Architectural project of a Public Library and Services in Independencia, specifically commerce and an office building. This originates on the basis of responding to a real problem, which is the lack of areas of recreation, education and culture in much of our city. As a consequence of these shortcomings, the citizen realizes that is necessary a space where these three points meet and form a good architecture, where people can access all the benefits and the knowledge considering that the evolution of technology has made that we need different spaces compared to what we needed years ago. For this reason we choose an architectural typology according to the time in which we live: The Library, central building of the thesis project. / Tesis

The Coffee Dissemination Center in Quillabama is a project that seeks to promote Peruvian coffee, giving it the value it really deserves. Likewise, it has teaching workshops focused on the cultivation processes, exhibition rooms showing the varieties and benefits of coffee that are sown in Peru, tasting rooms differentiated by the sense with which it is perceived, coffee plantation and production area that allow to make the learning experience more direct between the user and the product; and as complementary environments contemplate bungalows, hotel services and auditorium. The adequate relationship with the context is fundamental in the project, since it is located in a natural environment, with the Vilcanota River as a visual front. Due to this, the project rescues the traditional architecture of the place and gives it value, as well as defining the location of the volumes to be articulated around open public spaces that are integrated with the vegetation. / Tesis

La tesis estudia los ambientes necesarios para el desarrollo de una persona invidente y su reinserción en la sociedad. Es así como se analizan temas tanto arquitectónicos como técnicos los cuales sirven como base para la investigación, el diseño y la creación de un Centro de Integración y Desarrollo para Invidentes en el distrito de Comas. La propuesta busca estudiar los ambientes, espacios, actividades y especificaciones necesarias para el desarrollo de los invidentes. La arquitectura tiene un rol importante en el proyecto, debe hacer que el espacio sea legible y navegable para el ciego. Tiene como finalidad crear un equipamiento que brinde una mejor atención y calidad de vida a las personas con ceguera. Se busca que en el CIDI (Centro de Integración y Desarrollo para Invidentes) se le otorgue al usuario las herramientas necesarias para su desarrollo tanto social, académico como económico. El Centro de Integración y Desarrollo para Invidentes busca, a su vez, crear espacios de integración donde se puedan crear lazos de conexión con la sociedad a través de actividades de mutuo interés. Es importante el estudio del usuario al que va dirigido el proyecto, factor determinante que condiciona el diseño arquitectónico. / The thesis studies the necesities of blind people and the spaces they need to develop skills that will help their reintegration into society. Both, architectural and technicall issues are analyzed and used as a basis for the design of the Integration and Development Center for the Blind in the distict of Comas. The research seeks to study the environment, spaces, activities and especific aspects that help blind people learn and develop skills. Architecture plays an important role in the project; the spaces created must be navigable for the blind, the building can’t be though as any other in the city. The purpose is to create and equipment that provides better care and quality of life to people with blindness. The idea is that in the Integration and Development Center for the Blind, users are given the necessary tools for their social, academic and economic development. The Integration and Development Center for the Blind seeks to create spaces where ties, connection between individuals can be created through activities of mutual interest. It very is important the study of the user, to whom the project is directed, this will condition the architectural design. / Tesis

Con el paso de los años, los embarazos adolescentes incrementan mas y mas, es necesario concientizar a los pre adolescentes y adolescentes acerca de este tema para que así vaya disminuyendo la cantidad de afectados. Actualmente no existe un espacio dedicado exclusivamente al embarazo adolescente que tenga una buena infraestructura donde los adolescentes puedan ir a pedir ayuda o a resolver sus dudas. Es por eso que se ideo el Centro de Atención y Orientación de Madres Adolescentes, para crear un espacio donde estas personas puedan ser escuchadas, atendidas y protegidas. / Over the years, teenage pregnancies have increased more and more, it is necessary to raise awarness among the pre-teenagers and the teenagers about this issue so that the number of affected people will decrease. Currently there is no space dedicated to teenage pregnancies or a place that has a good infrastructure where teenagers can go to ask for help or to solve their doubts. That is why the “Centro de Atención y Orientación para Madres Adolescentes” was created, to have a space where these people can be heard, cared, and protected. / Tesis

Gamarra es un entorno de alta densidad con características particulares y problemas específicos, los cuales busco resolver proponiendo un edificio de usos múltiples, más específicamente un hibrido. Lo que se busca como principales premisas es lograr una mayor animación durante el día, apaciguar la población flotante existente, así como mejorar las circulaciones entre edificios, proponiendo conexiones dentro de las manzanas a través de un zócalo común, y otorgar espacios de desahogo a la ciudad (espacios privados tratados como públicos). / Tesis

Desarrollar un Instituto Oftalmológico en la parte sur de la ciudad de Lima. La salud pública es aún un problema en el país y hay necesidad de nuevos centros de salud que liberen la atención en los hospitales actuales. Es por ello que esta investigación se centra en analizar y resolver la problemática del actual Instituto Nacional de Oftalmología (INO) en el Perú, para así proponer un nuevo Instituto que trabaje junto al INO, teniendo en cuenta en el desarrollo de la tesis distintos puntos que influyen en el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico. / Develop an Eye Institute in the south area of the city of Lima, Peru. Public health is still an issue in the country and there is a need for new hospitals that release the attention in the existent ones. Therefore, this research focuses on analyzing and solving the problems of the National Institute of Ophthalmology (INO) in Peru, in order to propose a new Institute that will work together with the INO, taking into account in the development of the thesis different points that influence the development of an architectural project.

El Equipamiento Turístico, Vitivinícola y Arqueológico es un proyecto ubicado en el Valle de Pisco, en la provincia de Ica. El enfoque principal es lograr a través del proyecto una reactivación de la zona, hoy venida a menos en cuanto a la producción vitivinícola y una puesta en valor del legado arqueológico de la zona y de la bio- diversidad. Como énfasis arquitectónico, el proyecto se basa en la reinterpretación de la tipología arquitectónica existente de edificaciones incaicas en el valle para una mejor integración con su contexto natural, en una arquitectura contemporánea que rescate las cualidades únicas del lugar.

El presente trabajo describe los procesos para la implementación de una Estación de tren y complejo turístico Aguas Calientes en Cusco
