The crossings of the device quoted begin in the integration of blacks in Brazilian society through the struggle against the enslavement of Africans and subsequent exploration of their labor in Brazil . The exercise of sovereign power in the colony effects on society reverberates to this day. Forms of life management of the population suffer dislocations in the course of its political history. In the case of black people in Brazil , since the coming of those enslaved to the country , the regulations that governed their lives had goals by enhancing the goods. The device of inclusion, control of own company is analyzed in the context of the Quilombo Farm as modulations of power technologies. The subjectivities are understood as the production of knowledge on the issue of black and their subjection in the paths of time , located within the love of obedience, are addressed local resistance and ways of experiencing the impacts of sustainable environmentalism . The device proposed inclusion as the primary delineations, set up the clash with the social rights and repercussions on individual relationships and community identity of Farm s residents. The various mechanisms that produce the functioning of the device are presented for inclusion in the political struggles for calls to the participation and interests of the local population / O Quilombo da Fazenda: atravessamentos do dispositivo de inclusão analisa sob a perspectiva genealógica do poder uma comunidade negra localizada no litoral norte de Ubatuba-SP. Os atravessamentos do dispositivo citado se iniciam na inserção dos negros na sociedade brasileira por meio da luta contra a escravização de africanos e posterior exploração de seu trabalho no Brasil. O exercício de poder soberano na colônia reverbera efeitos na sociedade até os dias atuais. As formas de gestão da vida da população sofrem deslocamentos no decorrer de sua história política. No caso de negros no Brasil, desde a vinda desses escravizados ao país, as normativas que regulavam suas vidas tinham por objetivos potencializar essas mercadorias. O dispositivo de inclusão, próprio da sociedade de controle é analisado na contextualização do Quilombo da Fazenda como modulações das tecnologias de poder. Os assujeitamentos são compreendidos enquanto produção de saberes sobre a questão do negro e suas sujeições nos percursos do tempo, situados no âmbito do amor à obediência; são abordadas as resistências locais e modos de viver os impactos do ambientalismo sustentável. O dispositivo de inclusão proposto, enquanto delineações primeiras, configura-se no embate com os direitos sociais e repercussões nas relações individuais e coletivasda comunidade da Fazenda.
