Historie farnosti v Mostě v letech 1945-1990 / The History of the Parish in Most 1945-1990

Hausner, Martin January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this work was to describe the history of the parish in Most in years 1945 - 1990. This period comprises almost half a century, which was full of dramatic events in the state, political, municipal, parochial and private area. The defeat of the Nazi ideology occured at the beginning of this period and the fall of the atheistic ideology at its end. Also the parish in Most was afflicted by many changes and strokes during this period. Firstly, it was the post- war terror against German inhabitants and their violent removal. Shortly afterwards occurs the communist putsch, which leads to the initially hidden and soon afterwards to the open fight against Churches. The Church becomes a slave to the supervision and the authority of state officials. The parish in Most with its churches is almost symbolically in the spirit of the time swept off from the earth's surface at this time and the asylum was founded in a small parish hall. After nearly twenty years of living in the constant provisional arrangement has the parish its own church again. The totalitarianism is at the end of its power and the democracy is coming. The parish in Most is learning to live and to breath freely after many decades of the lack of the freedom. Keywords History, church, parish, churches, priests

Historie v anglickém románu posledních desetiletí / History in the English Fiction of the Last Decades

Nagy, Ladislav January 2011 (has links)
The dissertation focuses on the contemporary British fiction discussing books that in a certain way reflect the changing perception of history and the relationship between historiography and fiction. Several thematic aspects of this reflection are examined, namely, attitudes towards the Victorian era, city, country, archive (relation between fictional narrative and historical sources - meta-textuality) and history as a "palimpsest", i.e., as a set of multiple, mutually permeable layers of text. The changing attitude to the past, which finally leads to doubts on strict division between historiography and literary fiction, is mostly discussed in books published mainly in the last thirty years, the only exception being John Fowlesʼs The French Lieutenantʼs Woman which the author of the dissertation perceives as a book of major importance for the subsequent re-evaluation of the attitude to history. Iain Sinclair, Peter Ackroyd, Alan Moore (London), Michel Faber (the Victorians), Graham Swift, Bruce Chatwin and Adam Thorpe (country), Salman Rushdie, Zadie Smith (novel and history), A.S. Byatt and Julian Barnes (archive, literary heritage) are also discussed. " For the authors of historical fiction, history is, above all, a rich source of stories. These stories are told and retold, they are rediscovered and adapted for...

Han är den osynlige Gudens avbild : En historie-kritisk ordanalys av Kol 1:15-20 / He is the image of the invisible God : A historical-critical word analysis of Col 1:15-20

Efraimsson, Gunillla January 2019 (has links)
AbstractIn / In this study a historical-critical word analysis of Col 1:15-20 is performed, with the objective toexamine which of Christ’s ontological properties that were needed to be emphasized for thecongregation at Colossai. In the letter to the Colossians the description of Christ is extended fromthe non-disputed Pauline letters to also describe Christ as cosmic. In Col 1:15-20, a text oftencharacterized as a hymn, the main message of the letter is presented to the reader in a poetic way.A word analysis is used to investigate the ontological description of Christ given in the text. In all,six words or constructions of words from the original text are analyzed εἰκων, πλήρωμα,πρωτότοκος and ἐν αὐτῷ, δι’ αὐτοῦ, εἰς αὐτόν, from both translational perspective as well ashistorical and cultural perspective. The analyses indicate that the words εἰκὼν and πρωτότοκοςencompass a Christology in which the relationship between God and Christ is discussedexplicitly. The word analyses of πλήρωμα and ἐν αὐτῷ, δι’ αὐτοῦ, εἰς αὐτόν point at a Christologythat encompass Christ’s relationship to man, where the relationship between God and man isimplicit. The word analysis illustrates a discussion where Christ’s relationship to God is stressedbefore the relationship between Christ and man. The divine position of Christ was hence neededto be strengthened before Christ’s importance to man was dealt with.

Josef Sakař - život a dílo kněze, pedagoga a historika / Josef Sakař - life and work of a priest, educator and historian

SUDOVÁ, Martina January 2017 (has links)
This work deals with the life and work of historian, educator, and priest Josef Sakař. Josef Sakař is one of the most prominent Týn nad Vltavou natives. His monumental four-volume work, The History of the town Tyn nad Vltavou and the Surrounding Area, includes the building blocks of South Bohemian regional history. Even though the greater balance of the work was written in the 1930s, to this day it has not been surpassed. Pardubice, like Týn nad Vltavou, owes much to Josef Sakař. It is the city where he spent most of his productive years and where he worked as a secondary school teacher. He wrote his major works here, among them a six-volume history of Pardubice nad Labem. Josef Sakař's activity was more than merely regional: for his efforts to protect historical monuments he was appointed (as the only one of thirty candidates from across the country) an honorary member of the Club for Old Prague in 1925.This thesis analyzes and compares sources, and it determines the importance and value of key events, family ties, friends and personalities that influenced Josef Sakař's life. For 21st-century educators, the thesis looks for inspiration that can be taken from his life and works. The work focuses on Josef Sakař's relationships with relatives, his life's story and activities in Týn nad Vltavou and Pardubice. It is organized chronologically, from his birth to his death. The last part concerns itself with seeking traces of evidence of Josef Sakař in contemporary life. A separate section is devoted to an analysis of four of his key works. The work includes all biographical data and important life milestones of Josef Sakař and contains a complete bibliography.
