Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur företag bör arbeta med att skapa och upprätthålla kundförtroende över internet. För att besvara syftet undersöker vi hur företag som bedriver e- handel arbetar med att skapa och upprätthålla kundförtroende. Vi kommer även att undersöka huruvida detta överensstämmer med konsumentens uppfattning av vad de anser är förtroendeskapande faktorer vid e-handel.

Summary It is the most important divide in 1993, before that, the broadcasting in Taiwan is self-contained and monopolized. The government authorities had made applications of channels open to the public access officially for 10 years since 1993. Early and late, there¡¦re more than 100 low-powered, medium-powered, and high-powered radio stations have established and the amount has reached around 300~350 ones if you count illegal underground broadcasting stations in. That is the highest density and most chaotic area all over the world. Not only variety devices but also new fantastic guise, the broadcasting market in Taiwan with furious and flaming competitions, and each one goes his own way. Because an excess of radio stations, all of them are tired out to operate. Opening up newspapers and TV programs, as a result of high initiative limits, few companies have acceded to the market and competed with each other intensely. Recently years, most mess mediums are in a red. As long as you can talk, you can have a chance to be a DJ. Not going into the program quality, it still has specific audiences. And even more some radio stations are striving for their listeners by showing political standpoints instead of caring about the profit and custom. Therefore, the feature of broadcasting industry of Taiwan is carrying on broadcasting stations¡¦s extremely difficult and tough. The superficial measure of Taiwan is not vast and the population is not multitudinous either, and the social structure between northern and southern part is widely dissimilar. Professor Wang ming-sheng said, the people who live in south part in Taiwan are short of citizen accomplishments, then it makes cultural standings are quite different. By this way, marketing tactics are changing, too. Such as languages, industries, educational standings and elder age level, they are business elements you have to consider. We implement the ¡§Internet Video Conference System¡¨ based on ITU-T H.323 multimedia communication protocols standard in paper. This part, we discuss the H.323 protocols how to work on the Internet and analysis the network structure on the video conference system. Development of the system will consider network structure restrict, user habits and system integrate problem. We are not development the point-point communication, but also development multipoint communication by the multicast concept. To solve the distance and capacity problem on video conference, we research the ¡§Zone Switching¡¨ and ¡§Multi-MCU¡¨ structure this paper. We analysis the performance of the video conference system by the new structure, it includes ¡§switching structure of the different Zone¡¨ and ¡§switching structure of the same Zone¡¨. Finally, we analysis the performance and work on the Internet by the new structure.

In cope with continuing growth of network functionality and new protocols, we proposed a reconfigurable framework of common architectures and differentiated architectures for network communication. Existing protocol components and new protocol components can then be organized on such framework as selections. According to cost, performance, and functional requirements of network design, desirable general or specialized network communication systems can be prototyped quickly. In order to verify the reconfiguration capability, in this research, we selected the Internet and associated protocols as an example. On the framework, we constructed these protocol functions. According to design requirements, we can reconfigure desirable network designs and evaluate their performance.

The purpose of this study is to discuss internet service quality and website traffic what relations exist between the two. Review the previous literature on the internet service quality, the general analysis of the literature is to take the questionnaire form. In addition, although Taiwan's small and medium enterprises are active in setting up the company's Web site, but they are only concerned about the existence of their company's Web site. Therefore, they rarely make use of the characteristics of the Internet to increase the profits of the company. The majority of small business Web site service quality is very simple, so this study is based on small and medium enterprises in Taiwan in 2008, 9-12 months of the average site traffic information as a sample. Then we use econometric methods to estimate the internet service quality to the impact of site traffic. After the analysis of empirical models, this study get the following four conclusions: (1) Taiwan's small-scale service sector industries, and its Web site service quality still needs to strengthen. (2) Service interaction quality and usability for visitors's convenience time have a significant positive impact. (3) Information quality and service interaction quality for visitors's byte volume have a significant positive impact. (4) Government should encourage the industry policy of the network platform. Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that the government can make use of service interaction quality, supplemented by information quality and usability to set up the service sector of the network platform and to provide related technology or subsidies to small businesses and to promote the site.
