When we observe the present work in the world, we can notice a move towards the direction of greater flexibility in regards to formal employees and workers that act through flexible forms of labor contracts. The flexible employment contract refers to the contract that does not follow the formal model of labor contract, governed by CLT (Consolidation of the Labor Laws), and, has been studied lately as a result of changes in the workplace organization, usually associated with the search of more productive and cheaper workers. Due to the enlargement of the involved phenomena of these transformations, we delimited the subject and the public to be studied: adopting the idea of social construction of reality, from Berger and Luckmann (1966/2002), we analyzed the "migration" processes of 30 executives, residents of São Paulo city, ex-employees of large corporations, that had experiences in high and middle management at multinational and national organizations, and, at present, work in the markets under flexible labor contracts. For our study, we understand that the executives are formal workers that occupy positions of high and middle management in the organizational hierarch and have the power of decision and prestige. Being so, the objective of this study is to describe the sense attributed by executives, to the "migration" process to more flexible forms of work and to the new reality lived in the workplace. The research follows a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured in-depth interviews to gather the information; for the interview analysis, we used, as the basis, the ideas of speeches practices from Spink and Medrado (1999/2004). The constructionist perspective permitted to verify that executives in flexible workplaces possessed high level of selfconfidence, a missionary vision of his/her work, and different motives for the "migration". Through their statements we can observe the survival strategies and how to become successful as a flexible worker; the interviewees perceptions of the Brazilian market; the change in customer relationships, the family and the personal network. Despite the problems faced to settle in, the majority want to continue with flexible work, even though a large number of studies have shown that flexible labor contracts as a factor that make workers’ lives more precarious. For the executives in flexible employment, life as a formal CLT worker is a thing of the past: now, they need to show themselves as competent at any cost, plan themselves for the "dry spells" improve their network, increase their knowledge and to spend time with their family. The motives to stay are diverse, but all possesses a conversion point: the sensation that they dominate their own lives, time, money, knowledge, and future. Perhaps, many situations will present themselves in daily life to give in to the customer and greater dedication than a formal employee; but, in the "everyday reality", the sensation is that they are the "owner" of their lives.

- Cas des tiers - lieux collaboratifs / How do we capitalize on the new forms of work organization targeting collaborative innovation in regions supporting smart specialization strategies?

Sandulache, Cornelia Elena 25 February 2019 (has links)
While the scientific literature concludes that collaborative innovation is not a new concept, definitions are often contradictory and its implementation remains enigmatic. Therefore, this thesis in management aimed to address the issue by stating its main question as follows: "How do we capitalize on the new forms of work organization targeting collaborative innovation in regions supporting smart specialization strategies? The case of coworking spaces". As a consequence, the following research objectives have been formulated: 1. To analyze the collaborative dimension of the organization of work in order to detect its innovative potential; 2. To identify management processes that foster collaborative innovation using the case of coworking spaces; 3. To conjugate these processes at the level of a territory in order to propose an integrative management model capable of enhancing the potential of collaborative innovation. The thesis was articulated around three levels of analysis: conceptual, conjunctural and territorial. Empirical research has focused on several case studies: 11 coworking spaces in France and 6 coworking spaces in the United States. The triangulation of the data from semi - structured interviews, documentary analysis and empirical observation helped produce quality results. The conceptual analysis permitted to clarify the notion of "novelty" associated with the new forms of work organization, as well as their innovative potential; thus, this level of analysis aimed to outline the collaborative innovation analysis grid, the conceptual schema of the thesis. The conjunctural level of the analysis proposed an enriched conceptual diagram by integrating the elements of the fieldwork. Finally, the territorial analysis provided an integrative model of the territorial management of collaborative innovation. On the one hand, these results are meant to raise awareness of the new implications of collaborative work and its potential, particularly collaborative innovation; on the other hand, they emphasize the importance of space and the importance of the three types of communication - communication for coordination, communication for information, and communication for inspiration - in the management of collaborative innovation. Thus, they underline multiple opportunities to define new (public) policies for the management of (territorial) collaborative innovation.

The present study sought to analyze the garment activities in the Paraíba cariri, especially the perceptions of changing that the subjects have about the new forms of work that have occurred with the insertion of confection units in this territory. The focus of this work was to identify and analyze how the subjects see some changes occurred in such space after the introduction of sewing in the Santa Cruz do Capibaribe. We then try to perceive from a cut made in the small municipality of Coxixola located in Western Cariri, through interviews with seamstresses, as well as with some manufacturers and the manager of the municipality, what these production units caused to change their lives and of their families, since these are families living from subsistence agriculture and today they seek to combine the scarce return of income from agriculture to the work of sewing, which has been the livelihood of dozens of families in this region, has become increasingly relevant to the local economy. Throughout the research we worked on three points about the vision of workers in the region: 1) about the new forms of work in the rural environment, thus showing the coexistence between subsistence agriculture and sewing in the researched environment, noting that even these families having the need to introduce another activity in their midst, seek to combine it with agriculture so as not to lose its roots; 2) the development of the confection units in this space, giving a brief look at how the seam was introduced and developed in the region; and 3) how workers perceive the major changes in the region from the insertion of the seam.

Možnosti a meze využití ICT při výuce na 1. stupni základní školy / The posibilities and limits of using ICT during the 1. grade

Pekařová, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
The theme of the thesis is the Possibilities of using ICT at the first level of elementary school, but also the definition of negatives and limitations in teaching at elementary school. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part of the work. I focus mainly on the use of ICT and on the prerequisites for introducing ICT into elementary schools and subsequently on the individual ICT tools in elementary schools and the possibilities of their use. The use of ICT is understood as a tool for developing pupils' general and cross-curricular competence and for developing communication and critical thinking at the first level of elementary school. Innovative teaching methods based on active and empirical learning and expanded by information and communication technologies can increase the engagement of pupils and improve their results, as shown by the questionnaire survey and the chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis. The methodology of the thesis is based on the analytical and comparative method in the theoretical part of the thesis and on the method of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey in the practical - empirical part of the thesis. The theoretical part is based on a set of literature, which is presented at the end of the...

In this thesis I describe the reeducational processes in educational institutions, especially from the point of view of special pedagogy. In the theoretical part of thesis I define the behavioral disorders and then I deal with methods, techniques, approaches and forms of work with individuals with behavioral disorders. In the practical part, I used quantitative research method of questionnaires given to the educational institutions in Czech Republic. The aim was to check, if methods, techniques, approaches and forms are different in each of educational institutions and to check, if the selected theories are practically used
