A legislator fixes some limitations or guarantees to employees of particular categories. One of the labor law aims is to ensure employment security; therefore, this aim would not be met if provisions of contract law, whereby parties are free to fix terms of contract cancellation, were easily applied in labor law. Therefore, labor law calculates many protectors, which are connected with an employer’s initiative to cancel an employment contract. Labor is an essential part of humans and society’s activity that get into public relation domain, which can be divided into different sub-themes and become wide, inexhaustible theme. Magistro darbe, pasitelkus Lietuvos Respublikos, tarptautinius bei Europos Sąjungos norminius teisės aktus, Lietuvos bei užsienio šalių teisinę literatūrą, teismų praktikos medžiagą bei įvairią oficialią statistinę informaciją nagrinėjamas darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos reguliavimas, jo samprata. Analizuojama, kiek ir kokiose teisės šakose reglamentuota darbuotojų sauga ir sveikata bei kokiu pagrindu šį institutą galima laikyti darbo teisės šakos reguliavimo dalyku. The aim of this work is to find out which branches of law and to what scale regulate the safety and health at work and what gives the reason to consider this institute as an object of labour law regulation. Additionally, the regulation of occupational safety and health is analysed as relation of rights and obligations between labour law parties (employer and employee). The paper is trying to examine the content of mentioned issues, the actual regulations on implementation of these opportunities as well as raising the existing problematic regulation issues. The main attention is focussed both on the possibilities of employee to protect his rights both individually and collectively; and on the classification, content and implementation of the employer’s obligations in the field of safety and health at work.

Aprašomame magistro darbe, naudojant Lietuvos autorių sudarytą Vaikų brandumo mokyklai įvertinimo metodiką, siekta atrinkti intelektualiai gabius ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikus, įvertinti jų galias ir sunkumus, aprašyti veiksnius, susijusius su tėvų ir auklėtojų galimybe pastebėti vaiko intelektinius gebėjimus. Tyrime dalyvavo 187 vaikų tėvai, 25-ios ikimokyklinių ugdymo grupių pedagogės, 187 5-erių metų vaikai. Naudojant Vaikų brandumo mokyklai metodiką, buvo atrinkta 30 intelektualiai gabių vaikų. Tėvai ir auklėtojai vaiko gabumus vertino, pildydami Gabių ikimokyklinukų atpažinimo klausimyną. Gauta, kad auklėtojos statistiškai reikšmingai skiria intelektualiai gabius vaikus nuo neatrinktos vaikų grupės. Tėvai nepasižymėjo tokiu gebėjimu atskirti intelektualiai gabių vaikų grupę nuo neatrinktos vaikų grupės. Tėvų ir auklėtojų buvo prašyta užpildyti Galių ir sunkumų klausimynus SDQ-T ir SDQ-M. Negauta statistiškai reikšmingų skirtumų tarp to, kaip auklėtojai ir tėvai vertino intelektualiai gabius ir neatrinktos grupės vaikus. Tėvai neišskyrė intelektualiai gabių vaikų kaip galiomis ar sunkumais besiskiriančių iš savo bendraamžių. Analizuojant veiksnius, susijusius su tuo, kaip tėvai ir mokytojai priskiria gabumus, gauta, kad tėvai kaip labiau gabius vertino tuos vaikius, kurie buvo socialesni, turėjo mažiau elgesio sunkumų. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the present master thesis was to identify intellectually gifted preschoolers and describe their strengths and difficulties, as well as the factors that may be related to the attribution of the traits of the gifted children. The Methodic of school maturity of children was used to identify intellectually gifted children. 187 parents of children, teachers from 25 kindergarten groups, and 187 5 year old children participated in the present research. 30 intelectually gifted children were separated by using The Methodic of school maturity of children. Parents and teachers were asked to fill different versions of the questionnaires of the identification of gifted preschoolers. Teachers were more able than parents to separate gifted children out of group. Parents did not show such ability. All parents imagined their children to be as much gifted. Parents and teachers were asked to fill the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-P and SDQ-T). According to the teachers‘ and parents‘ evaluations of emotional and behavioural difficulties, gifted children did not differ from their not so gifted contemporaries. While analyzing factors that could have influenced parents‘ evaluation, it was found that parents contributed more features of gifted children to those children who were better socially skilled and had less conduct problems. Darbe nagrinejami straipsniai ir reklamos moterims skirtuose žurnaluose: lietuviškame – „Laima“ ir rusiškame – „Krestyanka“ ir verslo žurnaluose: lietuviškame – „Verslo klasė “ ir rusiškame – „Korolevskie vorota“. Darbo pagrindinis tikslas yra išanalizuoti, identifikuoti ir palyginti vyraujančius lyčių įvaizdžius bei vaidmenis moterims skirtuose žurnaluose ir verslo žurnaluose tarptautiniu aspektu. Analizuojant mokslinę literatūrą lyčių tema, bei atliktus tyrimus, prieita prie išvados, kad vyrų ir moterų padėtis socialinėje erdvėje yra skirtinga, tą apsprendžia nevienodi lytims priskiriami vaidmenys ir įvaizdžiai. Vis dar juntama ryški riba tarp moteriškų ir vyriškų erdvių, užimtumo sferų bei pareigų pasidalijimo. Atlikti panašūs tyrimai bei projektai atskleidė šiandieninėje visuomenėje vyraujančią tiesą – vyrai vis dar užima dominuojančias pozicijas versle, darbo sferoje, viešoje erdvėje, bet privati namų erdvė jau nebe priskiriama šimtu procentu moterims, kadangi kuo toliau tuo labiau didėja moterų verslininkių ir vadovių skaičius. Moterys nebenori būti vyro šešėlyje, veržiasi į priekį ir atkakliai kovoja už lygias teises su vyrais privačioje ir viešoje erdvėje. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad lyčių vaidmenų bei įvaizdžių vaizdavimas yra nevienodas skirtingų tipų žurnaluose. The research “Gender roles and images in the magazines: Lithuanian and Russian magazines comparable research” aimed at studying men and women roles and images while analysing printed media: women’s magazines Lithuanian “Laima” and Russian “Krestyanka”; business magazines Lithuanian “Verslo klase“ and Russian “Korolevskie vorota”. The subject of the research is printed texts and advertisement in the mentioned magazines. The main aim of the research is to find out the dominating gender roles and images. The relevance of the research consists in the main fact, that gender dominating roles and images in the media determine peoples understanding and opinion about themselves and influence their behaviour, mannerism and lifestyle. Tam, kad tai išsiaiškinti buvo sprendžiami sekantys pagrindiniai uždaviniai: išnagrinėti literatūrą apie paukščių bendrijų esančių natūralioje gyvenimo aplinkoje ir teritorijose naudojamose žemės ūkiui ir rekreacijai pasikeitimų ypatumus. Pasirinktose natūralioje miško ir urbanizuotoje teritorijose vasario, kovo, balandžio ir gegužės mėnesiais buvo atlikti tyrimai. Miško natūralios aplinkos pasirinktame rajone buvo nustatomi įvairūs faktoriai, kurie gali paveikti paukščių išplitimo, jų kiekio ir įvairovės pasikeitimus, o urbanizuotame miško teritorijos rajone buvo ištirta, kaip paukščių bendrijas veikia žmonių veikla, žemės ūkis ir rekreacija. In order to reach the main purpose those main tasks were raised: to analyze available literature about the peculiarities of changes in bird communities in their natural habitat and in area used by people for agriculture and recreation. In February, March, April and May the research of natural and selected urban territory around the forest has been held. In the natural area of the forest different factors that can influence changes in distribution of birds, their number and diversity were investigated. And in urban area of the forest main focus was how human activities, agriculture and recreation affect bird communities. At the selected territories different types of birds were fixed and analyzed. The methodology of this study was about fixing the maximum number of different species of birds inhabiting in selected areas of the forest. This thesis deals with electrical and optical characterization  of p+i–n+ nanowire-based photodetectors/solar  cells. I have investigated their I-V performance and found that all of them exhibit a clear rectifying behavior with an ideality factor around 2.2 at 300K.  used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to extract their optical properties. From the spectrally resolved photocurrent data, I conclude that the main photocurrent is generated in the i-segment of the nanowire (NW) p-i-n junctions, with negligible  contribution from the substrate.   I also used a C-V technique to investigate the impurity/doping profiles of the NW p+-i-n+ junction.  The technique has been widely used for investigations of doping profiles in planar p-n junctions, in particular with one terminal (n or p) highly doped. To verify the accuracy of the technique, I also used a planar Schottky  sample with an already known doping profile for a test  experiment. The result is very similar to the actual data. When we used the technique to investigate the doping level in the NWs photodetectors grown on InP substrates, the results show a very high capacitance above 800pF which most likely is due to the influence of the parasitic capacitance from the insulating layer of SiO2. Thus,  a new sample design is required to investigate the  doping profiles of NWs.

Fjärrstyrning av värmepumpar är en bekvämlighet för att slippa vara på plats och ändå kunna göra inställningar på sin värmepump. Det ger möjligheten att komma till ett förvärmt fritidshus eller stuga med några enkla knapptryckningar. Det ger också möjligheten till mer kontroll över pumpens energiförbrukning, man kan spara in pengar på att inte låta pumpen stå och slösa energi då man inte är på plats. I dagsläget finns flera fjärrstyrningsprodukter för värmepumpar på marknaden, men dessa är ofta dyra och kan oftast bara ansluta till mobilnätet eller wifi. Fjärrstyrningsprodukterna är speciellt framtagna för att styra en värmepump och kan ej användas för att styra ytterligare produkter. Målet med detta examensarbete är att ta fram ett system baserat på en standardplattform som åtgärdar dessa problem samt där det finns möjlighet till framtida utbyggnad av dess funktionalitet. Vi börjar med att bestämma funktionaliteten för vår fjärrstyrningsprodukt. Därefter tas en struktur för hela systemet fram. Efter detta görs val av hårdvara och mjukvaruutveckling. Resultatet av vårt examensarbete är en fjärrstyrningsprodukt som kan styra Daikins värmepumpar. Vår fjärrstyrningsprodukt kan använda 3G-nätet, wifi eller trådat nätverk för att kommunicera med vårt systems centralenhet och användaren. Vår produkt har även en stor potential till utbyggnad för fjärrstyrning eller övervakning av andra enheter i hemmet.

Šiame magistro darbe buvo nagrinėta įrodymų tyrimo apeliacinės instancijos teisme problematika. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje stengtasi labiau atskleisti apeliacijos, įrodymų, įrodymų tyrimo sampratas tiek Lietuvos baudžiamojo proceso teisės sistemoje, tiek užsienio šalių teisėje. Pateikiant šias sampratas analizuojami dabar galiojantys ir anksčiau galioję baudžiamojo proceso kodeksai, jų normos. Pateikiama istorinė šių terminų raida. Antrojoje darbo dalyje per praktinę analizę stengiamasi pateikti aktualiausias įrodymų tyrimo apeliacinėjeinstancijoje problemas, su kuriomis susiduria apeliacinės instancijos teismai nagrinėdami baudžiamąsias bylas apeliacine instancija. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į tokias problemas kaip: neišsamus įrodymų tyrimas; sprendimo priėmimas remiantis pirmosios instancijos teismo posėdyje ištirtais įrodymais; įrodymų tyrimo ribos apeliacijoje, problemos susijusios su Europos arešto orderiu bei kiti aktualūs klausimai, su kuriais pastaraisiais metais susiduria apeliacinės instancijos teismai. Tam įrodymų tyrimo klausimais stengiamasi pateikti pasiūlymų. / The subject matter of the article is to reveal the investigation of evidence in courts of appeal in Lithuanian criminal procedure system. In the first half of this work it‘s tryed to reveal the conception of appeal, the conception of evidence and evidence research both in Lithuanian and foreign criminal procedure systems. The main goal of first two topics is to show how the conception of appeal, and conception of evidence varied over a past few decades. To reveal the diferences between these conceptions it is tryead to analize the Codes of Lithuanian criminal procedure. Second part of this work is basicaly dedicated to analize the main practiacl problems of evidence investigation that Lithuanian appeal courts faces during it‘s practical work. The main problems that are faced are about the pure investigation of evidence; problems conected with European arrest warrant; problems about false decisions that are made in lower courts of Lithuanian criminal procedure system. After presenting main problems it‘s tryed to give some suggestions of improoving some criminal procedure rules and conceptions according to the rules and conceptions that exists in other countries of the world.

The main responsibility of the court while implementing justice is to solve the legal conflict, unprejudiced investigate and estimate all the circumstances and pass legitimate and reasoned sentence. The purpose of the Master’s work is to reveal singularities of the acceptance of the adjudgement, introduce significant and actual problems, analyse them and suggest the ways of solution. In this Master’s final work the sentence’s legal characteristics are analysed, that involves the conception and meaning of the verdict, the specifics of order and conditions of submission the sentence, the order and form of filling the document, the publication of sentence, as raising particular legal consequences. The analysis of cumulative information and the experience on the issues raised is presented. Theoretical and practical aspects of the topic are researched.
