Magistro darbo objektas – dienraščio „Lietuvos rytas“ ir portalo lrytas.lt santykis. Darbo tikslas – ištirti dienraščio „Lietuvos rytas“ ir portalo lrytas.lt santykį konvergencijos aspektu. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: rasti teorinį „Lietuvos ryto“ dienraščio ir portalo lrytas.lt santykio pagrindimą; identifikuoti skirtingų žiniasklaidos priemonių sąveikos logiką; analizuoti žiniasklaidos konvergencijos principus; analizuoti dienraščio „Lietuvos rytas“ internetinės versijos raidą; nagrinėti žiniasklaidos transformacijos poveikį turiniui; įvertinti „Lietuvos ryto“ organizacijos gebėjimą transformuotis. Darbo uždaviniams spręsti naudotas mokslinės literatūros analizės metodas atskleidė naujas visuomenės komunikacijos sąlygas (M.Castellas, D.McQuailas) ir internetinės žiniasklaidos bruožus (C.Sparksas, K.Kawamoto, J.Pavlik, A.Balčytienė) bei sąveiką su tradicinėmis žiniasklaidos priemonėmis (M.Deuze, P.Boczkowski). Susistemintos teoretikų įžvalgos palygintos su tyrimų (PEJ, 2007-2008 m.) duomenimis – nustatytos internetinės žiniasklaidos transformacijos kryptys ir raidos prognozės. Darbe atliktas kokybinis tyrimas, kuriam panaudotas pusiau struktūrizuoto giliminio interviu metodas leido situaciją Lietuvoje palyginti su pasauline praktika, analizuoti dienraščio elektroninės versijos raidą, jos įtaką „Lietuvos ryto“ organizacijai ir auditorijos reakciją į pokyčius. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The expansion of computerization in the last two decades initiated changes in the speed, scope and even content of communication processes. As a result, a new paradigm of information technologies that marks new forms of society structure and activity organization has developed. The media had to react to the changes and adapt to the new circumstances created by the World Wide Web. In order to manage the risks raised by these changes, media organizations need research of the new market, experiments with the interrelation between a newspaper and its portal. However, research of these developments in Lithuania is at the embryonic stage. The Master thesis contributes to filling in this knowledge gap. The object of the thesis is the interrelation between the Lithuanian daily Lietuvos rytas and its portal version lrytas.lt. The aim of the research is to explore the interrelation between the paper version of the Lithuanian daily Lietuvos rytas and its portal version lrytas.lt from the viewpoint of convergence.
