Die Autorin untersucht in einer qualitativen Studie die Aneignung von medialen Bezugspersonen im Jugendalter mit Fokus auf die Einbindung von Musikidolen in die Lebenswelt junger Gothics. Ihre These ist, dass bei Gothics im Unterschied zu Fans von Mainstream-Musikern der Populärkultur übergreifende Wert- und Lebensstilorientierungen vorliegen. In ihrem theoretischen Überblick über das Forschungsfeld geht die Autorin auch auf Aneignungsmodi und die individuellen Funktionen von Stars für die Bewältigung von Entwicklungsaufgaben im Jugendalter insbesondere für die Identitätsbildung ein. Nach einer schriftlichen Befragung zur Sondierung des Feldes wird die Hauptstudie vorgestellt, die ausführliche Interpretation eines qualitativen Interviews mit einem Jugendlichen der Dresdner Gothic-Szene. Diese Fallstudie ist nicht nur wegen der biografischen Besonderheiten und schwierigen Lebensumstände des Jugendlichen aufschlussreich – es gelingt der Autorin auch, ihre These einer ganzheitlichen Verwendung von Musik-Idolen bei Gothics beispielhaft aufzuzeigen. / In this qualitative study the authoress researches the adoption of media attachment figures in the adolescence, focusing the inclusion of music idols in the lifeworld (Lebenswelt) of young goths. Her hypothesis is that for goths, in contrast to fans of musicians in other facets of popular culture, there are overarching value and lifestyle orientations. In her theoretical overview of the research field, the authoress describes adoption modes and also contemplates on the individual functions of stars concerning the way of coping with development tasks in adolescence – especially concerning the development of identity. After an exploring survey the main study is presented – a detailed case interpretation of an interview with an adolescent member of the goth scene of Dresden. This case study is interesting not only because of the biographical characteristics and difficult circumstances of life – the authoress also succeeds to demonstrate her hypothesis of the holistic usage of a music idol.

ABSTRACT The Taiwanese idol dramas have been assailed by Japanese and Korean dramas for many years, but in the past few years they have also built up an increasing number of viewers. Therefore, they can be said to have great potential in business area, but were ignored by researchers. A popular show can be sold for as much as 132 million NT dollars each episode, which can be a lucrative industry. However, with limited budget and resources, how do Taiwanese idol dramas keep their competition? The study considered that teamwork and leadership play a crucial role. In the past, literature has been discussing many factors that influence project success and team performance in various industries, including factors such as human resource, teamwork, leadership, etc. However, none has carried an in-depth study on such factors in the idol drama industry. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the key factors related to teamwork and leadership that may influence the success of the idol dramas during the production process. In this qualitative study, the researcher interviewed with five veteran staff of Taiwanese idol dramas and provided the following results¡G 1. The factors that influence the success of the idol dramas include the high uncertainty factors such as the social atmosphere, marketing and the TV channels that broadcast the show. The key factors are the qualifications of team members, teamwork and the competence of the leader. 2. The characteristics of the idol drama project may include the following: 1) a specified date for completion, 2) a specified and limited budget, 3) quality standards, 4) how the team members work together, and 5) the social atmosphere, which may not be essential in other kinds of projects. 3. The director is the key person related to the success of an idol drama. The director¡¦s competency, communication skills, leadership, problem-solving skills, emotional state and his/her characteristics are all crucial factors related to success. 4. The members of one successful team should have competence, experience and the ability to coordinate and communicate with others, as well as problem-solving skills, innovation, and particularly talents in art. In this industry, using interpersonal network is a main channel of finding qualified team members. 5. Communication is perhaps the most critical factor in management and interaction. Effective communication can lead to teamwork and friendly atmosphere. Teamwork and optimistic atmosphere can in turn lead to the success of a drama.

O objetivo do presente trabalho é fazer um estudo sobre as formas de representação da língua falada japonesa nos textos de blogs do gênero idol e as estratégias utilizadas por suas escreventes na sua redação. Para isso, foi utilizado como corpus de análise os dados linguísticos presentes nas postagens desses blogs. Destaque-se que, para a produção de textos em língua japonesa, os escreventes encontram disponíveis quatro sistemas de escrita (o hiragana, o katakana, o kanjie o rmaji), além dos elementos suprassegmentais(sinais de pontuação, diacríticos etc.)que, juntos, oferecem uma variedade de recursos estilísticos e expressivos, os quais são amplamente aproveitados dentro dos textos. Utilizando-se dos blogs idol como cerne, serão feitas discussões acerca da representação da forma oral em seus textos para, em seguida, por meio da análise dos excertos das postagens, descrever os procedimentos linguísticos que resultam em uma língua falada por escrito na língua japonesa. / This work proposes to make a study about the forms of representation found in the Japanese spoken language on idol blog texts and the strategies used in theircomposition. For that purpose, blogs posts will be used as analytical corpus linguistic data. It is noteworthy that the writers have four writing systems at disposal to produce texts in Japanese language (hiragana, katakana, kanji and roomaji), in addition to supra-segmental elements (punctuation marks, diacritics etc.) which together offer a variety of stylistic and expressive resources that are widely used in texts. Using the idol blogs as basis, discussions will be made about the representation of the oral form in it\'s writings by analyzing the excerpts from posts to then describe the linguistic procedures that result in a \"spoken language in writing\" in Japanese.
