The main goal of this thesis is to test the possibility of forward and backward segmentation on the single-family housing market, to reveal, describe and develop a profile of segments and to suggest marketing recommendations. Data from primary research is encoded in MS Excel and processed in the statistical analysis program SPSS Statistics 19 for Windows. The output of the thesis reveals three forward segments and three backward segments of the market. Based on certain specifics shown by each of the monitored segments, I suggested numerous marketing recommendations.

Previous issue date: 2015-08-25 / It s notorious that the Brazilian countryside is rooted in a historical process of worker exploration and submission of its subjects. Therefore, the offered education to those subjects presented countless pedagogical discrepancies and social dissonances, especially until the end of the XX century when the Countryside Education was constituted in Brazil. This model of education emerged from concerns and struggles of social movements towards the inadequate pedagogical practices adopted to the countryside subjects. However, even with the state s acceptance in relation to these measures achieved through intense and continuous struggles of the social movements it still cannot be stated that the Countryside Education is present in every educational institution, even those that call themselves as members of this pedagogical model. So from readings, reflections and data collected in fieldwork in the year of 2014 -, the present work has intuit to ascertain if the Rural Family House
located in Capanema/PR follows the precepts of the Rural Education or the
Countryside Education both in its theories and in pedagogical practices. / É notório que o campo brasileiro está arraigado em um processo histórico de exploração dos trabalhadores e submissão dos seus sujeitos. Logo, a educação ofertada a estes sujeitos apresentou inúmeras defasagens pedagógicas e dissonâncias sociais, principalmente até o final do século XX - quando foi constituída a Educação do Campo no Brasil. Este modelo de educação surgiu a partir de inquietações e lutas dos movimentos sociais perante as práticas pedagógicas inadequadas adotadas aos sujeitos do campo. Contudo, mesmo com a aceitação do Estado em relação à estas medidas - conquistada através de intensa e contínua luta dos movimentos sociais -, ainda não pode-se afirmar que a Educação do Campo está presente em todas as instituições de ensino, mesmo as que se auto-titulam como integrantes deste modelo pedagógico. Thesis contains: introduction, where issues of the topic , purpose and tasks are discussed; analytic part – building technologies of single family houses, main advantages, disadvantages and differences, building conceptions, history, requirements and aspects of different conceptions are presented, opportunities of passive and active solar power usage in detached houses; methodical - research part – evaluation of few different single family houses, analysis of investments to building envelope constructions, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and building operation cost, creation of optimization model by using regresion analysis method; conclusions and suggestions; references. Final thesis consists of: 76 p. of text without appendixes, 25 pictures, 11 tables, 71 references.

This thesis is aiming on designing of project documentation within the extent of the building Act. This documentation describes the building of family house with external and internal wheelchair access and operational arrangements related to these needs. One of the goals is also familiarization with the building Act as well as with Decree on general technical requirements for the construction. Wheelchair accessibility is wide and complicated subject, where are the requirements for the construction strictly given, therefore the Decree 398/2009 Sb. about the general technical requirements establishing the use of barrier-free buildings has become the starting basis. The building must comply with technical and architectural demands to allow the disabled persons normal usage of the construction.

In the theoretical part, I described the basic terminology for real estate valuation and provided a detailed list of the valuation documents. In the practical part, I made a complete expert report in the Delta-NEM program, and to its sub-sections I presented the possibilities for obtaining information about its creation.

Proposal is made in two variations - A and B. Project is worked-out according to the variation A and elaborated in a range for issuing notification of simple building. The house is designed in compliance with the area plan of the municipality and it follows the surrounding building development with its character. Work on the project documentation respected all legal regulations concerning of building design. The drawing part has been processed by visualization cad application.

Previous issue date: 2010-04-08 / FAPEAM - Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Amazonas / This work, the result of a research project investigated the experience of the Rural Family House Boa Vista do Ramos -Am, with the broader aim of identifying the contributions of experience to the local development and solidarity from their teaching methodology. The study was conducted in qualitative research in order to enhance the meanings that people give to their actions, means in that build their lives, their relationship and inseparable link with the context in which they are inserted. As methodological tools we use : (i) the literature on the subject, from theses, dissertations, several publications, material in electronic media and others; (II) desk research, through important documentary sources for analysis of the experience of CFR Boa Vista do Ramos as study plans of students, technical visits reports, bylaws of the CFR of Boa Vista do Ramos, minutes, crafts, memos, and other curriculum; (III) field research with the use of interviews semi- structured interviews for selecting the monitors working in the technical area (related to technical agriculture, agro-ecology, forest management and breeding in integrated systems), and teachers from subjects of general training ( Portuguese Language, Mathematics , Science, History and Geography). Also participated in the interviews students graduating classes of 2005 and 2007, parents, representatives of ARCAFAR-AM and financial partners and technical and pedagogical support. The criteria for selection of young students, monitors, teachers and graduates took place in the form of draw at the General Meeting of the Association of CFR Boa Vista do Ramos. However, the paucity of time, the selected parents of young were also selected. Regarding the representative of the social movement and community member, the criterion for selection was given by participation and attendance at meetings and events organized by the project. The study allowed on the one hand, find that the experience of CFR Boa Vista Ramos is significant for the subjects of the field once that knowledge is organized from the reality of them. Thus, it was possible to identify the proposal seated in the Pedagogy of Alternation can be a viable educational alternative for the field Boavistense From the interviews, we identified the effort for the occurrence of integration school / family / community in the educational dynamics of the CFR of Boa Vista do Ramos. Despite the difficulties inherent in a project with this profile, there is a significant contribution of the CFR for the youth field Boavistense, since it is viewed by the subjects as a possibility for the strengthening development of the productive units, with the introduction of techniques related to family farming and community empowerment in the struggle for legitimacy of social rights. The research purposed contribute also with the Amazonian movement As a Rural Education, to recognize and discuss the numerous gestated education experiences in the State of Amazonas, by social movements, pointing theoretical elements to this debate. / A presente dissertação, resultado de um projeto de pesquisa, investigou a experiência da Casa Familiar Rural de
Boa Vista do Ramos-Am, com o objetivo mais amplo de identificar as contribuições da experiência para o
desenvolvimento local e solidário, a partir de sua metodologia pedagógica. O estudo se desenvolveu numa
abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, no sentido de valorizar os significados que os indivíduos dão às suas ações, o
meio em que constrõem suas vidas, sua relação e o vínculo indissociável com o contexto no qual encontram-se
inseridos. Como instrumentos metodológicos, utilizamos: (I) a pesquisa bibliográfica a respeito do tema, a partir
de teses, dissertações, publicações diversas, material em meio eletrônico e outros; (II) pesquisa documental,
através de fontes documentais importantes para análise da experiência da CFR de Boa Vista do Ramos como
planos de estudo dos alunos, relatórios de visitas técnicas, regimento interno da CFR de Boa Vista do Ramos,
atas, ofícios, memorandos, matriz curricular e outros; (III) pesquisa de campo, com a utilização de entrevistas
semi-estruturadas, selecionando para as entrevistas os monitores que atuam na área técnica (técnicos ligados à
agricultura, agroecologia, manejo de florestas e criação de animais em sistemas integrados), e professores das
disciplinas da formação geral (Língua Portuguesa, Matemática, Ciências, História e Geografia). Também participaram das entrevistas alunos, egressos das turmas 2005 e 2007, pais, representantes da ARCAFAR-AM e parceiros financeiros e de apoio técnico-pedagógico. O critério para seleção dos jovens discentes, monitores, docentes e egressos deu-se na forma de sorteio em Assembleia Geral da Associação da CFR de Boa Vista do Ramos. Entretanto, pela exiguidade do tempo, os pais selecionados foram os dos jovens também selecionados.
Com relação ao representante do movimento social e membro da comunidade, o critério para escolha deu-se pela
participação e frequência nas reuniões e eventos realizados pelo projeto. O estudo permitiu, por um lado,
constatar que a experiência da CFR de Boa Vista do Ramos é significativa para os sujeitos do campo, uma vez
que os conhecimentos são organizados a partir da realidade dos mesmos. Nesse sentido, foi possível identificar
que a proposta assentada na Pedagogia da Alternância pode ser uma alternativa educacional viável para o campo
boavistense. A partir das entrevistas, identificamos o esforço para que ocorra a integração escola/família/comunidade na dinâmica educacional da CFR de Boa Vista do Ramos. Apesar das dificuldades inerentes a um projeto com este perfil, há uma significativa contribuição da CFR para os jovens do campo
boavistense, uma vez que a mesma é vista pelos sujeitos como uma possibilidade de fortalecimento do
desenvolvimento das unidades produtivas, com a introdução de técnicas ligadas à agricultura familiar e o
fortalecimento da comunidade na luta pela legitimação dos direitos sociais. A pesquisa intencionou contribuir
também com o movimento Amazonense Por uma Educação do Campo , no sentido de reconhecer e problematizar as inúmeras experiências de educação gestadas no Estado do Amazonas, pelos movimentos sociais, apontando elementos teóricos para esse debate.

Previous issue date: 2015-07-27 / CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O reconhecimento do patrimônio em Juiz de Fora, iniciado pelo poder público municipal no início dos anos 1980, teve como um de seus pilares as habitações unifamiliares da região do Alto dos Passos. No entanto, a forma como essas edificações foram elevadas à categoria de patrimônio municipal foi pouco explorada nas pesquisas de âmbito local. Os “casarões”, como são frequentemente chamados, foram construídos na atual avenida Barão do Rio Branco entre o final do século XIX e meados do século XX. Trata-se de edificações erguidas pelos segmentos mais abastados da sociedade juiz-forana, sobretudo proprietários de fazendas de café e industriais locais. No início dos anos 1980 eram os especialistas da área que diziam o que era e o que não era patrimônio, consagrando, via de regra, as edificações construídas pelas elites. Assim, o principal objetivo deste trabalho é identificar de que forma os agentes do patrimônio em Juiz de Fora converteram algumas habitações unifamiliares da região do Alto dos Passos em patrimônio municipal. A partir dos discursos elaborados por esses agentes, presentes tanto nas publicações referentes ao tema quanto nos processos de tombamento de ditas edificações, propomo-nos a investigar, à luz da teoria atual do patrimônio, da memória, da história e do discurso, como se construiu parte do patrimônio da cidade de Juiz de Fora. As manifestações presentes nos processos de tombamento se mostram como uma oportunidade singular para identificar de que forma os agentes envolvidos recorrem a modalidades discursivas, com o intuito de se atingir os seus respectivos objetivos. O estudo dos agentes que influenciaram o processo de desenvolvimento da cidade demonstra tanto a complexidade das relações que existem entre o ambiente construído e o contexto social, econômico, cultural e político que permite a tomada de decisões sobre o espaço urbano, como também revela uma ideia da cidade que os indivíduos desejam construir, lembrar ou esquecer. / The acknowledgement of the heritage in Juiz de Fora, initiated by the municipal government in the early 1980s, had as one of its mainstays the single family houses of the Alto dos Passos region. However, little attention was given in the local level research to how these buildings were elevated to the category of municipal heritage. The often called "grand houses" were built in the current Baron of Rio Branco Avenue between the late nineteenth and mid-twentieth century. These are buildings erected by the wealthiest segments of Juiz de Fora’s society, especially owners of coffee farms and local industrialists. In the early 80s the experts in the field were the ones who said what was and what was not heritage, almost always electing the buildings constructed by the elites. Thus, the main objective of this work is to identify how the heritage agents in Juiz de Fora converted on municipal heritage some single family houses of the Alto dos Passos region. Based on the speeches elaborated by these agents wich are present both in publications on the topic as in preservation’s lawsuits of this buildings, we propose to investigate how part of Juiz de Fora’s heritage was built, using the current heritage, history and speech theory. The demonstrations present on preservation’s lawsuits appear as a unique opportunity to identify how those involved agents resort to discursive modes in order to achieve their respective goals. The study of agents that influenced the city's development process demonstrates both the complexity of the relationships that exist between the built environment and the social, economic, cultural and political context that allows decision-making on urban space, as also reveals an idea of the city that individuals want to build, remember or forget.

Pasportizace stavebně-technického stavu rodinného domu ve Vyškově / Passportisation of the Structural and Technical Condition of a House in VyskovKarásek, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
In this thesis I deal with the passportization of the building-technical condition of the family house in Vyškov, the creation of its new project documentation and the proposal of repairs including appraisal cost. In the theoretical part I describe possible faults and defects of buildings, also their lifetime and the possibilities of finding their construction-technical condition. I also discuss the theory and usefulness of pasportizations. In the practical part, I evaluate the construction and technical condition of the selected house and make a finding of faults and defects of the structures, including the proposal for their repair and the appraisal cost with the item budget.
