Este trabalho tem como enfoque central a relação entre currículo, conhecimento e poder. Insere-se no campo da Pedagogia Jurídica. Discute as decisões pedagógicas no Ensino Jurídico, na perspectiva de contribuir para a reflexão sobre novas formas de conhecer a realidade do Direito e de repensar seus paradigmas. Embasa-se na teoria de Basil Bernstein. Metodologicamente centra-se nos seguintes aspectos dos cursos jurídicos: inscrição política, inscrição técnica e cultural, inscrição estrutural e ética, e inscrição dramatúrgica, para as quais autores, como Kant, Boaventura Santos, Popkewitz e Goffman também contribuem. Realiza, através de pesquisa qualitativa, um estudo de caso. As análises destacam o potencial da Pedagogia Jurídica como campo de conhecimento e a importância da formação docente, da pesquisa jurídica e das decisões pedagógicas no ensino jurídico. Ao final, apresenta uma proposta de socialização do discurso jurídico. / This work has as its main focus the relation among curriculum, knowledge and power. It is inserted in the Legal Pedagogy field. It discusses the pedagogic decisions in the law teaching, in the perspective of contributing to the reflection about new means of knowing the reality of the Law and rethinking its paradigms. It is based in Basil Bemstein's theory. Methodologically it focuses in the following aspects o f the Law courses: poli ti cal inscription, technical and cultural inscription, structural and ethical inscription, and dramaturgic inscription, for which authors, such as Kant, Boaventura Santos, Popkewitz e Goffman also contributed. It realizes, through qualitative research, a case study. The analysis emphasizes the potential of Legal Pedagogy as a knowledge field and the relevance of professors' training, of the Law research and the pedagogic decisions in the teaching of Laws. Finally, it presents a proposal o f socialization o f the Law discourse.

Este trabalho estuda o processo de composição da carteira de projetos de P&D em casos da industria brasileira de produtos tangíveis. Com esse propósito, fez-se uma revisão bibliográfica e, em seguida, um estudo exploratório de múltiplos casos do tipo holístico, para identificar os procedimentos, critérios e participantes envolvidos no processo, assim como as dificuldades enfrentadas. O estudo apresenta um modelo de referência de pesquisa elaborado a partir das contribuições da teoria, envolvendo as diferentes abordagens sobre o processo de composição da carteira. O modelo serve também de marco de referência para a coleta, classificação, análise e comparação dos dados, e proporciona a flexibilidade necessária para o desenvolvimento de estudos deste tipo. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que as carteiras são resultantes de um processo no qual a avaliação de projetos no contexto de carteira é, na sua maior parte, não formalizada ou inexistente. Adicionalmente, os resultados mostram que o processo envolve participantes dos vários níveis hierárquicos das empresas, os quais contribuem direta ou indiretamente com as decisões do processo de composição da carteira. Finalmente, os resultados evidenciam que a obtenção de informação confiável e completa, a distribuição de recursos e a burocracia são as principais dificuldades enfrentadas ao longo do processo. / This work studies the R&D project portfolio composition process in cases of the Brazilian tangible products industry. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was done, and then, an holistic multi-case exploratory study, to identify the procedures, criteria and participants involved in the process, as well as the difficulties faced. A study presents a research reference model, constructed from the theory contributions, and involves several approaches of the portfolio composition process. The model is also useful as a framework for data collection, classification, analysis and comparison, and provides the flexibility needed for developing this kind of research. The study shows that the project portfolios result from a process where the project portfolio assessment is mostly informal or doesn?t exist. Additionally, the study shows that the process involves participants of several hierarchical levels in companies, where each participant contributes in a direct or indirect way, in decisions of the portfolio composition process decisions. Finally, the results identify that reliable and complete data collection, resources distribution and bureaucracy are the main difficulties faced along the process.

The theoretical part of this thesis contains definition of fundamental termsand market research through questionnaire survey, which aims to characterize the structure of the company and obtains from its customers their designs products. Afterwards the results of survey will be interpreted. At the end of the thesis, in cooperation with the management of the company, the effects of modifications on financial indicators will be analyzed to define if the modification is the desired effect .Analyze the effects of modifications is the main objectives of this thesis.

The diploma thesis discusses the issue of innovation in education. Although society and the requirements of a competetive person are changing Czech schools use only few innovative elements. The main objective is to identify and explain the current situation and find out when and why innovations are or are not implemented. Conditions are described as external (legislative, financing, staffing), but also the internal (teacher's personality, motivation, innovative potential). The research design is a case study, Hejny method at the chosen school. By means of semi-structured interviews with the main persons involved (teachers, school headmaster) identifies the events, changes, but also the participating actors and conditions and uncovers their role in the process, development in time. The author uses the 4-level public political cycle model, Multiple-streams theory, force field analysis and Model of change. The author reveals the key role players (the policy entrepreneurs and opponent of change). Many forming conditions is discovered. That is systemic, personal, organizational and social conditions. The work provides recommendations for the chosen school to successfully conclude the change. General recommendations for implementing innovation are also included.

Os países, para continuarem competitivos, procuram aprimoramento contínuo da capacidade em Ciência, Tecnologia & Inovação (CT&I) num contexto de globalização mundial. Para isso, necessitam definir prioridades e formular políticas de CT&I. Uma das ações que podem contribuir para a melhoria da competitividade é a elaboração do Foresight Tecnológico, utilizado tanto para prever as conseqüências do uso dessas tecnologias para o meio ambiente e a sociedade, quanto para desenvolver formas de prevenir o seu impacto, visando conservar o meio ambiente e proporcionar melhorias sociais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória realizada por meio do estudo de caso, de levantamentos bibliográficos, obtenção de dados documentais e entrevistas com pessoas que participaram da elaboração de estudo foresight. Discorre sobre a teoria de foresight, o processo de elaboração do estudo, certas técnicas e métodos utilizados em alguns países em que foi realizado. Além disso, verifica o estágio em que o Brasil se encontra na elaboração de estudo foresight e, em profundidade, o estudo de caso Programa Brasileiro de Prospectiva Tecnológica Industrial, que foi coordenado pela Secretaria de Tecnologia Industrial (STI) em conjunto com a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento da Produção (SDP), do Ministério de Desenvolvimento, Indústria e Comércio Exterior (MDIC). In this context, the development of technologic foresight is a way to improve this competitive. Technology Foresight is a practice used to foresee the outcomes of these technologies to environment and society, to prevent the negative impacts and to improve the quality of life in general. This research is an exploratory research based on case study, bibliography surveys and interviews with people who have already participated in foresight studies process development. The content is about the foresight theory, the studies elaboration process, certain techniques and methods used in some countries. Besides, it also analyzes the Brazil situation on foresight studies development and it brings a deeper research into the case study of the Brazilian Program of Industrial Technology Prospective, which was coordinated by Industrial Technology Secretary in set with Production Development Secretary of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Commerce. This research aims to understand how the procedures used into the development process of foresight are determinant to its effectiveness as instrument to formulate S,T&I public policy in sustainable development, in order to contribute to the knowledge advance in management into this area. It also proposes a framework for the foresight study process development in which involves stakeholders and make them committed with the results of the study, in order to formulate ST&I public policies.

Previous issue date: 2010-02-24 / This present dissertation makes an analysis of the industrial pharmacist scenery from
Goias state due to its capaciting aspects of success to the technological inovation.
Throughout the validation of the obtained pressuposition from an extent international
scientific literature, it was possible to identify and determine very important aspects to
the regional and sectorial development in the inovation field, covering, mainly the
concepts: technology transference, knowledge transference, company and university
relation, startup's academic or governamental companies, the role of scientificaltechnological
centers and measures of governamental incentive. Partner members to the
three spheres (government, industry and academy), all with noticeable conceptual
capacity and detached professional acting, have allowed interviews to the validation of
the pressupositions casted. This report assumes that the legislation grants the essential
subsidies to the inovation, the projects that will make this one develop easier are in
process, but it is necessary to the company and university to work together and have as
bigger aim not only their own benefit, but to generate the inovation, giving profits to the
entire state of Goias. / A presente dissertação analisa o cenário industrial farmacêutico do Estado de Goiás
frente a aspectos habilitadores de sucesso para a inovação tecnológica. Através da
validação de pressupostos obtidos de uma vasta literatura científica internacional, foi
possível identificar e determinar aspectos importantes ao desenvolvimento regional e
setorial no campo da inovação, envolvendo, principalmente, os conceitos de:
transferência de tecnologia, transferência de conhecimento, relação entre empresa e
universidade, empresas startups acadêmicas ou de base tecnológica, o papel dos parques
científico-tecnológicos e medidas de incentivo governamental. Membros pertencentes
às três esferas (governo, indústria e academia), todos de notória capacidade conceitual e
destacada atuação profissional, permitiram ser entrevistados para a validação dos
pressupostos elencados. Diante disso, este trabalho conclui que a legislação garante os
subsídios necessários à inovação, tendo em vista que os projetos, que facilitarão o
desenvolvimento desta, encontram-se em andamento. No entanto, é necessário que
empresa e universidade atuem em conjunto e tenham como maior interesse não apenas o
benefício próprio, mas sim, gerar a inovação, beneficiando todo o Estado de Goiás.
