michaela January 2013 (has links)
The theoretical part of the thesis contains a brief description of the anatomy and electrophysiology of the heart, as well as both, surface and intracardiac electrocardiograms. The thesis also describes the different types of cardiac tachycardias, their differential diagnosis and what is known as The Expert System. The practical section of the thesis notes and outlines the tree diagrams, and additionally describes various software solutions of The Expert System. Further, the thesis includes the classification of the heart rhythm, using The Expert System method with three typical tachycardia cases, and including a list of questions asked by The Expert System to the user. Answers to all questions asked are being assessed in the text, as well as illustrated in submitted examples of intracardiac ECG recordings. The Expert System has been verified during a series of catheterization procedures on 26 patients (where the evaluated cardiac rhythm was 34). The classication of the type of heart rhythm (per The Expert System) when comparing the results with the doctors coincided in 100 % of tested cases.

Počítačová analýza medicínských obrazových dat / Computer analysis of medical image data

Krajčír, Róbert January 2014 (has links)
This work deals with medical image analysis, using variety of statisic and numeric methods implemented in Eclipse and Rapidminer environments in Java programming language. Sets of images (slices), which are used here, are the results of magnetic resonance brain examination of several subejcts. Segments in this 3D image are analyzed and some local features are computed, based on which data sets for use in training algorythms are generated. The ability of successful identification of healthy or unhealthy tissues is then practically tested using available data.

Návrh ovládacího zařízení pro vibrografické měření / Design of the control device for vibrographic measurement

Weiss, Lukáš January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with designing of the control device for vibrographic measurement. The device is primary used in cooperation with MERCURY Real Time Tracking System. The main task of the device is time-controlled triggering of camera system. In the first step, the summary of basic information about technical diagnostic and vibrodiagnostic is reported. The second part describes vibrodiagnostic measurements with MERCURY system. The third part describes a hardware design of the device and functional blocks and its parameters. Next part provides a simple algorithm of the device operation and a communication protocol. Last part contains measured data of the realized device and vibrographic measurement with laboratory sample.

Bezpečnost technických syst¨¦mů / Safety of technological systems

Rotnágl, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
This thesis is focused on technical systems and evaluating their safety. It tries to make a complex view of links between safety, demands for quality and technical diagnostics. It tries to apply all the information about mentioned features to concrete branch of machines ¨C highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Practical part of this thesis consists of statistical analysis of measured parameters by two hydroelectric generators. Main task of this thesis is to transpose theoretical knowledge of safety and technical systems to the branch of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. This thesis also tries to find appropriate and more efficient evaluation method for analyzing the parameters of mentioned machines. Another benefit of this thesis should be bringing few new ideas about evaluating safety and technical status of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Keywords: technical system, safety, highŠ\voltage electrical machines, technical diagnostics

Vliv parametrů vazebného média a struktury povrchu na kvalitu snímaného signálu akustické emise / Influence of parameters of bond media and surface roughness on the quality of the acoustic emission signal sensing

Schreier, Jan January 2012 (has links)
This master’s thesis deals with the influence of different AE sensor couplants and surface roughness on the selected acoustic emission parameters. There are compared the amplitude of the signal measured using five different couplants at 20°C and 80°C. To monitor the effect of surface roughness on the AE parameters simple measuring product was constructed. Its functionality has been verified by implementation of basic experimental measurements.

Svařování hliníkových slitin pomocí vysokovýkonového polovodičového laseru / Welding of aluminum alloys using high-power semiconductor laser

Mikeš, David January 2015 (has links)
Thesis deals with the optimization of process parameters during laser welding of aluminum alloys 5000 series. The theoretical part describes the types of lasers and their applications in industry, further discusses the properties of aluminum alloys, laser welding theory and principles of monitoring and diagnostics of laser process. In the experimental part the samples were welded using a semiconductor laser. For those samples were evaluated mechanical properties, welded defects and structure depending on the process parameters. Using the photodetector was observed stability of laser process by sensing the plasma plume. The link between stability and the formation of structural defects in the weld joint was observed from the measurement results.
