Neste sentido, o presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a influência do laudo pericial contábil nas decisões judiciais de primeiro grau da Justiça do Trabalho. Para compreender a relação entre o laudo pericial contábil e a sentença judicial, foram coletados, por meio de fotocópias, 37 laudos, no período transcorrido entre 2008 e 2009. Buscou-se, com isso, extrair elementos das variáveis que permitissem identificar a utilização dos laudos nas decisões judiciais. O conteúdo do trabalho revelou, a partir da técnica análise de conteúdo, que (a) os laudos periciais apresentados no processo do trabalho são efetivamente capazes de atender às necessidades informacionais dos Magistrados de primeira instância, em questões relativas aos fatos contábeis, dada a sua relevância nas sentenças proferidas; (b) ficou comprovado que, mesmo sendo a perícia contábil, prerrogativa de Contador devidamente habilitado pelo CRC, na prática, os juízes do trabalho não costumam observar esta norma profissional no momento de nomeação dos peritos contábeis; (c) ficou evidenciado, que os Magistrados de primeira instância da Justiça do Trabalho, utilizam-se das informações apresentadas nos laudos contábeis, quando estas são suficientemente convincentes com os elementos juntados aos autos, sendo a estrutura formal do laudo fator certamente de menor relevância para o condutor judicial prolatar a sua sentença. Por fim, verificou-se que o fato de um laudo ter sido ou não elaborado por profissional habilitado, não se mostra diferente em seu nível de eficácia. / The professionals of the accounting area are present in the Labor Court, acting as experts, by the elaboration of the decision accounting expert. In this sense, the present study had as objective analyzes the influence of the decision accounting expert in the judicial decisions of first degree of the Process of the Labor. To understand the relationship between the decision accounting expert and the judicial sentence, they were collected, through photocopies, 37 decisions, in the period elapsed between 2008 and 2009. It was looked for, with that, to extract elements of the variables to allow to identify the use of the accounting in the judicial decisions. The content of the work revealed, starting from the technique content analysis, that the decisions periciais presented in the process of the work they are indeed capable to assist to the needs informacionais of the Magistrates of first instance, in relative subjects to the accounting facts, given his/her relevance in the uttered sentences; (b) he/she was proven that, same being the accounting expertise, prerogative of Accountant properly enabled by CRC, in practice, the judges of the work used to observe this professional norm in the moment of nomination of the accounting experts; (c) it was evidenced, that the Magistrates of first instance of the Justice of the Work, are used of the information presented in the accounting decisions, when these are sufficiently convincing with the elements joined to the solemnities, being the formal structure of the decision factor certainly of smaller relevance for the driver judicial prolatar his/her sentence. Finally, it was verified that the fact of a decision it was or no elaborated by qualified professional, it is not shown different in his/her level of effectiveness.

Enrolling in some personal insurance program is the most popular me-thod adopted by people for risk and financial management.The decision problemsand operational processes related to both sides of providers and consumers inthe personal insurance industry include requirment analysis and productselection for the customers and marketing, underwriting, actuarial, constractadministration, claims processing, and financial investment for the insurancecompanies.To carry out these procedures and solve the target problems effici-ently and effectively require the proper integration and process of associateddata, model, and knowledge. 　　The goal of this paper is to propose an integrated process for personalrisk management while takes into account both functions and interactions ofinsurance provid ers and customers, as well as to present a conceptual expertdecision support system architecture for guiding the system design andimplementation to satisfy various informationand decision needs from bothparties. Also provided in this paper is a software integration approachfor constructing a prototyped system focusing on personal insurance policyselection. Hypermedia concept and technology is used for informationsystem performances.

The thesis deals with the decision-making of the expert in real estate valuation. Due to the complexity of the process and the difficulties of valuation it can be assumed that the decision will be an arduous process. It is obvious that the choice of an expert is crucial to the result of the valuation process. This topic is currently relatively little explored, and therefore the work will deal with the analysis and formulation of decision problems expert in real estate valuation. The thesis analyses the current status of forensic engineering and decision-making regarding to real estate valuation. The general decision-making process, divided into seven steps, is adapted to the requirements of expert decision-making in real estate valuation. As in the managerial decision-making process, property valuation is also divided into three levels. These three levels considered the described fundamental decision problems that lead to the formulation of the expert decision-making principles in real estate valuation. For better understanding the extensiveness of the decision-making process in the valuation of real estate the author created a decision tree respectively schemes whose functionality has been verified at the end of the thesis, exemplified with the help of a specific case study of the determined price in real estate valuation.
