Vliv místa utkání na úspěšnost střelby v házené / The effect of the place of the match on the shooting success in handball.

Klimt, Václav January 2016 (has links)
Title: The effect of the place of the match on the shooting success in handball. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to find out whether the place where the match is taking place affects the shooting success from individual player areas, and also the overall shooting success of the selected team. Another objective was to find out whether the place has got an effect on the result of the match. Methods: For data collection we used the methods of direct observation, indirect observation and analytical method in our work. The results were processed using the Mann Whitney test, Wilcoxon test and Mc Nemar test. Results: We found out that the place at which the match is taking place does not affect the overall percentage success rate of shooting of the selected team. Also it was not statistically proved, that the place affects the percentage success rate of shooting even from one of the basic areas of player functions for the attack. Optimization of 3D Game Models : A qualitative research study in Unreal Development Kit

Lohikoski - Håkansson, Laura, Rudén, Elin January 2013 (has links)
Our goal with this study is to examine how much optimization of 3D game models can affect the overall performance of a game. After a previous pilot study we decided on use a method where we worked with a 3D scene which was made earlier unconnected to this study. We created two versions of the scene in Unreal Development Kit, one with none of the meshes optimized and the second scene where the meshes are optimized. From these two scenes we wrote down the different stats: the draw calls, frame rate, millisecond per frame and visible static mesh elements as well as the memory usage. Comparing these stats from the two scenes, we found that there was a change in the stats. Draw calls and frame rate had dropped in the second scene, as well as the memory usage which made the game run more smoothly without losing much of its aesthetic quality.

Analýza vybraných charakteristik herního výkonu SK Slavia Praha futsal v sezóně 2016/2017 / Analysis of choosen indicators of game prerformance of SK Slavia Praha futsal in season 2016/2017

Wojnar, Mikuláš January 2017 (has links)
Title: Analysis of choosen indicators of game prerformance of SK Slavia Praha futsal in season 2016/2017 Objectives: The aim is to analyze the pre-selected characteristics of team and individual game performance of SK Slavia Praha in the first league in the 2016/17 season. The result of games will be analysed by a set of criteria - goals, attemps, corner kicks, fouls, yellow and red cards from team performance. The analysis of productivity, time played, attempting activity, player's success in terms of time load, player discipline, and age, somatic, and positional characteristics of the players from individual game performance. Methods: Quantitative research, indirect video observation, written and graphical recording. Results: The result will be shown throught tabular, graphical and pictorial depictions of statistics seen in video recording of games. The results showed us how SK Slavia Praha and its players performed in selected characteristics of game performance against the opponent, compared to the half-time, part of the season and the specific context of each game. Slavia scored 13.3% more goals by controlled attack than by counter attack in home games and scored 9.5% more goals by controlled attack than by counter attack in away games. The Effects of Mobile App Technology on Technique and Game Performance in Physical Education

January 2020 (has links)
abstract: Informed by Behavioral Ecological Model (BEM), Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, and Model for Learning With Digital Video, this project assessed: (a) the effects of mobile application (App) technology on students’ skill and game play development during a badminton sport education season and (b) a physical education teacher and students’ perceptions about the use of the App technology. Two eighth grade classes participated in the study (the teacher only used the App in Class A; students used the App in Class B). The Poole forehand overhead clear shot skill test, game performance assessment instrument (GPAI), and opportunity to respond (OTR) observation tool were used to measure skill development and game improvement in the first study. Students’ practices and game play performance were recorded. Critical incident sheets, the teacher’s daily reflections, and interviews with the teacher were used in second study. In the first study, students in both intervention classes, regardless of the App use condition (i.e., teacher vs students), improved in the clear shot skill, tactical dimensions of their game performance (i.e., skill execution, decision-making, and base position), and opportunities to respond rates (i.e., success and acceptability). In the second study, there was evidence that a physical education teacher can effectively integrate the use of a motion analysis App and complement his instructional skills during regular instruction in a middle school badminton context. Also, it was evident that the App provided students with active learning opportunities through instant feedback on skill and game performance. Further research on the use of such App technologies should focus on: (a) how the App technology can be innovative to foster student learning in game play in Physical Education settings and (b) how teachers understand the use of technology along with their pedagogical skills. / Dissertation/Thesis / Doctoral Dissertation Physical Education 2020

Úroveň základní motorické koordinace s ohledem na herní výkonnost a biologickou maturaci u hráčů fotbalu v žákovských kategoriích / The level of generic motor coordination with respect to game performance and biologi-cal maturation in junior categories of football players

Grobár, Miroslav January 2021 (has links)
11 Abstract Title: The level of generic motor coordination with respect to game performance and biologi- cal maturation in junior categories of football players Purpose: To determine the level of generic motor coordination with respect different game per- formance and different pace of biological maturation in junior categories U14 and U15 of football players. At the same time, the purpose is to identify possible differences in the level of generic motor coordination between the players of AC Sparta Prague (U14, U15) and the selection of players from the top Belgian football academies (U14, U15). Methods: The research group consisted of 42 players from all game positions born in the years 2006 to 2008 from the football club AC Sparta Prague U14 and (U14 n = 16; age = 13,63 ± 0,6; body height = 165,44 ± 7,99 cm; body weight = 50,72 ± 8,49 kg) a U15 n = 26; age = 14,77 ± 0,38; body height = 172,1 ± 7,71 cm; body weight = 57,24 ± 9,15 kg). The level of generic motor coordination was assessed using a KTK motor test battery (Kiphard and Schilling, 2007). Game performance was evaluated using our own ques- tionnaires for coaches. The pace of biological maturation was evaluated using the indi- rect method of Kamis Roche. Coefficient Hedges' g was used to evaluate the signifi- cance of the differences in group...

Title: Success rate of beach volleyball serves at the end of the sets and matches. Objective: The aim of the thesis is to find out a success rate of serves based on observing chosen factors at the end of the beach volleyball sets and matches. Methods: The research sample is represented by the Czech women's beach volleyball elite pair. There are observation and interview methods used in the thesis. The observation is expressed by filling information about serves into tables through stated scales. The interview is focused on player's feelings while serving and specific factors that influence players through the whole match. Results: The results were recorded into graphs and each of them has its own comment. The graphic results are complemented by interviews with players. Keywords: Serve, game performance, mental pressure, feelings, observation
