To pursue that proposed model, it was essential to review literature taking into account studies from various sciences such as psychology, sociology, economics and behavioral finances. Furthermore, it was conducted a survey research in which respondents were encouraged to take a stand on realistic and possible information-based-contagion scenarios. The results were dealt with by trying to classify the investors in behavioral profiles, taking into consideration the behavioral patterns of each group. The heuristics, biases and principles of psychology and behavioral economics were analyzed considering the susceptibility of actors to certain influences. The results were assessed by experts of the economical and financial fields by means of the use of discussion group. Later, a conceptual model was created in order to shape this system which considers the main influences over investors likely to change their behavior and to produce the effect of the indirect contagion. The information, considered as one of the key aspects of the contagion, is shaped in a model that is under the influence of an environment that is subjected to noise generation, echo chambers and informational cascades. The resulting model suggests there is a relation among those elements and contributes to the study when taking into account the profile of the investors, their behavioral susceptibility and potential changes to possible overreactions such as bank withdrawals. / O presente estudo objetivou elaborar um modelo de comportamento de atores como indutores de cont??gio no ambiente financeiro brasileiro. Para elaborar o modelo proposto, tornou-se necess??ria a realiza????o de uma revis??o de literatura com estudos originados de v??rias ci??ncias, tais como psicologia, sociologia, economia e finan??as comportamentais. Al??m disso, foi realizada pesquisa do tipo survey, onde os respondentes foram estimulados a se posicionar em cen??rios poss??veis e realistas de cont??gio baseado em informa????es. Os resultados foram organizados de forma a enquadrar os investidores em perfis comportamentais, levando-se em considera????o os padr??es comportamentais de cada grupo. As heur??sticas, vieses e princ??pios derivados da psicologia e da economia comportamental foram analisados diante da suscetibilidade dos atores a determinadas influ??ncias. Os resultados foram avaliados por profissionais da ??rea econ??mica e financeira mediante grupo de discuss??o. Posteriormente, para representar esse sistema que considera as principais influ??ncias sobre os investidores pass??veis de alterar os seus comportamentos e de gerar o efeito do cont??gio indireto, foi elaborado um modelo conceitual. A informa????o, como um dos elementos centrais do cont??gio, apresentase no modelo sob a influ??ncia de um ambiente suscet??vel a gera????o de ru??dos, c??maras de eco e cascatas informacionais. O modelo resultante sugere uma rela????o entre esses elementos e contribui ao considerar o perfil dos investidores, a sua suscetibilidade comportamental e potenciais mudan??as para poss??veis rea????es exageradas, como saques banc??rios.

The objective of this work was to analyze the strategies developed by the portals of Electronic Commerce in Brazil as for the use of search engines for the diffusion of the information and popularization. They were selected and analyzed the largest portals of Electronic Commerce of sale to the consumer in agreement with the ranking of the magazine Info Exame of May of 2003. The researched companies were selected and analyzed using an adaptation of the model of CZUCHRY (2002). it was made a quantitative study of cases in way to observe relevant characteristics for the success of companies of this type. The strategies used for each portal were analyzed in terms of products, services, payment conditions, association to mechanisms of searches and electronic shopping centers, delivery logistics and marketing actions and publicity. The action of each site of Electronic Commerce is linked to the objective of each company. Linked Sites to companies that act at the traditional market possess a form of acting different from sites that only act in the virtual world. These should be more efficient, because they cannot take advantage of of the coming savings of the existence of a structure logistics to assist the physical store. On the other hand, the existent stores only in the virtual world they possess the largest agility, exactly for they be not connected to a pr?-existent structure. The success in the electronic retail comes from the offer of quality products with a good price, associated the services rendered with high excellence level. To know to take advantage of the advantages of the Electronic Commerce is key so that one can obtain the largest volume of sales and possible profitability. It was possible to identify that, in general, the great portals of I Commerce Electronic they don't locate among the first ones put in the search mechanisms to the if he/she researches the products marketed by the largest Portals Brazilian B2C. Just some portals present a good collation in the mechanisms of search in solid and independent way of the researched product. These portals also present a good collation in the ranking of the magazine Info Exame, suggesting that a strategy of diffusion of information through search mechanisms can help to resulted best of those companies. On the other hand, the search mechanisms have been neglectful for a significant portion of the companies. The need exists of looking for insert strategies in these important tools of the net. The consumer can compare, through the internet, price and conditions, besides the characteristics of each product in a fast and efficient way. Portals that possess not a solid strategy of diffusion of information through search mechanism can lose sales in the measure in that the Internet and their tools become more and more popular. / A Tecnologia da Informa??o tem modificado a forma que as empresas operam e a maneira pela qual elas se relacionam com seus clientes e fornecedores. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar as estrat?gias dos portais de Com?rcio Eletr?nico no Brasil quanto ? utiliza??o de mecanismos de busca para a difus?o da informa??o e divulga??o. Foi feito um estudo quantitativo de casos observando caracter?sticas relevantes para o sucesso de empresas deste tipo. Identificou-se que, de um modo geral, os grandes portais de Comercio Eletr?nico n?o se situam entre os primeiros colocados nos mecanismos de busca ao se pesquisar os produtos comercializados pelos maiores Portais B2C brasileiros. Apenas alguns portais apresentam uma boa cola??o nos mecanismos de busca de forma consistente e independente do produto pesquisado. Foi poss?vel perceber tamb?m que, uma estrat?gia de difus?o de informa??o atrav?s de mecanismos de busca pode ajudar a melhores resultados. Existe a necessidade de buscar estrat?gias de inser??o nestas importantes ferramentas da rede. Como objetivos espec?ficos, buscou-se identificar o perfil dos usu?rios do setor, mapear suas principais demandas/necessidades informacionais, avaliar sua satisfa??o quanto ao acesso ? informa??o, qualidade do atendimento e verificar se eles t?m conhecimento sobre a Lei n? 12.527/2011, que disp?e sobre o acesso ? informa??o.Trata-se de um levantamento descritivo, com abordagem quantitativa, realizado a partir de pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental ? luz da lei de acesso ? informa??o, do marketing, do estudo de usu?rios e da difus?o arquiv?stica. Para atingir os objetivos propostos, utilizou-se tamb?m a aplica??o um question?rio on-line, utilizando a ferramenta Google Docs como instrumento para coleta de dados dos participantes da pesquisa. A an?lise e tratamento das informa??es foram feitos ap?s o retorno dos question?rios respondidos, utilizando-se o sistema a SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences). Com base nos resultados da pesquisa, percebe-se um p?blico heterog?neo quanto ao g?nero, e que apesar do setor j? disponibilizar documentos digitalizados, ainda preferem buscar as informa??es pessoalmente. A resolu??o de atos administrativos-judiciais e para fins pessoais foram ?s finalidades mais citadas para o uso das informa??es por parte dos usu?rios externos. Os t?cnicos administrativos s?o mais presentes que os docentes, por se tratar de um arquivo predominantemente administrativo. Quanto ? frequ?ncia, os usu?rios internos utilizam o setor de forma peri?dica, pois utilizam suas informa??es para desenvolver suas atividades de trabalho, enquanto o p?blico externo frequenta de forma espor?dica, em busca de demandas pontuais e de car?ter pessoal. Quanto ? Lei de acesso ? Informa??o, nota-se que o ?ndice de desconhecimento sobre a lei ainda ? alto, necessitando de uma melhor divulga??o. A qualidade do atendimento e servi?os foi avaliada como satisfat?ria pela maioria dos usu?rios, e sua percep??o possibilitou a elabora??o de sugest?es para a??es a serem implantadas no arquivo da DAP. / Information is a fundamental tool in all areas of knowledge. A collective good that, when used in a productive way, can generate transformations in society. Its availability is a fundamental right of any citizen, i.e., every individual has the right to access to public information. In this way, the research has as general objective to diagnose the process of access to information at the Archive of the Directorate of Personnel Administration (DAP) of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). As specific objectives, was sought to identify the profile of the users of the sector, map their main informational demands/needs, assess their satisfaction regarding access to information, quality of service and verify if they have knowledge about the Law no. 12,527/2011, on the access to information. This is descriptive study, with a quantitative approach, based on bibliographical and documentary research in light of the law of access to information, marketing, study of the users and archival diffusion. To achieve the proposed objectives, an online survey was also used, using the Google Docs tool as an instrument for data collecting from the participants of the research. The analysis and treatment of the information was realized after the return of the answered questionnaires, using the SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences) system. Based on the results of the survey, one can see a heterogeneous target public in terms of gender, and, even though the providing of scanned documents by the sector, they still prefer to seek the information personally. The resolution of administrative and judicial acts for personal purposes were the most cited about the use of information by external users. The administrative technicians are more present than the teachers, because the Archive is predominantly administrative. About the frequency, internal users visit the sector periodically, because they use its information to develop their work activities, while the external public frequents sporadically, looking for for punctual and personal demands. Regarding the Law on Access to Information, it is noted that the index of lack of knowledge about the law is still high, requiring a better disclosure. The quality of services was assessed as satisfactory by most users, and their perception made possible to elaborate suggestions for actions to be implemented in the DPA Archive.
