Implementación del software SAP B1 para la reducción de los costos de importacion de una empresa importadora en el año

Augusto Farfán, Ingrid January 2017 (has links)
The general objective of the research was to analyze how the implementation of SAP B1 software influenced the reduction of import operational costs of Comercial Colride S.A.C. in the year 2017. For the investigation the deductive-explanatory method was used, on a sample conformed by fifteen workers of the area of imports of the company Comercial Colride S.A.C.

The influenza A virus NS1 protein and viral mRNA nuclear export

Fernandes Pereira, Carina January 2018 (has links)
Influenza A virus (IAV) replication and transcription occur in the host cell nucleus; a feature which means both the viral genome (vRNA) and mRNA must be exported from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. The mechanism by which vRNA nuclear export is achieved has been well characterised, but how viral mRNAs are exported is poorly understood. The cellular NXF1-dependent mRNA export pathway has been shown to be involved in the export of some viral mRNAs, but how they are recruited to this pathway is unknown. Prior work from our laboratory showed that segment 7 mRNA was inefficiently exported to the cytoplasm in a sub-viral ‘minireplicon’ system, providing the first indication that there were viral requirements for IAV mRNA nuclear export. Further addition of individual viral polypeptides was tested and the effect on segment 7 mRNA export was analysed by fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) and confocal microscopy. This identified the NS1 protein as the viral factor required for efficient segment 7 nuclear export. Mutational studies on NS1 were carried out to unveil the mechanistic role of this protein in viral mRNA nuclear export, by plasmid transfection as well as in the context of recombinant viruses. These approaches indicated that both functional domains of NS1 were necessary to preserve the mRNA export function. Furthermore, these mutant proteins were used to examine the association between NS1 and the NXF1-dependent pathway in the context of mRNA nuclear export. Protein-protein and protein-RNA binding assays indicated that interactions between NXF1 and NS1, and NXF1 and segment 7 mRNA were necessary, but not sufficient to promote segment 7 viral mRNA export. Lastly, the role of NS1 protein in the nuclear export of viral mRNAs from other genome segments was studied. The intracellular localisation of most viral mRNAs was not affected by the absence of NS1 or the presence of an export-incompetent NS1 mutant protein. However, segment 4 mRNA exhibited a similar phenotype to segment 7 mRNA in showing a dependence on NS1 for efficient nuclear export. Overall, the results presented in this dissertation suggest that NS1 acts as an adaptor protein between the viral RNA synthesis machinery and cellular export pathway. This provides deeper insights for the characterization of a recently identified function of the IAV NS1 protein, of being required for the efficient nuclear export of mRNA from “late” kinetic class viral genes.

Exportní příležitosti českých firem na moldavském trhu / Export opportunities of czech companies on the moldavian market

Atamaniuc, Valeria January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze export opportunities of Czech companies on the Moldavian market, and also to represent Moldova as development and cooperation partner of the Czech Republic in the context of economic and business development. The dissertation deals with Czech companies exporting to Moldova, comprehensive investigation of this export and its barriers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is devoted to foreign trade, especially its forms, functions and role in the economy of the country. The practical part comprising analysis of foreign trade in the Czech Republic, its development and changes in territorial and commodity structure. This work studies the evolution of foreign trade in Moldova in the years 2010-2014, with an emphasis on the commodity groups of Moldova's exports and imports, including lists of top exported and imported items. The practical part contains analysis of trade and economic relations between the two countries, also including the basic conditions for Czech goods to be used on the Moldavian market. The final part is then subjected to a full synthesis of export opportunities for Moldavian market, discussing some crucial recommendations for Czech exporters.

Zhodnocení mezinárodního obchodu s kávou / Evaluation of the International Coffee Trade

Čápka, Michal January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis analyses the world coffee market, introducing the largest importers, exporters and producers of this commodity. The thesis also examines, for example, selected countries own consumption and touches upon coffee consumption in the Czech Republic just for illustration. The thesis also includes a brief description of some major world organisations that are closely associated with coffee. The thesis offers a detailed analysis of the 2001-2004 crisis and its impacts on developing countries, whose economies depend on coffee trade, and on the global coffee market. The last section of the diploma thesis analyses three of the producing countries that hold a major position in the coffee market; this includes the basic information about these countries and their economies, cultivated areas and climate conditions. The section is concluded by an evaluation of their production and the shares of their own consumption and exports.

Zhodnocení rakouského a českého vinařství / Evaluation of Austrian and Czech wine-making

Čuba, Dominik January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of Austrian and Czech wine-making. Besides analyses that are a base of some numeral results, the thesis focuses on a more in-depth research of culture and history of both countries, which then influence not only wine-making but also foreign trade with wine including its consumption. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part describes history of wine-making, division of wine, important concepts and economic terms necessary to understand the given issue. All information is based on literature review and internet resources. In the second, practical part, there are with the help of the theoretical part and discovered facts described important facts. In this part of the thesis there is an analysis performed and is followed by a synthesis of export and import. Based on all previous parts there is a final evaluation as a part of a conclusion which provides a complex outlook on both countries.
