Žinių ir intelektualaus kapitalo apskaitos procesas: išreikštinių ir neišreikštinių žinių vertinimo metodai žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kontekste / Recording knowledge and intellectual capital: methods of explicit and tacit knowledge measurement methods in human resource management

Lovkis, Pavel 08 September 2009 (has links)
Darbe apžvelgiamos intelektualaus kapitalo, žinių vadybos ir intelektualaus kapitalo vadybos sampratos, jų reikšmė naujojoje ekonomikoje bei šiuolaikinėje organizacijose. / Summary There is an increasing understanding that intellectual capital is a key matter for success in today's economic environment. Intellectual capital is not just data or information in files and databases. It embraces all useful knowledge in all forms in the organization. Intellectual capital is vital in knowledge-based organizations and is becoming increasingly important in every other type of organization. Therefore, it is critically important that intellectual assets are well understood and properly managed if organizations want to compete successfully in today's world economy. Effective management of intellectual capital begins with understanding. For this reason, this paper has provided a definition of intellectual capital to help managers understand the breadth of management requirements. Several models for classifying the components of intellectual capital were then presented so management might understand the depth of management requirements. Finally, several measurement schemes were presented showing how intellectual capital can be viewed at both the component-by-component and organization levels. Management of intellectual capital is in its early stage, but interest is growing. Models and measurements are being developed with enthusiastic experimentation. The indication is that every organization should begin their quest for understanding and expertise in managing the pre-eminent asset for creating wealth in the future. In conclusion, there are five reasons why... [to full text]

Intelligent knowledge and device based assisted residential environment / Intelektinė žiniomis ir prietaisais paremta gyventi palanki mus supanti aplinka

Naimavičienė, Jurga 23 July 2008 (has links)
Environment through the application of the established Model of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment (IABRE). This model is used to establish the Multi-criteria Decision Support System of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment (MDSSIABRE), in which multi-criteria analysis and multi-criteria alternative design methods are used. In order to reach this aim, the following tasks must be solved: • Established models and intelligent systems are analysed in various countries. The experience of Lithuania and foreign countries is analysed in the establishment of ambient assisted living environment through the application of modern internet, intelligent and other technologies and innovations; • A Model of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Environment is estab-lished (MIABRE); • The system of criteria is established, which describes IABRE in detail; • Data base is established, which describes IABRE in detail; • MDSSIABRE system is established on the basis of the Model of Intelli-gent Assisted Built Residential Environment; • Practical realisation of the established IABRE system is performed. The thesis is divided into four chapters including the conclusion’s chapter. Chapter 1 analyses assisted residential environment, reviews the research on life quality and conditions in Lithuanian and abroad. It analyses the premises and the opportunities for creation of built and humanised environment. A review of current housing issues and housing development in... [to full text] / The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and enhancement of the effectiveness of Intelligent Assisted Built Residential Pirmajame disertacijojos skyriuje analizuojama gyventi palanki būsto aplinka, „intelektinio būsto“, „sumanaus namo“ sampratos, nagrinėjamos intelektine gyventi palankia aplinka suinteresuotos grupės, esamos būsto problemos Lietu-voje ir užsienyje.

Adaptyvios e. mokymosi aplinkos intelektualaus komponento kūrimas, naudojant Kohoneno savaime susitvarkančio žemėlapio neuroninį tinklą / Creation of adaptive e-learning environment's intelligent component by using Kohonen's self-organizing map

Lukauskas, Vaidas 16 June 2005 (has links)
In this master graduation work there are analyzed and described the principles of creation an intelligent component of adaptive e-learning system, by using Kohonen self organized map neural networks. There created intelligent component, which was realized by using agent technologies, distinguishes by abilities to make a decision in respect of concrete user needs. In this work there are also described common structure of adaptive e-learning system, by pointing the place, which takes intelligent component, and its relationships with other parts of such adaptive system.

ALGORITMŲ INTELEKTUALAUS PROGRAMINIO AGENTO BŪSENAI ATPAŽINTI TYRIMAS / Research of algorithms for recognition of a software agent state

Rimkus, Edvardas 14 June 2006 (has links)
In the context of adaptive intellectual learning environment (VLE) possibility of using conceptual clustering algorithms is analyzed, trying to accomplish the ability of software agent to "feel" the changing environment and recognise the states it is in. Agent environment is understood as interface between the user of VLE and the students model, which is stored in the VLE and is constantly changing. Agents ability to "feel" is understood as agents ability to classify students, based on their knowledge level, which changes in the learning process. Using conceptual clustering algorithms found in the literature, we are trying to choose one which is most suited for the problem area, modifying it to model real data.
