In accordance with the Fundamental Psychopatology position, anxiety does not necessarily encapsulates itself in the realms of Pathology, and is one of the first criative outlets created by humans when faced with the crisis of the Myth of the Glacial Catastophe, being, therefore, one of the first defeses of the psychism. This resarch was motivated by the clinical experience of a therapeutic accompaniment of a yong woman, who was at the time confined to her house because of her fear of leaving the house and suffering from na anxiety attack of the street. This patient, who had been given a panic disorder diagnosis suffered tremendously when confronted with the idea of circulating on the outside world and also on her internal world, making it very difficult for the accompaniement to have any other function other then that of a physical and concrete presence to fend off axiety. So that one could understand why anxiety in the particular case carried such little criative potency for the transformation of pathos, references were searched in Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Psychiatry and Philosophy, in order to mantain a plural discourse following the Fundamental Psychopatology tradition to discuss the possible relations between anxiety and constitution / A presente dissertação de mestrado pretende aprofundar a discussão acerca do afeto angústia e sua relação com a constituição do humano e do eu. Segundo a posição da Psicopatologia Fundamental, a angústia não se encerra necessariamente em Patologia, e é uma das primeiras saídas criativas do humano diante da crise enfrentada no Mito da Catástrofe Glacial sendo, portanto, uma das primeiras defesas do psiquismo. Esta pesquisa foi motivada a partir da experiência clínica de um acompanhamento terapêutico de uma jovem mulher, que estava na ocasião encerrada em casa por medo de sofrer uma crise de angústia na rua. Esta paciente, a quem foi dado o diagnóstico de transtorno do pânico, tinha como grande fonte de sofrimento a circulação no mundo externo, mas também em seu mundo interno, sendo muito difícil para a acompanhante ter outra função que não de presença concreta contra a angústia. Para que se possa entender porque a angústia neste caso pode carregar pouca potência criativa para a transformação a partir de pathos, buscou-se referências teóricas da Psicologia, Psicanálise, Psiquiatria e Filosofia procurando manter discurso plural característico da Psicopatologia Fundamental para discutir as possíveis relações entre angústia e constituição

Rooted in Fundamental Psychopathology, it is a case study, based on clinical method, conveyed by the search of a patient for its origins. To tackle the question of origins, we start with the myth of Oedipus, the gate to the introduction of the patient into culture, out of the construction of the myth of the origin of civilization, as well as out of the subjective experience, whose course through the Oedipus complex, from the symbolization of the primordial law, will produce different modes of subjectification. Our route begins with the investigation of the first issue that brought us to the clinic: the not knowing . From a patient who comes to the consulting room overwhelmed by learning diffculties at school and, above all, by his not knowing about his own origin, we are invited to investigate the hardship of knowledge and cognition and its implications in the psychical constitution. From these notions, we will address the different aspects of intellectual inhibition in childhood clinic where do appear, separated by stringent limits: the symptomatic position in which inhibition would serve as a defense against the confrontation of the neurotic conflict or the intellectual insufficiency as a visible phenomenon in childhood, a mask for psychosis. Along the case, we introduce the psychical constitution through psychosis, whose understanding is based in the rupture of the primordial symbolization. Back to the question of origins, we discuss the notions of fantasy, delirium and family romance. Finally, we address the task of the psychoanalyst in the treatment of psychosis / Este trabalho tem como objetivo delinear uma via de intervenção na clínica psicanalítica da psicose. Ancorado na Psicopatologia Fundamental, a partir do método clínico, é um estudo de caso que tem na busca do paciente por suas origens o seu fio condutor. Para abordar as questões das origens, tomamos o mito de Édipo, fiador da entrada do sujeito na cultura, a partir da construção do mito de origem da civilização, assim como na vivência subjetiva, cuja travessia pelo complexo de Édipo, a partir da simbolização da lei primordial, produzirá diferentes modos de subjetivação. Nosso percurso começa na investigação do primeiro elemento que nos trouxe a clínica: o não-saber. A partir de um paciente que chega ao consultório assomado por queixas na escola e, principalmente, por seu não-saber sobre a própria origem somos levados a investigar as vicissitudes do saber e do conhecimento e suas implicações na constituição psíquica. A partir dessas noções, abordamos as facetas da inibição intelectual na clínica da infância, onde aparecem separadas por tênue limite: posição sintomática na qual a inibição serviria como defesa para o enfrentamento do conflito neurótico ou ainda insuficiência intelectual como fenômeno aparente na infância, máscara da psicose. No acompanhamento do caso, apresentamos a constituição psíquica pela via da psicose, cuja compreensão é ancorada na ruptura da simbolização primordial. Considerations about the psychopathologic aspects of the aging process defended in the Laboratory of Fundamental Psychopathology (Laboratório de Psicopatologia Fundamental), in the Program of Post-Graduation studies in Clinical Psychology at PUC-SP in 2008. The investigation of this work specifically focuses on the peculiarities of the psychic function that directly affects the mnemonic system of elder patients suffering from dementia processes. The point of view hereby defended is that the senile dementia processes are manifestations that are caused by the impossibility of forgetting, resulting in an imprisonment of the memory register. This perspective does not exclude the possibility that other dementia processes, classified as primary, have other forms of expressions and/or distinct genealogies. Nevertheless, it reveals that it is fundamentally important to consider the subjective aspects expressed by the dementia symptomatology. It points out the importance of taking these singularities into consideration in the treatments and demonstrates important aspects of the psychic apparatus concerning the mnemonic functions and the relation with pathos that becomes evident in the psychical working over related to aging (envelhescência). The distress, passion and excess inherent in the aging process send them to the conflicting encounter between the temporality of the body and non-temporality of the unconscious and also, of the ideal of the ego. This encounter may give stimulus to the formation of specific symptoms that will be activated in the senile dementia processes. They will be characterized by the refusal of the present time and the surrender of the ego to the magnificence of the memories from the past, recovered and strengthened by the increasing power of the superego / A presente tese de doutorado constituiu-se com base na experiência clínica e representa um aprofundamento da pesquisa desenvolvida e apresentada na dissertação de mestrado Demências: identidades que adoecem. Considerações sobre os aspectos psicopatológicos do envelhecimento defendida no Laboratório de Psicopatologia Fundamental, do Programa de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Psicologia Clínica da PUC-SP em 2008. O foco de investigação deste trabalho converge especificamente para as peculiaridades do funcionamento psíquico que afetam diretamente o sistema mnêmico de pacientes idosos acometidos por processos demenciais. O ponto de vista aqui defendido é o de que os processos demenciais senis são manifestações que ocorrem em virtude de uma impossibilidade de esquecer, apresentando-se como o resultado de um aprisionamento no registro das lembranças. Essa perspectiva não exclui a possibilidade de que processos demenciais concebidos como primários tenham outras formas de expressão e/ou genealogias distintas. Revela, entretanto, ser de fundamental importância prestar atenção aos aspectos subjetivos expressos por meio da sintomatologia demencial. Aponta para a importância de que essas singularidades sejam levadas em conta nos tratamentos e revela aspectos importantes do aparelho psíquico no que tange às funções mnêmicas e sua relação com o pathos que se evidencia no trabalho de envelhescência. O sofrimento, as paixões e os excessos inerentes ao envelhecimento remetem-nos ao conflitivo encontro entre a temporalidade do corpo com a atemporalidade do inconsciente e, também, do ideal do ego. Esse encontro pode estimular formações de compromissos específicas que serão postas em atividade nos processos demenciais senis. Fundamental Psychopathology - from the point of view of its dedication and comprehension of pathic phenomenon as a constituting art of the individual offers us, a long with the psychoanalytical metapsychology and clinical practice, a rich material that assists us in the comprehension of the psychological aspects of natural aging and senility. Senile dementia present themselves as a psychopathological phenomenon, typical of this phase of life, that hot only affect the patient, but also all those around him. Therefore, the goal of this paper, besides amplifying the knowledge of this symptomathological picture, is to consider the psychopathological as a fertile and therapeutical ground, able to supply, through transference, a healthy meet among the several psychic moments and the nature of the agind body / O ser humano vem atingindo idades cada vez mais elevadas. Civilizações ao redor do globo estão submersas em um irreversível processo de envelhecimento populacional o que afeta não só as diversas culturas como, também, nos coloca diante de questões mais singulares e mais subjetivas a respeito do trabalho psíquico intrínseco à passagem da fase adulta para a fase senil da vida. A Psicopatologia Fundamental a partir de sua dedicação a compreensão do fenômeno páthico como constituinte do sujeito nos oferece, juntamente com a metapsicologia psicanalítica e a prática clínica, uma riqueza de materiais que nos auxilia na compreensão dos aspectos psicológicos da senescência e da senilidade.
