What-if analýza v nástroji CPM / What-if analysis in the CPM tool

This thesis deals with the management approach in performance management, today known world by the concept of Corporate Performance Management. CPM describes the relationship to Business Intelligence and methodologies, processes, metrics and technologies that together form the concept. There is also a description of CPM applications which cover the five most commonly deployed areas. The second part is devoted to what-if analysis that is one of several methodologies which are part of the CPM package. It also contains the list of competing tools that cover this area. The following hypothetical example of putting what-if analysis, aimed at resolving issues of fictitious company, related to costs, revenue and profit. Example is based on technology developed at IBM Cognos TM1. During the example solutions are presented with all the basic functionality that this technology offers.

The assumption that guides the analysis is that these courses present character of teacher formationfor bachelor's degree programs. Nowadays, the offering of these courses, especially the ones in the area of natural sciences and mathematics, is a reality of the expansion of the government politics for teacher formation. In order to reveal the object, it was decided to use two methodological strategies: a) proposition of questionnaires, b) analysis of documents such as: curriculum matrices of licentiate courses, pedagogical projects of course, official texts of the Goiano Federal Institute and of the National Council of Education. The investigation has as a reference licentiate courses in mathematics, biological sciences and chemistry of the five functioning campuses that compose the Goiano Federal Institute as well as the teachers working on them. What motivates developing this study about the courses of teacher formation in the context of the Goiano Federal Institute is to know: In what perspective these courses are being implemented? These courses are organized as licentiate degree? The curricular matrices and the pedagogical projects of these courses have as reference teacher formation? The professional profile of the teachers who work in these courses has, as reference, education, teacher formation? Seeking to answer, the study is organized in four chapters. In order to approach the understanding of these issues, the work performs an initial discussion about teacher formation, discussing its prospects and the specificities that compose teaching, in order to reflect on a formation not redemptive. The investigation begins from studies of official documents that discuss the politics of teaching formation in the country, the curriculum matrices and the pedagogical projects. Destined to know their teachers, questionnaires are applied to them. The research allows us to observe that the courses are organized under different perspectives, their matrices, mostly from the quantitative point of view shows some concentration in specific areas, presented a formation very close to the 3 +1 model, there is a dissonance as to what is proposed in the pedagogical courses and their matrices with respect to teacher training, and that the profile of the teachers who work in the courses is related to licentiate degree. The consolidation of the Goiano Federal Institute as a space of offering of licentiate courses is related to the necessity of proposing specific politics for teacher formation, from a crucial review of its matrices, a deep discussion of their courses projects, incentives to the research in the education area and objective actions in the process of teacher formation. Otherwise, there is the risk of getting lost along the way in consequence of the diffusion of its performance as an active institution in distinct levels and types of education. / Este trabalho tem como tema a formação docente e por objetivo analisar o processo de formação de professores nas licenciaturas do Instituto Federal Goiano, a partir das políticas, currículo e docentes que compõem os cursos. O pressuposto que rege as análises é que esses cursos apresentam caráter de formação docente a favor da construção de cursos de bacharelado. Atualmente a oferta desses cursos, especialmente os da área de ciências da natureza e matemática, é uma realidade da expansão da política governamental para formação de professores. No intuito de revelar o objeto, optou-se pela utilização de duas estratégias metodológicas: proposição de questionários e análise de documentos, como: matrizes curriculares dos cursos de licenciatura, projetos pedagógicos de curso, textos oficiais do Instituto Federal Goiano e do Conselho Nacional de Educação. A investigação toma como referência os cursos de licenciatura em matemática, ciências biológicas e química dos cinco câmpus em funcionamento que compõem o Instituto Federal Goiano, bem como os professores atuantes nos mesmos. O que motiva desenvolver esse estudo sobre os cursos de formação de professores no âmbito do Instituto Federal Goiano é buscar conhecer: Em que perspectiva vêm sendo implementados esses cursos? Esses cursos estão organizados como licenciaturas? As matrizes curriculares e os projetos pedagógicos desses cursos têm como referência a formação de professores? O perfil profissional dos docentes que atuam nestes cursos tem como referência o ensino e a formação de professores? Buscando responder, o estudo está organizado em quatro capítulos. Para se aproximar da compreensão destas questões, realiza-se inicialmente uma discussão acerca da formação docente, abordando suas perspectivas e as especificidades que compõem o oficio docente, visando refletir sobre uma formação não redentora. Inicia-se a investigação a partir de estudos dos documentos oficiais que discutem as políticas de formação docente no país e análise das matrizes curriculares e dos projetos pedagógicos dos cursos de licenciatura do IF Goiano. Destinando-se conhecer seus professores são aplicados questionários junto aos mesmos. A pesquisa permite observar que os cursos estão organizados sob perspectivas diferentes, suas matrizes, em sua maioria, do ponto de vista quantitativo demonstram certa concentração em áreas especificas, apresentado uma formação muito próxima ao modelo 3+1, que há uma dissonância quanto ao que se propõe nos projetos pedagógicos de cursos e suas matrizes com relação a formação de professores, que o perfil dos professores que atuam nos cursos é de licenciados. A consolidação do Instituto Federal Goiano como espaço de oferta de cursos de licenciatura está relacionada com a necessidade de se proporem políticas específicas para a formação docente, a partir da indispensável revisão de suas matrizes, discussão profunda de seus projetos de cursos, incentivo à pesquisa no campo da educação e ações objetivas no processo de formação de professores. Caso contrário, corre-se o risco de se perder no caminho, em consequência da difusão de sua atuação como instituição atuante em níveis e modalidades de ensino distintas.

EvoluÃÃo da microestrutura e da textura cristalogrÃfica durante a etapa de aquecimento do recozimento de um aÃo IF / Evolution of microstructure and crystallographic texture during the heating step annealing of an IF steel

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento CientÃfico e TecnolÃgico / CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de NÃvel Superior / Os aÃos IF (Interstitial Free) foram desenvolvidos nos anos 70 objetivando obter materiais de boa conformabilidade e boa resistÃncia mecÃnica para aplicaÃÃo na indÃstria automobilÃstica. A textura cristalogrÃfica apÃs o processo de recozimento das chapas de aÃo IF tem papel determinante na boa conformabilidade destes aÃos. Neste trabalho sÃo estudadas as evoluÃÃes da microestrutura e da textura cristalogrÃfica de um aÃo IF estabilizado ao titÃnio (Ti) durante a etapa de aquecimento no recozimento. As amostras analisadas foram laminadas à quente, laminadas a frio (75% de reduÃÃo na espessura) e recozidas, respectivamente. Durante a etapa de aquecimento no recozimento foram retiradas amostras nas temperaturas de 730, 740, 750, 760, 770, 780, 790, 800, 810, 820 ÂC para anÃlise. Foi avaliada a evoluÃÃo da microestrutura de cada uma das amostras retiradas do forno por microscopia Ãtica. A avaliaÃÃo da evoluÃÃo da textura foi feita utilizando as tÃcnicas e difraÃÃo de raios-X e EBSD (Electron Back Scatter Diffraction). Os resultados mostraram a evoluÃÃo da recristalizaÃÃo dos grÃos e o tamanho de grÃo na microestrutura com o aumenta da temperatura. A evoluÃÃo da textura mostrou que em temperaturas mais baixas observa-se a presenÃa mais intensa das fibras DL e da componente Cubo Girado do que a fibra DN. Com a elevaÃÃo da temperatura ocorre a eliminaÃÃo da componente Cubo Girado e da fibra DL aumentando a intensidade da fibra DN, mas com aparecimento de direÃÃes (componentes) preferenciais. A tÃcnica de EBSD confirmou este comportamento e permitiu observar a evoluÃÃo da textura e da recristalizaÃÃo com a temperatura. / The Interstitial Free (IF) steels were developed in the 70s aiming to obtain materials of good formability and good mechanical strength for application in the automotive industry. The crystallographic texture after the annealing process of the IF steel sheet has good formability role in these steels. In this work were studied the evolution of the microstructure and crystallographic texture of a stabilized IF steel to titanium (Ti) during the heating step in annealing. The samples were hot rolled, cold rolled (75% reduction in thickness) and annealed, respectively. During the heating step in the annealed the samples were removed for temperatures of 730, 740, 750, 760, 770, 780, 790, 800, 810, 820  C for analysis. It was evaluated the evolution of the microstructure of each sample removed from the oven by optical microscopy. The evaluation of the evolution of texture was made using the techniques of X-ray diffraction and EBSD (Electron Back Scatter Diffraction). The results show the development of recrystallization grain size and grain microstructure with increasing temperature. The evolution of texture shows that in cooler temperatures it is observed the stronger presence of fibers DL component and the cube spun than the DN fiber. With the rise of temperature occurs elimination of component spun cube and elimination of DL fiber increasing the intensity of DN fiber, but with the advent of preferred directions (components). The EBSD technique confirmed this behavior and allowed us to observe the evolution of texture and recrystallization temperature.

The state of Goiás currently has two IF, the IFG and the IF Goiano, each institution has five chemistry degree courses created from the year 2008. In this study we sought to analyze the training context in degree courses in Chemistry IF Goiano and used as research objects courses Pedagogical Project (PPP) of the five undergraduate programs of the institution, in order to analyze the professional profile sought this in the documents built by the members of each campus, and also use the "voices "the licentiate in chemistry obtained from questionnaires, to seek the views and perspectives imposed on teacher training. Analyses signaled that although undergraduate courses, direct courses for teacher training with the technological bias and the formation of structure has a trodden direction in the training model by technical rationality. This model can interfere in the professional profile to be formed in the IF Goiano, which can approach the bachelor's degree programs. This distortion in the formation may possess intrinsic relationship with the habitus set of IF Goiano, which compromises the teacher training of future teachers, in order not to become autonomous and reflective teachers. is denoted by the voices of licensees, that the teaching profession is not the first option after completing the course and end up choosing to work in industries, laboratories, other areas, or end up postponing the educational performance when enrolling in graduate school and this lack of perspective may be related to the lack of incentive and encouragement in their own courses. The survey also allowed us to analyze the implicit concepts in PPC interfere with the type of teacher training not targeted by the survey, able to exercise it in the educational field, with a survey of the overlap of the chemical field, which contributes to the misconception with relation to the training model of the teacher, which is a professional performer of routine activities, not using research as a tool towards a transformative education. / O déficit de professores no país ao longo da história do Brasil deve-se a vários fatores e dentre eles as baixas expectativas pela carreira docente apresentada pelos jovens brasileiros, principalmente nas áreas de Ciências Exatas, contribuiu para que o Governo Federal estabelecesse a partir da lei n° 11.892/08, que os Institutos Federais (IF) deveriam destinar 20% (vinte por cento) dos recursosorçamentários para cursos de licenciatura e qualificação de professores. O estado de Goiás apresenta atualmente dois IF, o IFG e o IF Goiano, sendo que cada instituição apresenta cinco cursos de licenciatura em química criados a partir do ano de 2008. Nesta pesquisa buscamos fazer uma análise do contexto formativo nos cursos de licenciatura em Química do IF Goiano e utilizamos como objetos de pesquisa os Projetos Pedagógicos de Cursos (PPC) dos cinco cursos de licenciatura da instituição, com o intuito de analisar o perfil profissional pretendido presente nos documentos construídos pelos membros de cada campus, e também utilizamos das “vozes” dos licenciandos em Química, obtidas a partir de questionários, para buscar as concepções e perspectivas instituídas sobre a formação docente. As análises sinalizaram que embora sejam cursos de licenciaturas, os cursos direcionam para uma formação de professores com o viés tecnológico e que a estrutura de formação possui um direcionamento calcado no modelo de formação pela racionalidade técnica. Este modelo pode interferir no perfil do profissional a ser formado no IF Goiano, que pode se aproximar dos cursos de bacharelado. Esta distorção na formação pode possuir relação intrínseca com o habitus instituído do IF Goiano, o que compromete a formação docente dos futuros professores, no sentido de não tornarem professores autônomos e reflexivos. Denota-se pelas vozes dos licenciandos, que a carreira docente não é a primeira opção após a conclusão do curso e acabam optando por atuar em indústrias, laboratórios, outras áreas, ou acabam postergando a atuação docente ao se ingressarem na pós-graduação e esta falta de perspectiva pode estar relacionada com a falta de incentivo e estímulo nos próprios cursos. A investigação ainda permitiu analisar que as concepções implícitas nos PPC interferem no tipo de formação de professores, considerando o contexto da pesquisa no campo educacional, havendo uma sobreposição com a pesquisa do campo da química, o que contribui para a concepção equivocada com relação ao modelo formativo do professor, sendo este um profissional executor de atividades rotineiras, não utilizando a pesquisa como instrumento em prol de uma educação transformadora.

HIF-svin och BoIS-bönder – Supporterkultur i Helsingborg och Landskrona

Syftet med denna uppsats var att studera supporterkulturerna hos Helsingborgs IF och Landskrona BoIS samt att göra en jämförelse dem emellan med utgångspunkt från de uppfattningar som finns angående städerna och lagens supportrar. Avsikten var att behandla hela supporterkulturen och även alla ”vanliga” åskådare på arenorna. Därför genomfördes en enkätundersökning bland åskådarna på en hemmamatch för vartdera laget. Publiken på båda matcherna hade överlag en god ekonomi. Helsingborgs IF hade det vidaste upptagningsområdet. De kvinnliga åskådarna på Landskrona BoIS hemmamatch var en intressant grupp. Rivaliteten klubbarna emellan var tydligast hos Landskrona BoIS supportrar. / The purpose of this essay was to study the supporter cultures of Helsingborgs IF and Landskrona BoIS and to make a comparison between them with basis of the apprehensions that exists concerning the towns and the teams supporters. The intension was to consider the whole supporter culture and also all “regular” spectators at the arenas. Therefore an opinion poll among the spectators was realised at a home match of each team. The attendance at both matches had generally a good financial position. Helsingborgs IF had the widest catchment area. The female spectators at Landskrona BoIS’s home game were an interesting group. The rivalry between the clubs was clearest among Landskrona BoIS’s supporters.

Propagation de l'if du Canada (Taxus canadensis Marsh.) par bouturage : les effets de divers facteurs physiologiques et environnementaux

Le potentiel de multiplication de l'if du Canada par bouturage a été étudié à trois périodes de l'année (différentes conditions). Des extrémités de tiges constituées de la pousse de la dernière, des deux dernières et des trois dernières années de croissance (1, 2 ou 3 ans), provenant de tiges principales ou de ramifications sous-jacentes, ont été trempées dans une solution d'éthanol 50 % ou de 4 000 ppm d' AIB dilué dans l'éthanol 50 % et piquées dans un substrat composé de pedite et de tourbe de sphaigne dans une proportion de 3/2 (v/v). Dans une autre expérience, la base des boutures latérales de deux ans a été trempée dans diverses doses et combinaisons d'acide indolylbutyrique (Am) ou d'acide naphtalène acétique (ANA). Dans une dernière expérience, des boutures d'extrémité de tiges principales de deux ans ont été insérées dans des substrats d'enracinement composés de diverses proportions de perlite, de tourbe de sphaigne et de charbon activé. Tous ces traitements ont eu très peu d'effet sur le taux d'enracinement . des boutures, ces dernières s'enracinant pratiquement à tout moment de l'année dans une proportion de plus de 75 %. En revanche, la qualité de l'enracinement a été influencée par la plupart des facteurs étudiés.

Effet de la nutrition minérale azotée sur le gain en biomasse de l'if du canada et sur le contenu en taxanes

Dans le cadre d'un vaste programme de domestication de l'if du Canada (Taxus canadensis Marsh.) à des fins de production de taxanes, de jeunes plants en première, deuxième ou troisième années de culture en contenants ont été soumis à différentes sources d'azote (nitrate d'ammonium, nitrate de calcium, nitrate de sodium, sulfate d'ammonium et urée), appliquées à différentes doses, et à divers pH du substrat pour étudier leur influence sur la croissance des plants, sur la teneur en éléments minéraux de leurs tissus et sur leur teneur en taxanes. Tous les autres éléments essentiels ont été ajoutés en quantités et en proportions normalement favorables à la croissance des jeunes conifères forestiers. Les résultats indiquent que l'if du Canada est fortement affecté par le nitrate de sodium, mais répond favorablement aux autres sources azotées dont la concentration en azote se situe entre 100 et 400 ppm pour les plants en première et deuxième année de culture. Une concentration de 450 ppm de N est très favorable à la croissance de plants en troisième armée de culture. Tout traitement fertilisant favorable au bon développement des plants n'a eu aucune incidence sur leur teneur en taxanes. Une fertilisation adéquate permet donc d'augmenter la capacité de récolte de principe actif.

Le produit pharmaceutique Taxol® a pour principe actif une molécule synthétisée chez le genre Taxus, le paclitaxel. L'espèce qui peuple nos forêts, le Taxus canadensis Marsh., possède une deuxième molécule d'intérêt pour l'industrie, le DHB. À cet effet, nous avons démontré que les teneurs ainsi que la synthèse hebdomadaire de ces molécules appelées taxanes fluctuent au cours de la saison et d'une année à l'autre. Le stade phénologique représenté par la fin de la croissance en longueur des rameaux apicaux est le moment où les taxanes sont à leur plus forte teneur dans la biomasse.
