Vilniaus miesto gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmė / Healthy life expectancy of vilnius population

VILNIAUS MIESTO GYVENTOJŲ SVEIKO GYVENIMO TRUKMĖ Tyrimo tikslas: Įvertinti Vilniaus miesto gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmę 2006 metais. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Sullivano metodu apskaičiuoti Vilniaus miesto gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmę pagal amžių, lytį, remiantis išgyvenamumo (mirtingumo) lentelėmis ir subjektyviu savo sveikatos vertinimu. 2. Išanalizuoti gautus rezultatus pagal amžiaus grupes ir lytį. 3. Palyginti Vilniaus miesto gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmę su Lietuvos gyventojų ir kitų šalių gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukme. 4. Palyginti Vilniaus miesto 65 metų ir vyresnių gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmę su 2001 metų 65 metų ir vyresnių Vilniaus rajono gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukme. Tyrimo metodika ir apimtis: Vilniaus miesto gyventojų sveiko gyvenimo trukmė apskaičiuota Sullivan‘o metodu, apjungiančio sergamumo ir mirtingumo rodiklius į vieną rodiklį. Sveiko gyvenimo trukmės apskaičiavimui panaudotos 2006 metų Vilniaus miesto gyventojų išgyvenamumo (mirtingumo) lentelės. Duomenys apie subjektyvų sveikatos vertinimą gauti iš Lietuvos Statistikos departamento atlikto tyrimo. Rezultatai ir išvados. Nustatyta, kad 2006 metais Vilniaus miesto vyrų vidutinė gyvenimo trukmė 15-19 metų amžiaus grupėje – 52,46 metai, VSGT – 46,64 metai, VGT-VSGT – 5,82 metai, procentinis VSGT/VGT – 88,91. The tasks of the study: 1. To calculate healthy life expectancy by age groups and sex of Vilnius city population according to Sullivan‘s method, using life tables and data of self-perceived health. 2. To analyze the final rezults by gender and age groups. 3. To compare healthy life expectancy of Vilnius city population with healthy life expectancy of Lithuanian population and other countries. 4. To compare healthy life expectancy of people aged 65 and more years of Vilnius city population in 2006 with healthy life expectancy of people aged 65 and more years of Vilnius area in 2001 years. The methods of study: Healthy life expectancy of Vilnius city were calculated by Sullivan method, which combines information on mortality and morbidity into one index. The data about Vilnius city population were availible from the Lithuania Department of Statistics, life tables for 2006 were created and life expectancy estimated. Komparace vegetariánství a zdravého životního stylu adolescentů / The comparision study between vegetarianism and healthy life-style of adolescents

The goal of the diploma thesis is comparison between vegetarianism and healthy lifestyle of adolescents. The theoretical part is focused on related bibliography. The vegetarianism is described from its beginning to nowadays. Also the phenomenon of healthy lifestyle and characteristics of important stage of life {--} adolescent are described. The second part is focused on the comparison itself. Comparison was performed on questionnaire placed on websites. Obtained data were statistically analysed by Statistica 7 and WEKA applications. Results from both methods proved that non-vegetarians part of population consume more alcohol and smokes more than the vegetarians part of population.

Para la elaboración del presente trabajo de investigación, se tuvo en cuenta los principales problemas que presentan las personas que llevan un estilo de vida saludable o vegano. Esto se vio agraviado por la coyuntura que afecta actualmente a nivel mundial por la pandemia del COVID-19. Uno de los principales problemas reside en la dificultad de encontrar todos los productos en un solo lugar. Por otro lado, se encuentra la demanda de tiempo que requiere la preparación de algunos alimentos que no se encuentran en todos los supermercados. Ante esta problemática, nuestro equipo de investigación planteó el desarrollo de una plataforma digital (shopper) mediante el cual las marcas de productos saludables puedan ofrecer sus distintas categorías o presentaciones; de modo que los consumidores puedan encontrar una amplia variedad de insumos saludables en un solo lugar, a esto se suma las facilidades de pago y seguridad que ofrece nuestra plataforma de fácil uso. Con respecto a la realización del presente trabajo se realizaron diversos experimentos con usuarios que permitieron realizar las proyecciones adecuadas, planeaciones estratégicas, operativos, de marketing, recursos humanos, responsabilidad social y financieros en base a las necesidades del mercado. En nuestro análisis cuantitativo, concluimos en la necesidad de realizar una inversión de S/ 8,968.00 nuevos soles para obtener S/ 14,355.25 nuevos soles para el tercer año. Siendo el valor del proyecto un monto entre S/ 76,823.00 nuevos soles y S/ 119,955.00 nuevos soles. / For the elaboration of this research work, the main problems presented by people who have a healthy or vegan lifestyle were taken into consideration. This was aggravated by the current situation of the COVID-19. One of the main problems is the difficulty for people to find all products in one place. On the other hand, there is the demand for time to prepare some foods that are not found in all supermarkets. In response to this problem, our investigation team proposed the development of a digital platform (shopper) through which brands of healthy products can offer their different categories or presentations; so the consumers can find a great variety of healthy products in one place. Besides, it is easy to pay and safe to use our platform. Regarding the realization of the present work, several experiments were carried out with users that allowed us to make the appropriate projections, strategic planning, operational, marketing, human resources, social responsibility and financial based on market needs. In our quantitative analysis, we concluded the necessity to make an investment of S/ 8,968.00 soles to obtain S/ 14,355.25 soles for the third year. This work deals with the issue of eating and physical activity of children in elementary school by comparing two categories - younger and older school age. The aim of this work is first to map the situation, to find out what is the level of eating habits and physical activity and whether the results differ in relation to the child's age. To provide the background to the research, a set of questionnaire questions for pupils was devised, focusing on two aspects of this topic - morning and afternoon meals and leisure activities with an emphasis on physical activity. The main finding is the fact that both children and parents are well informed about good eating habits and the importance of physical activity and they are usually trying to apply them in practice. The result is a negative answer to the question whether the age of the child is directly related, respectively. the influence of parents on children, the quality of eating habits and the intensity of physical activity. Vis didėjantis žinių poreikis žmogų verčia daugiau laiko skirti protiniam darbui, todėl mažiau jo lieka fizinei veiklai. Moderniose šalyse paplitęs sėdimas darbas, buities technika ir automatizavimas, kompiuterizacija, ryšių pramonės naujovės sumažino poreikį judėti, išpopuliarėjo pasyvus gyvenimo būdas. Pasyvaus gyvenimo būdo paplitimas visuomenėje privertė domėtis, kaip fizinis aktyvumas veikia įvairaus amžiaus žmonių organizmą. Atsirado nepakankamo fizinio aktyvumo problema. Temos aktualumas. Prioritetinis mūsų valstybės sveikatos politikos uždavinys, atitinkantis PSO strategiją „Sveikata visiems“,-įvertinti gyventojų sveikatą ir sudaryti sąlygas ją gerinti bei tausoti. Nekelia abejonių ir tas faktas, kad dažnai deklaruojama sveikatos stiprinimo idėja yra tiesiogiai susijusi su gyvensenos ypatumais, kuriuos lemia tiek atskiro individo požiūris į savo sveikatą, tiek įvairūs išoriniai veiksniai, visų pirma gyvenimo sąlygos. Norint sveikatos stiprinimo ir palaikymo idėją tinkamai valdyti, svarbu įvertinti suaugusiųjų sveikatą, jos rizikos veiksnius, bei sužinoti sveikos gyvensenos ypatumus. Tyrimo objektas: Suaugusių žmonių požiūris į sveiką gyvenseną. Darbo tikslas: Ištirti suaugusių žmonių sveikos gyvensenos ypatumus. Atliekant šį tyrimą buvo apklausta 110 atsitiktinai pasirinktų vilniečių, besilankančių pirmo ir antro lygio medicinos paslaugas teikiančioje gydymo įstaigoje, esančioje viename Vilniaus mikrorajonų. This is why there is less time left for physical activities. Passive lifestyle became more and more popular because of automation, computerization, communication novelties and office jobs in modern countries. The spread of passive lifestyle in society caused interest in physical activities impact on human body. THEME IMPORTANCE: The main task of our healthcare system is to valuate the health of the public and ensure conditions for people and see how they could improve their health and take care of it. There is no doubt that the way of living is influenced by individual’s attitude to health, different influences and of course living conditions. It is important to evaluate health, risks and to find out what has the biggest impact on healthy lifestyle. OBJECT: Adults lifestyle. THE AIM: To explore features of an adults healthy lifestyle. There were 110 people questioned during research. All of them were from 1st and 2nd level healthcare clinic, based in one of microregions in Vilnius. This thesis analyses lifestyles of female students from the whole University of South Bohemia, focusing on physical activities, their regularity, opinion of negative addictive drugs, relationship towards healthy diet and drinking water habits, and interest in relaxation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term 'physical activity' and its classification. In the practical part, the following areas are observed: results regarding the quality of physical activities, regularity of physical activities, evaluation of the physical activities of female students followed by the evaluation according to the stated hypotheses. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to conclude how big the interest in regular physical activities is nowadays, whether the students have enough exercise during the week, why they do physical activities and what physical activities are the most popular.

This master's thesis is focused on the analysis of physical activities of male adolescents. The thesis is split into the main parts theoretical and practical (research) part. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of the terms such as a healthy life style and a physical activity. In theoretical part, the author deals with the rules of the healthy life style, the contribution of the sports to the quality of life and, with the influence of the physical activity on one's life. Practical part is focused on the questionnaires evaluation finding out the physical activity of the male adolescents and then on the proposal of the appropriate project of physical activity for male adolescents. By this research was found out that solely 39 % of respondents do a sufficient physical activity.

Con esta investigación se busca conocer si hay una relación entre la intención de compra de los productos sugar free y la moda por llevar un estilo de vida saludable. Así mismo, como segunda variable en estudio se quiere comprobar que existe relación entre el brand awareness que generan las marcas de productos sugar free con la intención de compra de los mismos. El estudio se realizará en el ciudad de Lima Metropolitana en particular para los ciudadanos de nivel socieoeconómico A y B. Para concluir el proyecto vamos a centrarnos en como las marcas desarrollan su estrategia de promoción y empaquetado, además de la fijación por los limeños en estar siempre en sintonía con la tendencia del momento. Para saber la veracidad de la investigación se hizo la prueba correlacional empleando el diseño no experimental. Así mimso, la investigación tuvo dos partes: una cuantitativa que fue implementada mediante 170 encuuestas y otra cualitativa que se realizo mediante entrevistas a profundidad a público primario como a expertos en el sector. Los resultdos de estos son expuestos en el capítulo 3 y capítulo 4 del presente trabjo, complementando la introducción y el marco teórico. Por último, se pudo confirmar las hipótesis planteadas en el estudio gracias a la prueba de hipótesis. / This research seeks to know if there is a relationship between the intention to buy sugar-free products and fashion to lead a healthy lifestyle. Likewise, as the second variable of the study, we want to verify that there is a relationship between the brand knowledge generated by the brands of sugar-free products with the intention of buying them. The study will be carried out in the city of Metropolitan Lima in particular for citizens of socio-economic level A and B. To conclude the study we will focus on how the brands that have their advertising and packaging, as well as how the people of Lima seek always be in the hands of sociocultural trends without any importer. To see the veracity of the study, a correlational investigation was carried out using the non-experimental design. Likewise, the research had two parts: a qualitative one that was implemented through 170 studies and a qualitative one that was carried out through public primary depth interviews as experts in the sector. The results of these are modifications in chapter 3 and chapter 4 of this paper, complementing the introduction and the theoretical framework. La población de Lima metropolitana se caracteriza por tener un ritmo de vida ajetreado que lleva a elecciones de comida rápida y muchas veces poco saludables, que tiene como consecuencia el aumento de índices de sobrepeso u obesidad. En la actualidad se ha observado un aumento de la preocupación de las personas sobre su salud y alimentación y se ha evidenciado por el aumento de locales que ofrecen servicios y alimentos saludables en la ciudad. Sin embargo, según nuestro estudio de mercado no hemos encontrado que esta tendencia haya llegado a los locales de entretenimiento nocturno como son los bares o lounge-bar. En el presente trabajo planteamos un plan de negocio que incluye alimentación saludable, entrenamiento y que busca rescatar las interacciones interpersonales perdidas por el aumento del uso de la tecnología mediante la diversión basada en juegos lúdicos. “Cheers Lounge-bar” es un espacio innovador que busca la comodidad del cliente y promueve un estilo de vida saludable. / Lima city's population its characterized by a busy lifestyle that leads to unhealthy fast food choices, with increased obesity and overweight index. Nowadays, there has been an increased concern about health and nutrition and there has been an increased amount of locations in the city that offer healthy food and services. However, according to our market research, we haven't found that this trend has reached nightlife venues such as bars or lounge-bars.
