1	The Europeanization of Party Programs in New Member States Goffin, Andreas January 2014 (has links) This work deals with the Europeanization of party programs in new member states. Two parties are examined over the period of three consecutive elections. A detailed introduction to the research field of Europeanization is given. In the second part the Hypothesis are tested. As countries are Poland and Czech Republic chosen. For Poland the Platforma Obywatelska will be examined. The Czech party is the KDU - CSL. This work tries to prove that Europeanization is increasing over time, that different policy areas are Europeanized and European integration has gained more importance the longer the EU membership of the country is. 2	Volby 2012: analýza mediální stránky předvolební kampaně KDU-ČSL / The elections 2012: analysis of the media aspectof the election campaign of KDU-ČSL Pohaněl, Jan January 2013 (has links) The atmosphere of the election campaign before the elections in October 2012 was not such fierce as during the last campaign. It was mainly due to absence of a major topic that would polarise the society, like the health fees in 2008. The ČSSD tried to find a similar controversial topic that might have been the church restitutions for a moment. The purpose of the negative campaign was to discourage people from voting the governmental parties ODS and TOP 09, but it also could weaken the KDU-ČSL that was and still is closely connected with churches, especially the catholic church. The representatives of the KDU-ČSL themselves didn't publish any opinions concerning this matter, with only few exceptions. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse and evaluate the media output of the KDU-ČSL during the election campaign that was run before the elections to the regional governments and the Senate. In the first part, the outline of the media strategy of the KDU-ČSL is introduced. The next part is devoted to a quantitative content analysis that compiles an overview of the regional media in the respective regions. 4	Euroskepticismus v České republice Gřešák, Dominik January 2019 (has links) Eurosceptic ideas in the Czech Republic (hereinafter the “ČR”) began to spread more especially since the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty and they strengthened with increasing global problems, which did not help this sentiment in any way. Negative politicians' opinions regarding the EU may eventually undermine the confidence of Czech citizens in the EU and therefore have an impact on the overall relationship of the ČR with this European political-economic union. The thesis will offer a list and analysis of specific Eurosceptic topics in the ČR. The research will examine the current political situation in the ČR in relation to Euroscepticism, and its results will reflect on how Euroscepticism is manifested in the political discourse of the Czech political parties that were, in the 2017 parliamentary elections, elected into the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament. The thesis will analyze the Eurosceptic situation in the ČR at the political level in 2018 and will focus on the negative references regarding the EU, which were mentioned by the above Czech political parties.

The Case of the KDU-CSL explores both the relation between an ordinary party member and his political party and his role within the party. Therefore, the subject or our research represents the ordinary party member of the KDU-CSL defined as a member without any elected or executive political office. The theoretical framework of the thesis refers to a range authors concerning with political parties and their organisational aspects. The principal empirical part of the thesis is devoted to an analysis of party members in two Czech regions - Prague and the South Moravian region. The thesis is based on the primary qualitative research (semi-structured in-depth interviews and content textual analysis) conducted by the author herself.

Analysis of the evolution of the party during the period 2009 - 2013 Neugebauerová, Aneta January 2018 (has links) This thesis deals with the analysis of KDU-ČSL during the period from 2009 - 2013, when for the first time since its formation in 1919 this political party failed to obtain representation in the lower chamber of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. This representation was re-established in 2013, which is also a very unique phenomenon. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the development and changes within KDU-ČSL during this period using the official party documents and standardized interviews with selected members of KDU- ČSL. This information will allow me to come to a thought-out conclusion whether this period can be characterized as a crisis or not.

Det innebär intensiv marknadsföring för de olika politiska intressena i många olika kanaler. För många, men kanske speciellt för unga människor, kan detta bli en förvirrande period av budskap och åsikter som på olika sätt ska värderas och tas ställning till. De politiska ungdomsförbunden riktar sig till personer mellan sex och 25 år, och hör för det mesta till ett så kallat moderparti, men har egna politiska agendor, grafiska profiler och marknadsföring. Den mesta av marknadsföringen sker genom någon slags grafiskt material, och för att de politiska budskapen verkligen ska nå fram till alla unga på bästa sätt, borde det grafiska materialet också rent visuellt tala för innehållet. Den här studien syftar till att undersöka om det finns samband mellan politik och grafiska profiler hos de politiska ungdomsförbunden. Då studier på sambandet mellan politik och grafiskt material visat sig vara ett relativt outforskat område som det är svårt att hitta exakt data om, är detta en kvalitativ tvärsnittsstudie. Tio politiska ungdomsförbund valdes ut för granskning med grund i moderpartiernas storlek i riksdagsvalet 2010. Vidare samlades data om dessa in genom kvalitativa dokument och audiovisuella kanaler, vilket exempelvis innefattar de politiska ungdomsförbundens grafiska manualer och webbsidor. Lehečková, Michaela January 2019 (has links) The diploma thesis is focused on an environmental policy upheld by the coalition of ČSSD, ANO and KDU-ČSL in 2013-2017. The researched topic is the reaction to the ongoing global climate change manifesting itself in the context of the Czech Republic in the form of drought. The thesis analyzes the electoral programs of political subjects and the subsequent governmental policy of the coalition in the sense of policy - politics. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the extent to which the given political subjects dealt with the examined environmental issues in their electoral programs, in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in 2013 and the scope of a solution to the problem of global climate change and the drought phenomenon of the political parties within the common government policy. Part of the thesis is also an attempt to include political subjects in the classification scheme of localism - globalism. .
