Vývoj SIP klienta v JavaME / SIP client development in JavaME

This thesis analyzes various alternatives of SIP protocol implementation on Java Micro Edition devices. This analysis is especially concentrated on SIP protocol, SIP API (JSR-180) and the development in contemporary mobile data networks. I design a midlet for a mobile phone SIP client on the basis of this analysis. The design is especially concentrated on communication, registration and text mesage transfer.

Konstruktion av webbaserat SMS-system med Bluetooth teknik : Jämförelse mellan programspråk för Bluetooth applikation i Windows XP

<p>Behovet av tillgänglighet på kommunikation innebär att vi idag har krav på att meddelanden som skrivs över webben inte bara når oss via en dator utan även till våra mobiltelefoner. Målet med examensarbetet har varit att genom litteraturstudie och intervjuer konstruera ett webbaserat SMS-system som kan användas till att sända SMS textmeddelande till en godtycklig mobiltelefonenhet. Meddelande som sänds ska även lagras i databas och administreras via webbsidan. En jämförelse har även genomförts där syftet har varit att undersöka bäst lämpat programspråk för Bluetooth applikation. Metoden har grundat sig på kriterier. Jämförelsen mellan programspråken gav att Java med bibliotek från BlueCove var det bäst lämpade programspråket.  För konstruktion av SMS-systemet har en objektbaserad utvecklingsmodell tillämpats, dock inte i full skala. SMS-systemet är konstruerat av webbsida, databas, blåtandsapplikation, Bluetooth- och mobiltelefonenhet. Webbsidan bygger på ASP.NET 2.0, databasen XML och blåtandsapplikation programmerades i Java. Kontroll har utförts att systemet uppfyller kravspecifikation.</p> / <p>As there is now wide access to the World Wide Web, demand now exists for Web messages to be available not only via a computer but also via cell phones. The aim of the project was, by means of literature studies and interviews, to create a web-based SMS-system which can be used to send SMS text messages to arbitrary mobile phone devices from a web page.  The sent messages are also to be stored in a database and administered by means of the website. A comparison was also conducted in which the aim was to investigate the most suitable programming language for the Bluetooth application. The model for the study was based on given criteria. The comparison suggested that the Java programming language with its library from BlueCove was the most suitable. For the development of the system an object-based model has been applied, but this has not been adopted in a full scale manner at the present time. The SMS-system has been constructed by means of a Website, database, Bluetooth application and mobile phone unit. The website is based on an ASP.NET 2.0, database on XML and the Bluetooth application was written using Java. A control was conducted in order to test that the system meets the required specifications.</p>

Analysis of already created portals, which appeal to national research and development works presentation, are made. Lacks and advantages of existing portals are overlooked and considered for prototype development. National research and development portal functions are described and solution is presented. Product was built as a specific content management system (CMS). The range of CMS products offers more than 10 different functions, but not all of them are necessity. The most useful functions are chosen and produced for this product. The need of architecture sketch occurs, when creating CMS or running a CMS-like website. Separation from structure, contents and representation issue is described and solutions are provided.

Příjem a posílání SMS zpráv pomocí aplikace určené pro platformu JavaME / SMS Application for JavaME Platform

The aim of this diploma thesis is to study the potential of Java ME platform for receiving and sending of SMS and to utilize obtained information subsequently in implementation of an application for this platform. The first part of the diploma thesis aims at explaining general terms of the Java language and its basic features. The next part deals with specific properties of the Java ME platform and properties of devices that support this platform. A design of the Java ME application based on theoretical knowledge is created then. This application has to be able to receive, process, store and send SMS and communicate with the server application based on the Java SE platform. The created Java ME application serves as an automated SMS voting server, which can be used in mobile devices that support the Java ME platform and can be remote-controlled via Internet from the Java SE platform application. The final chapter presents the results and conclusions of testing of the created application on real mobile devices.

Users of internet browsers are constantly monitored, without their consent. By using the JavaScript APIs, it is possible to obtain various information about the browser, which together form a browser fingerprint, which can then be misused. Therefore, the goal of this work is to use a robust fingerprint protection solution of Brave browser and port it to the JavaScript Restrictor extension. In this work, the problematics of obtaining an fingerprint and countermeasures in the Brave browser are analyzed and then compared with the current protection in the JSR extension. The method of porting of Brave's countermeasures is presented and subsequently the procedure of implementation of these defense elements into the browser extension is described. The resulting implementation has been tested and evaluated, with the new protection appearing to be effective.
