The completion of this stage of practice is made from agreements entered into between the institution of higher education and health, receiving trainees who are in process of formation in the last two semesters of the nursing course. In this process, the professionals working in the health institution take the preceptor role, responsible for monitoring, guide and assess students in everyday practice of professional nursing. The contribution of these professionals in the construction of the theoretical / practical knowledge of the trainees will also meet the provisions contained in Article 6 of Law No. 8080/90 of the Unified Health System (SUS). During the training process, the teacher holder of the discipline is co-responsible for monitoring, evaluation and orientation of the actions developed by the students as teaching plan and stage design. Based on the experience gained when the teacher function replacement of the nursing course acting in stage fields, so connoisseur of institutional proposal of teaching and the situations experienced by the preceptors nurses at the time of completion of the practice is that it was proposed to carry out this research that aimed to study the understanding of nurses who act as preceptors stage about being preceptor and his contributions to the formation of the students of this course. This is an exploratory / descriptive study of qualitative approach, using as a collection tool semi-structured interviews. The amount of respondents was limited as the inclusion criteria and saturation and the data analyzed by the Bardin content analysis. As a result, three analytical categories were identified: supervised training and their contributions, the preceptor be in academic training and integration academia and the health service. It was possible to study to understand nurses' understanding about being preceptor, the relationship between the professionals of the institutions - the applicant and partner in the development of supervised training and reveal processes that can be changed so that there is an improvement in the development of supervised training.

Reflection that develops from the experience of the researcher as supervisor initially and after local stage as academic supervisor, which required monitoring of students in the Foundation Stage mode linked to a Psychology Service of an undergraduate course in Psychology recently recognized by MEC in Porto Alegre. Part of building a corpus of speech samples from the field diaries of students, expanded by including the record of the researcher in his own field journal and supervision of academic attendance (period 2011/02 to 2012/01). From a theoretical pre-categorization / a priori definition of the main markers, guided by the objectives of the research records were grouped into two broad categories of discourse analysis: 1. Shaft construction practices called, includes the category "Learning While Doing" respect traditional practices and the emergence of new performances and actions in the light of proposals emphases 2. Axis representing the Relation with the emphases and talks about how to build the discourse of curricular emphases, creating the category "Borders of professional work: casualization and the demands and challenges in training." It is understood that the categories listed reflect a contradiction / paradox facing the documents investigated (DC, ABEP, CREPOP / CFP): Professionals and students are invited / urged / caused the break with the practices called "traditional" and at the same time to invent, create, experience, knowledge, daring new knowledge and practices by presenting new possibilities / learning models and acting opposite a formation called "emerging". It discusses what it can generate / produce, move on training in psychology beyond the hegemonic forms already in the current general education proposal by DC.

Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Ci?ncia Florestal, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / This study had as object to evaluate the influence of the reduction of plots at some measurements of continuous forest inventory in the growth and yield modeling of a Eucalyptus sp. forest stand. The Clutter model was used in forest growth and yield modeling, using selected data of 374 distributed plots in 172 forest compartments. It were used three modeling alternatives: without stratification of the forest stand, with stratification of the forest stand and a set of 30 simulations. These simulations were samples of 40 plots each one, without stratification, objectifying a general analysis about the studied phenomenon. To all the alternatives, it was made the forest growth and yield modeling without considering reductions in continuous forest inventory measurements and considering three reduction situations. The considered situations were measurements of 25%, 50% and 75% of the continuous forest inventory plots in the measures two and four, and 100% in the measures one, three and five. This same methodology was repeated, but using the Logistic nonlinear regression model, plus a correction factor. Both models had good precision to predicting and projecting the forest stand volume at future ages. The Logistic model with a correcting factor, however, had best precision than the Clutter model. For both models it was found that there was not significant losses of accuracy caused by reductions in the number of plots at some continuous forest inventory measurements. To forest growth and yield modeling, it is recommended for these reductions to be judicious and preferably the last measurement to not be reduced.

Almeida Neto, Marino Eug?nio de 28 February 2011 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2014-12-17T15:36:36Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 MarinoEAN_TESE.pdf: 1510121 bytes, checksum: 824b52d7ab71a45fa42ff2c16c22da7c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2011-02-28 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior / Shrimp farming in Brazil is a consolidated activity, having brought economical and social gains to several states with the largest production concentrated in the northeast. This fact is also reflected in higher feed intake, necessitating a more efficient feed management. Currently, management techniques already foresee food loss due to molting. In this sense, studies relating shrimp s digestive physiology, molting physiology and behavioral response of shrimp feed can optimize the feed management. Thus, our study aimed to evaluate the behavioral response of the marine shrimp L. vannamei (Crustacea: Penaeidae) in accordance with the stages of moulting cycle and feeding schedules based on higher or lower activity of proteolytic digestive enzymes; also, to investigate the influence of feeding schedule on hepatosomatic index and non-specific and specific protease activity (trypsin). Experiments were carried out at the Laboratory of Shrimp Behavioral Studies at UFRN in partnership with the Laboratory of Enzimology UFPE. Juveniles of L. vannamei weighting 5.25 g (+ 0.25 g) were kept in aquaria at a density of 33 shrimp m -2. In the first experiment, shrimp were fed in the light phase or in the dark phase for 8 days; in the ninth day, the animals were observed for 15 minutes every hour during the 12 hours of each phase of the photoperiod. We recorded the frequency of inactivity, exploration, food intake, burrowing, swimming and crawling behavior. At the end of the 12th observation session, the shrimp were sacrified and classified by the method of setogenesis in the molt cycle stages A, B, C, D0, D1, D2 or D3. We found that the shrimp in A stage show high levels of inactivity. Moreover, the frequency of food intake was very low. The shrimp in D3 stage also had low food intake and high inactivity associated with elevated frequencies of burrowing. In the second experiment, shrimp were kept in physiological acclimation to experimental conditions for 28 days, distributed in 12 treatments in the light phase and 12 treatments in the dark phase. In the end, the animals were sacrified and dissected to assess non-specific and specific protease activity (trypsin) activity. In general, these parameters did not vary among animals fed in the light phase and those fed in the dark phase. However, significant differences were found in the activity of specific and nonspecific proteases in relation to food treatment. In the light phase, the major proteolytic activities converged to 10 hours after the start of the light phase, while the lowest activities converged to 6 hours after the beginning of this phase. In the dark phase, the highest enzyme activity converged to 12 hours after the onset of phase, while the lowest activities converged to 3 hours after the onset of phase. In the third experiment, we sought to evaluate the behavioral responses of shrimp in relation to dietary treatments based on higher or lower activity of proteolytic enzymes, considering the results of the second experiment. The behavioral categories observed were the same as the ones in the first experiment, with observations of 30 minutes (15min before and 15min after food supply). We found variation in behavioral responses as a function of the treatments, with greater intake of food in shrimp fed during the period of greatest activity of proteolytic enzymes, in the light phase. Thus we see that periodic events associated with the shrimp s physiology interfere in their behavioral responses, revealing situations that are more adjustable to the provision of food, and consequently optimizing feeding management / A carcinicultura brasileira ? uma atividade consolidada, pois trouxe ganhos econ?micos e sociais a v?rios estados, com a maior produ??o e ?rea cultivada localizada na regi?o nordeste.

It objectives to examine the contribution of medium level nursing students on scholarships at a teaching hospital s work force, at Natal/RN. It s a quantitative/qualitative, that uses descriptive statistics and analysis fulfilled with categories that emerged from research, through a dialog between the studied authors in the theoretical reference of nowadays work process, work force, non obligatory and remunerated traineeships, and night shifts. The collaborators of this research were 105 (73,43%) nursing technicians, medium level students on scholarships that fulfill remunerated traineeships at the hospital. The feminine gender was a major part of the collaborators, with 90 (85,70%), in which medium age was 29,71 years, 62 (59,00%) single, 57 (54,30%) don t have kids, 100 (95,23%) students on scholarships with complete medium level, 78,10% with professional experience before their insertion at the remunerated traineeships, 73 (69,50%) referred to enjoy the area, reason for the nursing technician course choice. About the technician course conclusion, 83 (79,00%) affirmed that happened between 2005 and 2008, and about traineeships time in the institution, 38 (36,20%) have between one and six months. About learning, 74 (70,50%) referred to learn with the nursing technicians and all fulfilled specialized courses, or grade up to bond with the school and be able to be trainees. These courses were considered low quality ones, what justifies the number of 54 (51,40%) students with scholarships that said their performance in studies is good and 75 (71,40%) are able to join it with the traineeships without problems. About remuneration as scholarship, 71 (67,60%) referred that helped to keep up with the studies, because this amount has specially this purpose, paying studies. About nonobligatory traineeships, the ABEn-RN affirmed that there s no following process to this traineeship mode, as long as there was never this concern, because obrigatory traineeships demand a lot of the efforts in the meetings. And COREN-RN doesn t supervise this way of contract. The present research observed that there is, in fact, a contribution of medium level nursing students on scholarships work force on the researched institution. Resigned to work circumstances established by the institution, representing the lack of human resources, materials, work conditions, and work insertion in night shifts, it s possible to affirm that the situation is irregular about the students on scholarships, besides the determinant risk factor to their lives and health. In addition to it, the students on scholarships, in order to maintain the quality of trainee in the institution, are obligated to fulfill courses to grade up, or specialized courses in nursing technician, at schools referred as bad quality ones / O presente estudo faz uma an?lise de est?gios n?o obrigat?rios e remunerados em enfermagem, como contribui??o para o processo de trabalho em sa?de e aprendizagem dos estudantes de cursos t?cnicos em enfermagem.

Disserta??o (Mestrado Profissional) ? Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Tecnologia, Sa?de e Sociedade, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2017. / The objective of this work is to estimate the water demand of the Te?filo Otoni - MG public water supply system, as well as to examine the effects of the determinant variables on its behavior. It also allows an understanding of the researched scenario, thus making it possible to analyze the magnitude of possible tariff policies used, being able to sustain in the decision making process on the need for investments, through consumption projections. For this purpose, we used techniques for exploratory temporal data analysis, considering the period from September 2012 to December 2014, divided into two categories of consumption: social residential and normal residential. The water demand model was based on the tariff structure of the Minas Gerais Sanitation Company (COPASA-MG), in order to evaluate important aspects for both the water supply service and consumers. The significance of the variables average price, income and climate is emphasized, aiming substantially at finding the parameters of elasticity. The understanding of these parameters enables an analysis of the impact of tariff policies and enables the projection of future water consumption in the long term. The results found highlight the price inelasticity of water demand for both categories studied, presenting significant coefficients for the marginal price and the difference variable. The coefficient was not statistically significant, in the social category, the coefficient showed to be highly significant. The coefficient was not statistically significant, in the social category, the coefficient showed to be highly significant. Therefore, it is assumed a greater knowledge in the tariff structure of the city, besides the search for variables that better explain the water demand.
