Duomenų importas reiškia taikomųjų programų panaudojimą, siekiant gauti kuo daugiau informacijos iš duomenų šaltinių, nuskaityta informacija turi būti pritaikyta naudojamai sistemai ir paruošta saugojimui. Duomenų šaltiniai – priemonės, kurių pagalba duomenys perduodami portalui. Vienas sunkiausių uždavinių – kaip perduoti duomenis tinkama forma kitai sistemai, kuri galėtų juos nuskaityti ir išsaugoti bendroje duomenų bazėje, užtikrinti nuolatinį informacijos atnaujinimą. Tam nagrinėjami įvairūs duomenų šaltinių metodai, ieškoma naujų alternatyvų. Paprastai kartu su duomenų perdavimo, nagrinėjami ir jų gavimo metodai, būdai. Šioje srityje naudojamos kompiuterinės programos (taikomosios programos), skirtos duomenų gavimui ir paruošimui saugoti iš šaltinio. Dažniausiai importo sistemos naudoja tik joms tinkamą duomenų struktūros standartą, todėl šaltiniai turi pateikti duomenis, suformuotus laikantis jame nustatytų taisyklių. Jei duomenys kitokios struktūros, nei reikalaujama importo sistemoje, jie netinkami. Darbe išnagrinėjama minėta duomenų struktūrų nesuderinamumo problema, siekiama, kad taikomosios programos būtų suderinamos su daugeliu informacijos apsikeitimo formų, veiktų patikimai ir greitai. / Data import means creation of applications to get as much as possible information from data sources, collected information must be fitted for the using system and be prepared for saving. Data sources – tools that supply data for portals. One of the most difficult problems are how to supply fitted data for other system that could collect and save it in main database, ensure regular update of information. For this reason in this work methods of data sources are analyzed, searching for new alternatives. Simply data supply and receive methods are analyzed in one time. In this case usually usable computer programs (applications) that gather and tailor data from data sources. Mostly import systems use one standard of data structure that fits for them, so data sources must supply data using that rules of data structure. If data is in inappropriate form, they are unacknowledged. In work this problem of different data structure that unacknowledged in other systems is analyzed, to make applications be appropriate with many forms of data. These applications must work reliable and fast.

Analyzed some portal of academic departments (Manchester University, Columbia University, Lithuania department of legal informatics, Vilnius university Kaunas humanitarian department). Elected criterion from analyzed portal of academic departments, that was used in creation model of academic department portal. Were analyzed some content management system (Web for business, MM-TVS, iPyramid). Evaluated future users demands, elevated functional and not functional requirements and from model created portal of academic department. Microsoft Company tools (Active Server Pages, MS SQL) were used in creation of portal. Author of information may publish information about modules, electronic books, editions, publications, collaboration, course, projects, favors, themes, announcements and about him self in two languages (Lithuanian and English). System was tested in some aspects. Created users and installation instructions.

REFERATO LAPAS Magistro darbo objektas – internetinių portalų „Delfi“ ir „lrytas.lt“ politiniai komentarai. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti šių portalų komentarų ypatumus. Internetinė žiniasklaida dėl savo interaktyvių savybių tampa vis labiau populiaresnė. Tai rodo naujų interneto svetainių kūrimasis ir aktyvus naudojimasis jomis. This is proved by the abundance of new internet websites enjoying wide popularity. Internet portals and websites are providing information at a higher pace than the traditional media. The present thesis analyzes characteristics of political commentary as a journalistic genre. This project is a Web portal. It is dedicated for better communication between students and teachers, achieve better studies quality. It will help students more efficiently choose and develop their graduation works. It will help students and lecturers to decrease time and affords to share common documents, information, participate in discussions. The main advantage of this portal is ability to use it at any time anywhere (with internet access) interactively.

Presented work describe about new public e-services implementation, they presentation in internet, e-services between companies and public office development. Government intention to establish conditions to implement e-government and new enterprise services creation at eenvironment. There are suggested implement enterprise information portal with e-services: new companies name registration, business license receiving, new companies registration and enterprise dissolution.

Web analysis is important task in web portals development. Web measurement can answer to many questions related to user activity. Web analytics is the study of whether the web site is meeting its diverse goals. Just as important, it is the presentation of the results to the various divisions of the company in a comprehensible format. The core of the web analytical system is built on traditional decision support technologies that are focused specifically on capturing, analyzing and reporting on web visitor data. In this work analyzed methods ant technologies required for web portal analysis system design. This paper compares possible data gathering sources and methods for reports creation. There is offered conceptual design of analysis system using hybrid data collection sources. System realization is used in KTU Computer Cathedral activity.

Šiame darbe yra pateikiama informacija apie esamų darbų apžvalgą, kuriuose yra minimas panašios bei pasikartojančios informacijos ieškojimas, taip pat aprašoma darbų analizė, kuriuose yra minimas informacijos nuskaitymas iš internetinio portalo bei jos išsaugojimas. Dabartinėje rinkoje egzistuojančių programinių paketų bei karkasų apžvalga, kurių pagalba galima nuskaityti informacija iš internetinio puslapio paverčiant DOM objektais. Po darbų bei sistemų analizės sukurta sistema, kuri sugeba nuskaityti iš „Delfi.lt“ portalo turimo archyvo straipsnius bei komentarus. Pasinaudojant sukurtu programiniu kodu sukurta žinių bazė, kurią sudaro straipsniai ir straipsniams priklausantys komentarai. Žinių bazėje yra sukaupta 10 metų „Delfi.lt“ straipsniai. Atlikus panašiu darbų apžvalgą susijusią su pasikartojančios informacijos paieška įgyvendintas algoritmas, kurį naudojant galima nurodytoje žinių bazėje surasti skirtingus žodžius, suskaičiuoti žodžių reikšmingumą žinių bazę sudarantiems tekstams, bei paskaičiuoti skirtingų dokumentų panašumą. Naudojantis sukurtu programiniu kodu atlikta panašios informacijos paieška bei priimtas sprendimas ar pavyko rasti atsikartojančios informacijos ar ne. / This work describes the overview of the existing works whose has been carried out in the information extraction from the web site and the received information saving. Also describes overview of existing works where are mentioned duplicated information search. In current time ware overviewed existing software packages and frameworks, whose can help retrieve information from web pages and convert all HTML elements to DOM objects. After other existing works overview and systems analysis was created a system which is able to scan „Delfi.lt" portal archive for articles and comments. Using developed program code was created 10 years knowledge base, where are included all articles and articles comments. Also was adapted program code which can find all different words, words counts per documents and documents similarity from created knowledge base, and from results was decided are possible to found duplicated information or not.

The research area of this master work is problems of information processing in County State Tax Inspectorate and their resolution approaches. The aim of this work is to find the best approach, to create appropriate software to resolve theses problems and to fulfill user’s needs. The main problems of information processing were determined during County State Tax Inspectorate business analysis: • usable legacy information systems imperfect integration and functionality; • some information not computerized processing. After analyzing many approaches three tiers client-server software architecture, internet technologies and relational databases integration was chosen for new information system implementation. Internet browser is used for user interface on client side. All business logic was placed in middle tier. Server side scripts are used for interaction with system new database and legacy database which is working in Oracle DBMS environment. Microsoft ASP technology is used for server-side scripting. Legacy database reverse engineering was accomplished for this database documentation. County State Tax Inspectorate intranet portal users can do data operative registration and processing, quick report formation. The modern CASE tool Rational Rose 2002 Enterprise Edition was used from business analysis to new information system project creation that will help for system maintenance and future development.

There are a lot of freeware and commercial content management systems developed by IT companies and individual developers. Notwithstanding the diversity of these content management systems, all of them have one single purpose – manage content of the web site by separating presentation from business logic. This document investigates a content management system designed to be used by organizations. The model of a trivial content management system is modified into the content management system for organizations by introducing concepts of information objects and a structure of an organization. An experiment has been carried out to test the new content management system model. The experiment results proved the assumption that the suggested new content management system model is more effective than the trivial content management system model.

In this article there are analyzing models of enterprise information portals and their creation properties, usage of components created by Java technologies and open source principle for projection and developing of enterprise intranet portal model, J2EE technologies usable in programmed realization of portals, and usage possibility of portlets.
