Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje išsiplėtė šeimos sąvoka, kuri apima įvairius formuojamus šeimos modelius. Įvairūs autoriai šeimą apibūdina skirtingai, todėl sunku rasti tinkamą apibrėžimą, kas yra šeima? Skirtingai nei anksčiau šalia tradicinės šeimos atsiranda modernios šeimos modelis, kuris įgauna vis daugiau prasmių. Jauni suaugusieji tampa liberalesnių pažiūrų, o tai skatina kitokį šeimos modelio atsiradimą. Formuojamas šeimos modelis didelę įtaka daro augančiam vaikui, tai gali pasireikšti santykių srityje: bendraujant su bendraamžiais mokykloje, kitais visuomenės nariais. Mūsų visuomenėje, jauni suaugusieji, šeimos kūrimą atideda tolimiasniam laikui, tai lemia įvarios priežastys: materialinė padėtis, studijos, karjera. Šiuo darbu siekiu atskleisti bei išsiaiškinti šiuolaikinės šeimos kūrimosi ypatumus. Probleminiai klausimai – Kaip suvokia šeimą mūsų šalies jaunimas? Kokie šeimos kūrimo modeliai, jų nuomone, priimtiniausi? Koks mokyklos ir socialinio pedagogo vaidmuo šiame procese? Tyrimo objektas – Jaunų suaugusių požiūris į šiuolaikinės šeimos kūrimą socialiniu ir edukaciniu aspektu. Tyrimo tikslas – Atskleisti jaunų suaugusių požiūrį į šeimos kūrimą šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje. Tyrimo metodai – Atliktas kokybinis tyrimas, duomenys rinkti naudojant pusiau struktūruotą interviu. The concept of the family has expanded in the contemporary society, covering various models of the family, formed within the society. Different authors describe the family in different ways; therefore it is difficult to find the appropriate definition – what is the family? Differently from the past, the model of the modern family appears next to the traditional family, obtaining more and more meanings. Young adults have more liberal attitude and this encourages the appearance of the different model of the family. The formed model of the family has a great impact on the growing child and this can be observed within the sphere of relations: in communication with peers at school as well as with other members of the society. In our society, young adults plan the family creation for the later time and this is affected by various reasons: material state, studies, career. Magistro baigiamąjame darbe išanalizuotos ir įvertintos palankių šeimai politikos priemonių taikymo galimybės ir nauda Vilniaus m. savivaldybės įmonėse, iškeltos šeimos ir karjeros vaidmenų derinimo problemos bei pateikti siūlymai, kaip šias problemas spręsti. Pirmojoje dalyje teoriniu aspektu tiriama šeimos ir karjeros vaidmenų derinimo dilemos šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje, pateikiama šeimos samprata globalių pokyčių perspektyvoje bei karjeros samprata, taip pat apžvelgiama lygios galimybės siekti karjeros. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjami palankios šeimai politikos aspektai, pateikiama palankios šeimai politikos samprata, supažindinama su Lietuvos ir užsienio palankia šeimai įstatymine baze bei teoriniais palankios šeimai darbovietės aspektais. Trečioje dalyje pristatomi šeimos ir karjeros vaidmenų derinimo modeliai ir jų privalumai bei trūkumai. Ketvirtoje baigiamo darbo dalyje nagrinėjamas Vilniaus m. savivaldybės įmonių darbdavių ir darbuotojų požiūris į palankias šeimai politikos priemones bei jų taikymo galimybes. Darbas užbaigiamas išvadomis ir rekomendacijomis. / Master's thesis analyzed and evaluated family-friendly policy measures and benefits of Vilnius city municipal enterprises, raised a family and career roles in reconciliation of problems and proposed the solutions of solving these issues. Reconciliation of family and career roles dilemmas in modern society are examined by theoretical aspects, the concept of change of a family in global perspective and the concept of career as well as an overview of equal opportunities to seek career is presented in the first part of the thesis The second part of the thesis deals with family friendly policy aspects; family friendly policies and introduction to Lithuanian and foreign family-friendly legal framework and family friendly theoretical workplace aspects are presented. The third section presents models of reconciliation of family and career roles, its advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part of the thesis deals with Vilnius city Municipal Enterprises employers and employees' attitudes to family-friendly policy measures and their application possibilities. The thesis is completed with conclusions and recommendations.
