Previous issue date: 2015-03-24 / As Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais (DCN) para o curso de Nutri??o preveem uma
forma??o direcionada ? atua??o no Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (SUS), assim como a realiza??o
obrigat?ria do Trabalho de Conclus?o de Curso (TCC). Objetivou-se analisar a forma??o de
nutricionistas no Rio Grande do Norte (RN) para atua??o no SUS, ? luz da produ??o cient?fica
obrigat?ria prevista para forma??o. Trata-se de um estudo bibliom?trico, de abordagem
quantitativa, realizado com os TCCs de cinco cursos de gradua??o em Nutri??o do RN dos
anos de 2013/2014. A partir da leitura dos trabalhos, foram coletadas as seguintes vari?veis:
natureza da institui??o, categoria administrativa da institui??o, local, t?tulo do trabalho,
n?mero de autores, formato do trabalho, titula??o do professor orientador, tipo de estudo, ?rea
de interesse, cen?rio de realiza??o, submiss?o ao comit? de ?tica, adequa??o dos descritores e,
se pertencente ao campo da sa?de coletiva, o subcampo da sa?de coletiva e a tem?tica
abordada. Tamb?m foi realizada a leitura dos Projetos Pedag?gicos dos Cursos para
identifica??o das oportunidades de desenvolver pesquisa na gradua??o. Foi realizada an?lise
descritiva e, para detec??o de categorias significativas, foi aplicado o teste Qui-Quadrado de
Pearson. Foram analisados 195 trabalhos, oriundos em sua maioria de cursos pertencentes ?
universidades (79,0%) e de institui??es privadas (56,4%). No geral, observou-se maior
frequ?ncia de artigos (68,2%), desenvolvidos por um aluno (65,6%), orientados por
professores mestres (57,9%), com desenho de estudo transversal (49,2%), realizados em
laborat?rio (25%) e sem necessidade de submiss?o a comit? de ?tica em pesquisa (49,2%). A
mediana de adequa??o dos descritores correspondeu a 50%. Quanto ao interesse do estudo,
houve maior frequ?ncia de trabalhos no campo da Sa?de Coletiva (p<0,001), destacando-se o
subcampo Epidemiologia nutricional (63,0%) (p<0,001) e a tem?tica Avalia??o Nutricional
(57,4%) (p<0,001). Em recorte sobre tr?s grandes ?reas de atua??o do nutricionista, foi
significativa a realiza??o de trabalho no campo da sa?de coletiva em institui??es p?blicas
(p<0,05). A presen?a de atividades complementares foi un?nime nos projetos de curso. Os
resultados do estudo revelaram algumas fragilidades metodol?gicas nos contornos das
pesquisas, assim como uma forma??o hegemonicamente positivista. Apesar do destaque ?
sa?de coletiva, percebeu-se pouca aproxima??o das pol?ticas e programas de nutri??o no
contexto da pesquisa obrigat?ria dos cursos do RN. / The National Curricular Guidelines for nutrition course predict training directed to the
work in the Unified Health System (SUS) and the mandatory completion of course work. The
aim of this study was to analyze the formation of dieticians in Rio Grande do Norte
state/Brazil to work in the SUS, from the compulsory scientific production provided for
training. This is a bibliometric study, quantitative approach, performed with completion of
course works of five nutrition undergraduate courses in Rio Grande do Norte state in the years
2013/2013. From the reading of the works, the following variables were collected: nature of
the institution, institution administrative category, location, work title, number of authors,
work format, titration of the teacher advisor, study type, area of interest, scenery of
accomplishment, submission to the ethics committee, suitability of descriptors and, as
pertaining to the field of public health, the subfield of public health and the theme. The
pedagogical projects of the courses were read and were identified opportunities to develop
research in the graduation. For detection of significant categories we applied the Pearson chisquare
test. We analyzed 195 works, coming mostly belonging to universities courses (79.0%)
and private institutions (56.4%). A higher frequency of articles (68.2%), developed by one
student (65.6%), guided by master teachers (57.9%), with cross-sectional study design
(49.2%), conducted in laboratory (25%) and without submission to the ethics committee in
research (49.2%) was find. The median adequacy of descriptors was 50%. As for the interest
of the study, there was a higher frequency of work in the field of public health (p <0.001),
within this subfield highlighting the nutritional epidemiology (63.0%) (p <0.001) and the
subject nutrition assessment (57, 4%) (p <0.001). In cut on three major areas of dietician
performance, was significant performing work in the field of public health in public
institutions (p <0.05). The presence of complementary activities was unanimous in the
pedagogical projects of the courses. The results of the study showed some methodological
weaknesses in the research approaches, as well as a hegemonic positivist training. Despite the
emphasis on public health, it was noticed little approximation of policies and nutrition
programs in the context of the mandatory recearch of Rio Grande do Norte state nutrition
courses.

presente estudo se prop?e a compreender a percep??o de docentes/militantes da Sa?de
Coletiva acerca da forma??o do profissional Sanitarista. Para tanto, procura-se responder ao
seguinte questionamento: Que elementos s?o relevantes para a forma??o do profissional
Sanitarista? Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva e explorat?ria, com abordagem
qualitativa. Para coleta dos dados, foi utilizada a t?cnica da entrevista semiestruturada junto a
profissionais veteranos enquanto Sanitaristas e docentes da ?rea de Sa?de Coletiva. Os dados
foram analisados ? luz da t?cnica de an?lise tem?tica de conte?do. Tal t?cnica consiste em
estruturar o texto em unidades, em categorias segundo reagrupamento anal?gico. Nesse
sentido, foram organizadas tr?s categorias de an?lise, cujos t?tulos foram guiados de acordo
com os objetivos do estudo, a saber: ?A Forma??o Institucional de Sanitaristas?; ?Elementos
que contribuem para a forma??o Sanitarista? e ?Caminhos poss?veis na forma??o Sanitarista?.
Destacou-se quatro principais elementos de forma??o sanitarista: Capacidade t?cnica para
desenvolver o trabalho de sanitarista, alicer?ada nos tr?s pilares conceituais da Sa?de
Coletiva; Arcabou?o, alicerce e respaldo nas Ci?ncias Sociais, no pensamento social em
sa?de; Hist?ria de vida do discente, implica??o deste com o objeto da Sa?de Coletiva;
Atua??o em campo, no territ?rio, diretamente integrado ao servi?o e sistema de sa?de. Os
entrevistados imaginam um caminho para forma??o sanitarista: a Sa?de Coletiva deve ser
bem trabalhada em sua teoria e pr?tica na gradua??o, seja em qualquer ?rea da sa?de e
obviamente na gradua??o em Sa?de Coletiva; os cursos Lato Sensu, especialmente as
resid?ncias, precisariam de uma readapta??o te?rica, dada a cria??o de cursos de gradua??o na
?rea; os cursos Stricto Sensu, enquanto formador de pesquisador e docente da ?rea, devem
desenvolver produ??es envolvidas com o sistema de sa?de e o objeto da Sa?de Coletiva, de
modo a trazer um retorno efetivo, em termos de aplicabilidade, no sistema de sa?de. Sugerese
que tal caminho deveria ser complementar, no sentido de agregar conhecimento ? medida
que se percorre pela gradua??o, p?s-gradua??o Lato Sensu e p?s-gradua??o Stricto Sensu. A
ideia, no geral, ? que o conjunto gradua??o-resid?ncia/especializa??o-mestrado/doutorado
componha uma forma??o linear, ascendente e complementar. Para acompanhar todo esse
processo de forma efetiva, faz-se necess?rio, e urgente, pensar em estrat?gias de regula??o
dos procedimentos formativos. Recomenda-se tamb?m mais estudos sejam realizados nesta
?rea, principalmente uma avalia??o mais criteriosa das gradua??es em Sa?de Coletiva, que ?
uma quest?o atual e relativamente nova sobre a forma??o na ?rea. / The public health is a project that struggles for a fair, resolutive and democratic health
and that aims to help the collective and social bodies starting from their real needs, being
totally involved with inequality and social determination issues. Thus, it is of fundamental
importance to form a professional commited to this project. This current study aims to
understand the perception of teachers/militants of Public Health about the graduation of
Healthcare professionals. Therefore, we look forward answering the following question:
Which elements are relevant to the formation of the sanitarian professional? This is a field
research, descriptive and exploratory, with a qualitative approach. For data collection, we
used a semi-structured interview technique with veteran professionals as sanitarians and
teachers of Public Health area. The data were analyzed based on the technique of thematic
analysis of subject. This technique consists in structuring the text in units, in categories
according analogic reunification. In this sense, were organized three analysis categories,
whose titles were guided according to the study objectives, namely: "The Institutional
Formation of Sanitarians"; "Elements that contribute to the Sanitarian formation " and
"Possible Paths in Sanitarian Formation". Four main elements of sanitarian formation were
emphasized: technical capacity to develop a sanitation work, based on three conceptual pillars
of Public Health; Framework, foundation and support on Social Sciences, in the social
concepts of health; Life history of the student, implication of this with the Public Health
object; Field operation, in the territory, directly integrated to the service and the health
system. The intervieweds imagine a path to the sanitarian formation: the Public Health should
be well explored in its theory and practice in graduation, in any health area and obviously in
the graduation of Public Health; the Lato Sensu courses, especially residency, would need a
theoretical upgrading, given the creation of undergraduate courses on the area; the Stricto
Sensu courses, while forming researchers and teachers in the area, should develop productions
involved with the health system and the object of Public Health, in order to bring an effective
return, in terms of applicability, in the health system. It is suggested that such a path should be
complementary, in a sense of adding knowledge as it travels through graduation, postgraduation
Lato Sensu and post-graduation Stricto Sensu. The idea, in general, is that the
graduate-residence set / specialization-mastering / PhD compose a linear formation, ascending
and complementary. To follow all this process effectively, it is necessary, and urgent, to think
of regulation strategies of the formating procedures. It is also recommended that more studies
are conducted in this area, specially a more careful evaluation of the undergraduate courses in
Public Health, which is a current and relatively new issue on formation in the area.

Pesquisa do Estado da Bahia - FAPEB / The configuration of the care occurs through health care practices based on the principles and guidelines of the Unified Health System (SUS). The federal government started in 2008, the Program of Education through Work for Health (PET-HEALTH), with the sponsorship of learning groups tutorial in strategic areas of SUS. It is relevant to foster discussions about caring, teaching and managing health practices, which requires the qualification of the preceptor. This study aimed to analyze the practices developed by the tutors of the PET-Health and the integration education-service and community in the family health strategy in Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil. This is a qualitative study of the type exploratory. The participants were professionals members of the family health team linked to health units that they work as preceptors of the PET - Family Health from 2009 to 2014. The data collection occurred through semi-structured interview, the application of the Technique of Free Association of Words and the analysis of program reports in the period from March to April of 2016, after submission and approval of the project by an Ethics and Research Committee with Human Beings. The method of analysis consists of an approach of the Hermeneutic-Dialectic, which provides a way of the social thinking. The results shows that the approach of health professionals from the family health units of the municipality with the university is favored by the programa. The preceptory is referred to as support and supervision of the activities with users in the service and in the community. The inclusion of students from several undergraduate courses in the health area at USF broadens the range of actions offered in the service and contributes to the process of knowledge production. The actions promoted by the program, stand out from more traditional to fun activities and cultural. The university was pointed as an institution of support to the service. It was emphasized that the clinical practice is privileged rather than the educational activities which shows that activities related to the clinical are central in actions instead of the collective health. In this sense it is imperative to qualify the different social actors involved in the strategies experienced in the program. The important role of the preceptor in strengthening SUS and in the training of health students, makes a permanent education policy necessary for workers. / A configura??o do cuidado ocorre mediante pr?ticas de aten??o ? sa?de a partir dos princ?pios e diretrizes do Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (SUS). O m?todo de an?lise consiste em uma aproxima??o da Hermen?utica-Dial?tica, a qual se apresenta como um caminho do pensamento social. Os resultados evidenciam que o programa favorece a aproxima??o dos profissionais de sa?de das unidades de sa?de da fam?lia do munic?pio com a universidade. A preceptoria ? referida como apoio e supervis?o das atividades com os usu?rios no servi?o e na comunidade. Previous issue date: 2008-10-31 / This study addresses the interdisciplinary training in perspective for the Brazilian Health System (SUS) in view of graduation students in the areas of health of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte s (UFRN) former students of the course Health and Citizenship (SACI). Emphasizes also the importance of commitment to social policies, particularly with those focused on the area of health. This is a case study with a qualitative approach. There was the lifting of data through documental research, from 14 portfolios of learning, which are weekly records of students from the respective discipline, corresponding to 2005.2 to 2007.2 semesters. From the analysis undertaken, inferred that the methodology problematizing, used by the discipline, enables students to understand that learning is not restricted to the confined university walls. It shows the health from a complex and concrete social reality, allowing students to an interdisciplinary dialogue in search of the transformation of this reality. It means an opportunity to interact with the dynamics of society in their area of activities, developing a relationship of solidarity in the formation of the citizen. Moreover, it was clear the direction of experienced interdisciplinary and recognized by students of various professions that make up the discipline. Thus, the SACI in preparation for construction of SUS, helps to form a new professional, more committed to the promotion and with a collective work in health / O presente estudo aborda a interdisciplinaridade na perspectiva da forma??o para o Sistema ?nico de Sa?de (SUS) na ?tica de estudantes da ?rea da sa?de da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) egressos da disciplina Sa?de e Cidadania (SACI). Ressalta, igualmente, a import?ncia do compromisso com as pol?ticas sociais e, em particular, com aquelas voltadas para a ?rea da sa?de. Trata-se de um estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa. Realizou-se o levantamento dos dados atrav?s de pesquisa documental, a partir de 14 portf?lios de aprendizagem, que s?o registros semanais dos estudantes da respectiva disciplina, correspondendo aos semestres 2005.2 a 2007.2. Da an?lise empreendida, inferiu-se que a metodologia problematizadora, utilizada pela referida disciplina, possibilita aos estudantes compreender que a aprendizagem n?o se limita aos restritos muros universit?rios. Nordeste de Forma??o em Sa?de da Fam?lia. Para a coleta de informa??es foi realizada
pesquisa documental nos registros institucionais de todos os discentes, assim como
entrevistas. Foram entrevistados 15 discentes, distribu?dos nas seis institui??es nucleadoras.
As informa??es obtidas por meio de entrevistas gravadas foram transcritas e resultaram em
dois corpus de an?lise, posteriormente submetidos ao software Alceste? 4.9 para
identifica??o das classes sem?nticas. Pode-se concluir que o curso proporcionou uma
ressignifica??o de pr?ticas profissionais na Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia, considerando o
contexto organizacional da Aten??o B?sica na regi?o Nordeste e as especificidades do
trabalho em sa?de. Mesmo diante de dificuldades do alunado relacionadas ? apropria??o dos
m?todos de pesquisa e ? pr?pria metodologia ativa da aprendizagem baseada em problemas,
o curso contribuiu efetivamente para o aprimoramento dos processos de trabalho na Aten??o
B?sica, valorizando o trabalho em equipe e permitindo a aquisi??o de novos conhecimentos
cient?ficos. / Professional masters were created in Brazil in the 1990s in response to social changes in the
world of work and aim to train high-level professionals with own profile for various
activities of society and the productive sector. They are up in more innovative mode of
graduate studies in Brazil, and therefore lack of legitimacy of their identity, which raises the
need for discussions to get further information and outline the characteristics of this
postgraduate modality. You want to build new understandings about their peculiarities
starting from the perspective of students from the Professional Masters in Health Net
Northeast Family Training in Family Health, and not only according to the similarities and
differences with the academic master. This study aims to understand the meanings attributed
by masters training in that course. This is a qualitative, exploratory study. The subjects are
100 students in training in 2013, distributed among the six institutions nucleation Network
Northeast Training in Family Health. To collect information desk research was conducted in
institutional records of all students, as well as interviews. We interviewed 15 students,
distributed in the six nucleation institutions. Information obtained through recorded
interviews were transcribed and resulted in two analytical corpus subsequently submitted to
Alceste ? 4.9 software for identification of semantic classes. It can be concluded that the
course provided a redefinition of professional practices in the Family Health Strategy,
considering the organizational context of primary care in the Northeast and the specifics of
the health work. Even before the student body difficulties related to ownership of research
methods, and the very active methodology of problem-based learning, the course effectively
contributed to the improvement of work processes in primary care, valuing teamwork and
allowing the acquisition of new scientific knowledge.
