The observation of low cycle microstructure of IF steel

Abstract IF steel with two grain sizes ( 70£gm and 210£gm ) strain amplitude of 2%¡B1.6%¡B1%¡B0.8%¡B0.6%¡B0.4%¡B0.3%¡B0.2%¡B0.1%¡B0.05% were fatigued in order to obtain basic fatigue properties. By use TEM , we can know that we can observe dislocation cells from £G£`t = 0.05% ~£G£`t = 2% . When £G£`t > 1.6% , hardening will occur , if not , softening will be observed . The more strain amplitude is , the more plastic deformation will be observed . When£G£`t > 0.3% , the elastic deformation will smaller than plastic deformation . When£G£`t =0.2% ~£G£`t = 0.4% , we can observe secondary hardening from the specimen of 70£gm . When £G£`t > 1% , the n¡¦ of 70£gm is more than the n¡¦ of 210£gm , that means the specimen of 70£gm has bigger hardening . By the ¡¥ Stress amplitude v.s. Plastic deformation amplitude ¡¦ plot of 70£gm and 210£gm , we can know that there is no ¡¥ pleatue ¡¦ . The more strain amplitude is , the more difference between long axis and short axis of dislocation cell will occur .

Conflicts in families, workplaces, social institutions (schools) and generally in social life usually start because of inappropriate management or poor solution of issues of structure. In the psychological literature the conflict means confrontation of opposing interests, views, aims when two persons disagree on acts performed by one of them. Conflicts arise out of inner or outer struggle related to thoughts, emotions or acts. Personal, interpersonal and intergroup conflicts may cause collective disharmony, since people differ greatly in origin, views, values and needs. All life long people learn to cooperate and solve conflicts, but the major learning occurs at school - the most important stage of individual’s socialization. As the process of communication is participated by persons with differing needs, motives and interests, which cannot be realized simultaneously, conflicts are unavoidable. The conflicts may arise between persons (learner and teacher), in the group (among learners), between groups (between learners and teachers). So far conflicts within school community have been hardly investigated theoretically, though in the pedagogical practice this field is really urgent. The relations affect the microclimate of community, condition the learners’ desire to learn and directly influence the results of education. The modern pedagogues, such as G. Navaitis and A. The testing of RF equipment, multipath generation and downstream TM processing systems has been done in the past with varying levels of accuracy. In the past the techniques of checking TM equipment worked, but lacked realism that real TM transmissions provide. This paper describes the development of an IF recorder for range TM. We discuss the usage of a recorder with multiple channels, time correlation, channel skew capability, IF over IP capabilities and file management will allow repeatable, realistic testing of TM systems.

Enhancing Personalization Within ASSISTments

ASSISTments is an online adaptive tutoring system with the ability to provide assistance to students in the form of hints and scaffolding. ASSISTments has many features to help students improve their knowledge. Researchers run studies in order to discover ways for students to learn better but ASSISTments is missing one major aspect for researchers: student level personalization. It is easy to create an assignment for a particular class or school but it would take much longer to create an assignment for each student and it would be difficult for the teacher to look through many assignment reports. One of the strongest code blocks in coding is the if-then; allowing the program to branch off to another set of code under certain circumstances. ASSISTments needed an if-then system in order for students to branch off to other parts of the assignment under certain circumstances. With this, researchers would be able to personalize assignments to give more help to lower knowledge students or allow students to get a choice of what kind of tutoring they would like to receive. With this idea in mind, the basic if-then structure was implemented into ASSISTments using problem or problem set correctness as the condition statement. Once the if-then system was created opportunities opened to create additional experiments and run studies in ASSISTments. The basic if-then was limited in using correctness only for its condition statement. This meant that a new if-then system would need to be implemented to include custom condition statements that allowed the researcher to have the assignment branch on any condition using all the information recorded in the assignment. While work was being done on the if-then system, research was being done and two papers were written on partial credit in ASSISTments. Partial credit was found out to be as accurate as knowledge tracing in determining student performance on the next problem. Once a partial credit algorithm was found, a study using if-then was analyzed. It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between students who were given a choice on their feedback and students who received no choice.

Denna studie undersöker kvinnors erfarenheter av att inneha fackliga förtroendeuppdrag inom Industrifacket Metall och utgår från Yvonne Hirdmans teori om genussystem samt delar av Anthony Giddens struktureringsteori där det praktiska medvetandet är i centrum. Semistrukturerade intervjuer med sju kvinnor anställda vid tre olika företag genomfördes och analyserades utifrån tre teman; arbetet, fackföreningen samt privatlivet och resultaten används i exemplifierande syfte. Respondenternas erfarenheter visar att ojämställdhet råder inom områdena och trots att de upplever att detta har förbättrats sedan några år tillbaka, så är det mycket som tyder på att diskrimineringen har antagit mer subtila uttryck än tidigare.
