Rozhlasový večerníček jako zrcadlo společensko-politických proměn v Československu ve "zlatých šedesátých" / Radio Bedtime Stories Mirroring Socio-political Changes in Czechoslovakia in the "Golden Sixties"

Dobešová, Lenka January 2021 (has links)
Radio Bedtime Stories Mirroring Socio-political Changes in Czechoslovakia in the "Golden Sixties" The aim of the work is a media analysis of Dobrou noc, děti (Good Night, Children) - a radio bedtime story series broadcast in the years 1961-1971. In addition to the origin and development of the programme, allusions to contemporary socio-political events, which were reflected in its content, are also examined. The dissertation deals with the changes in the radio programme and follows them from the beginning of socio-political changes in the 1960s until the beginning of the "normalization era". In this work, the radio bedtime story is also conceived from an anthropological perspective as a cultural phenomenon. The dissertation is formally divided into three parts-historical, empirical and interpretive. The focus of the historical chapter is a description of the development of radio in Czechoslovakia. The empirical part includes an analysis of the radio bedtime story in the years 1961-1971. The interpretive part deals mainly with how the radio bedtime story and its creators reacted to political anniversaries and Christian holidays in the period under review. At the end of the work, the programme is examined from an anthropological point of view as a cultural change.

Hrdinové problémových dětí / Heroes of the troubled children

Timurová, Lenka January 2022 (has links)
The dissertation thesis points to a wide range of possibilities of therapeutic use with fairy-tale material and at the same time offers a concrete example of working with adolescents with educational problems. We worked with ten respondents, 5 boys and 5 girls who were clients of the Center for Educational Care. Based on the assumption that the fairy tale metaphor represents a non-threatening stimulus, the respondents were asked to formulate their own lives into a fairy tale. All participants were willing to work with a fairy-tale metaphor even on subjectively unpleasant topics, and in none of the stories did we encounter any significant resistance. The analysis of stories through Propp's morphology of the fairy tale brought a characteristic story of a child with an educational problem and at the same time proved to be a meaningful therapeutic tool. The analysis of the data through a narratively oriented approach inspired by McAdams and his identity as a life story yielded a demonstration of the identity of an adolescent with educational problems. An important outcome of the work is the evaluation of the internally experienced responsibility of this specific group of adolescents. Keywords: adolescents, risk behavior, fairy tale, life story, therapeutic tool

The subject of the study was fairy tale therapy as a means of correcting the anxiety of preschoolers. The master's thesis consists of instructions, a chapter, a review, a list of references (61 sources) and 7 appendices, including forms of applied procedures, the development of examples of procedures, options for designing a sensory room, two correction programs. The volume of the master's thesis is 64 pages, which contain 7 figures and 10 tables. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, the development of the problem, sets the goal and objectives of the study, defines the object and subject of the study, formulates a hypothesis, indicates the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the study, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of foreign and domestic literature on the theme of the method of fairy tale therapy and its therapeutic effects. Sections devoted to the study of anxiety in preschool children and its correction by fairy tale therapy are presented. The conclusions on the first chapter are the results of the study of theoretical material. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It presents a description of the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained by all methods used. The following were used as diagnostic tools: the questionnaire "Determining the level of anxiety" by G.P. Lavrentieva, Titarenko, "Anxiety test" R. Temple, V. Amen, M. Dorki, projective technique "Non-existent animal" M.Z. Dukarevich. The chapter also presents the processing of the results obtained by the method of mathematical statistics according to the criteria: Kolmogorov-Smirnov, the Wilcoxon criterion, the Mann-Whitney criterion. Chapter 2's conclusions include the main findings of the empirical study. In the conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work are summarized, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, the practical significance of the study is substantiated, and possible prospects for further development of this issue are described.

Odraz stáří v seriálech pro děti / The image of eldery people in children programmes

Charvátová, Denisa January 2016 (has links)
The subject of the thesis is the problem of portrayal of the elderly in Vecernicek animated cartoons for children. Content analysis is conducted on twenty-two selected animated Vecernicek stories that portrayed older characters (371 cartoons for a total of 2974 minutes). The objective of this paper is to examine the depiction of the elderly in Vecernicek cartoons and to point out age stereotypes. The first part of the paper consists of a theoretical framework necessary for the subsequent analysis, particularly media depiction, media representation, construction of reality, the relationship between media depiction, reality and stereotyping, which are then accompanied by characterization of the stories, their meaning and also by definition of old age. Next, all twenty-two analyzed cartoons are briefly introduced. Quantitative content analysis is conducted to examine the frequency and context of depiction of male and female elderly characters, and the overall message. Using qualitative content analysis, six coherent groups of media depiction of the elderly are created, then using semiotic analysis, six specific examples of age portrayal in Vecernicek cartoons are introduced.
