Subject: The knowledge of the sport performance structure with individual identification of the sport training model is a prerequisite for the effective management of sport training. Achieving the sports top limit performance in sport is possible by adapting the training plan to the athlete's individuality by his physiological and psychological prerequisites. To achieve the highest sports performance, sports training analysis is an indispensable tool for international competitiveness. This case study deals with the description of sports training models identified by the composition and dynamics of the training load predictors. A retrospective longitudinal study provides with insights into the possibilities of influencing sports training, which made national, Czech, records on the course of 800 m men and 3,000 m of women's steeplechase. Probandé (n=2) at the age of 21 (runner 1) and 28 resp. 29 years old (runner 2) reached limiting sports performances. The track record dates originates from 1995 to 2012. Runners were participants or medalists from top world or European athletic competitions. In this master thesis, during 2009, 2010 and 2011, has been done measurement of total content of mercury in ambient air and soil air in urban and rural locations agglomeration of České Budějovice. The goal was to develop suitable method in order to provide sampling of air to evaluate rate of contamination from chosen locations. The aquaristic compressor was used for admission of air, thus collected air could pass through external amalgamator, which secured pre-concentration of mercury from air. Consecutively, captured mercury has been determined in laboratory by atomic absorption spectrometer AMA-254. In urban background locations has been found total average concentration of mercury in rate 4,01 +/- 3,5 ng.m-3 and urban locations influenced by traffic in rate 29,5 +/- 50,07 ng.m-3. The concentration of mercury in soil air taken from filter bed of constructed wetland (CW) was 16 +/- 9,44 ng.m-3 with average mercury flux 14,5 +/- 8,3 ng.m-2.h-1. In rural compared location has been concentration of mercury in rate 15,4 +/- 7,83 ng.m-3 and mercury flux in soil air was 16 +/- 9,3 ng.m-2.h-1 at this location. Significant differences in contamination of mercury among partial locations have not been ascertained to the exception. The statutory limit for amount of mercury in atmosphere is 50 ng.m-3, whose value has not been mostly reached in any of measured locations. Thus, it has been proved that air contamination is low at selected locations.

Hodnocení biologického ošetření osiva vybraných polních plodin / Evaluation of biological seed treatment of different field crops

The thesis is focused on biological seed treatment of selected field crops using adhesive in combination with entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium anisopaliae and mycoparasitic fungi Trichoderma virens. Guar gum, xanthan gum and carboxymethylcellulose were chosen as the adhesive. Within the experiments in laboratory conditions, the percentage of kernels germination of spring barley, winter oilseed rape and a cucumber was evaluated after 24 hours and energy of germination and vitality during 2 5 days. The adhesive in combination with the filamentous fungi had positive influence on growth and development of embryonic roots of spring barley and growth and development of seedlings in all tested crops. The evaluation of plant emergence took place under laboratory and field conditions and the plants were biologically treated. Furthermore, the ability to colonize environment of the entomopathogenic fungus M. anisopliae was verified in this thesis. The fungus was injected into the substrate using seed dressings. According to the results, the introduced fungus is able to infect larvae Tenebrio molitor and Galleria mellonella after specific time.

The aim of the thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the application of transfer (transfer) the prices used in transactions of multinational enterprises in terms of tax administration. Generally describe the basic principles of the United people, the principle of the arm, the methods of the determination of the transfer pricing and documentation for transfer prices in accordance with the international rules and standards laid down by the Organization for economic cooperation and development, in accordance with the laws and guidelines of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, this thesis seeks to clarify the specific case studies, which are based on the practice of financial management, and the case-law, the effects of the determination of the transfer pricing methods, comparison of their advantages and disadvantages in establishing transfer prices in the Czech Republic. At the conclusion of the thesis summed up the results and recommend the adoption of more appropriate legislation in each of the areas of transfer pricing in the Czech Republic.

The objective is to understand how a broadcasting station can be the vector of this process, with the appropriation, by local population, of a community media, besides contributing to public policies of communication and improvement of life conditions of the local population. The theoretical frame of reference is the dialectical materialism. The research was based on literature review, as a way to establish the theoretical reference, in addition to the study of documents and semi structured interviews of participants in the School Radio Project, developed during 2010, in a partnership between the community radio Z FM and the public school Irene da Silva Costa, in Mauá City, in São Paulo State. The main conclusion is: when a community radio opens its microphones to the population in a responsible way, it allows the plural expression of ideas. Additionally, the learning about the language and the radiojournalism instruments are fostered, as well as the perception of the right of communication and the awareness of media democratization are raised. / Estudo sobre a democratização da comunicação a partir das rádios comunitárias. O objetivo é compreender como uma rádio comunitária pode ser vetor deste processo, com a apropriação, pela população local, de um meio comunitário, além de contribuir na busca por políticas públicas de comunicação e melhoria das condições de vida local. O quadro de referência é o materialismo histórico dialético. O estudo foi feito com base em pesquisa bibliográfica, como forma de constituir o referencial teórico, além do estudo de documentos e entrevistas semiestruturadas, aplicadas aos participantes do Projeto Rádio Escola, desenvolvido durante o ano de 2010, numa parceria entre a rádio comunitária Z FM e a Escola Estadual Professora Irene da Silva Costa, no município de Mauá, no ABC Paulista. A conclusão principal é que, quando uma rádio comunitária abre seus microfones de forma consequente para a população, permite-se a expressão plural de ideias, o aprendizado em relação à linguagem e ao aparato radiofônico e o aumento da percepção do direito à comunicação e da necessidade da democratização dos meios.

Percepce seniorů studenty Jihočeské univerzity / Perception of the Elderly by the Students of the University of South Bohemia

Abstract This diploma thesis named "Perception of the Elderly by the Students of the University of South Bohemia" provides a detailed insight into the senior population viewed by the university students. The aim of this work is to register the students' attitudes and the opinions to this issue. The work consists of two parts a theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part deals with issue of ageing process, namely with the changes which are carried by this life period. Further, this part looks at personalities of university students and their needs in general. Next, it covers a general knowledge about interpersonal perception among humans. This part also describes problems of prejudices and stereotypes connected with a very actual issue ageism. The practical part of this diploma thesis contains an own qualitative research which includes a description of used methodology, examined sample, outcomes and further discussion. These data were collected during a field research in February 2014. It was used a technology of semantic differential. The research was undertaken within the University of South Bohemia. Students of Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Health and Social Studies, Faculty of Economy and Faculty of Agriculture were asked to take a part in this study. They expressed their opinions via a web portal www.mojeanketa.cz. These faculties were chosen deliberately for their different fileds of studies. Thus, I compared the opinions of the students whose fields of studies are specialized either on the market and the business sector, or whose fields of studies are specialized on the help professions and, therefore, their further practice will be orientated to the non-profit sphere. Within this study there were distributed 400 record sheets in total (100 for each faculty) where the responders expressed their opinions. The opinions on the perception of the elderly were expressed within the scale from 1 to 5. The values of this scale has been of a contradictory character. For instance, there were these characteristics: beautiful/ugly, noisy/calm, self-sufficient/un-self-sufficient etc. There was also stated a hypothesis which has been predicted that the students of the University of South Bohemia perceive the elderly positively. The research proved this expectation. The outcomes also show that there is no big difference between the individual opinions of the students of different faculties. This result is actually very positive and, therefore, we can say that the students of the University of South Bohemia do not display any prejudices and stereotypes towards the senior population. The outcomes of this work might be very beneficial as sources for educational work beyond ageism. Further, there can be reached conclusions which will lead to reflection. This work can be used for further scientific investigations and publication activity.

Kvalita života u pacientů s kardiologickými implantáty sledovaných systémy dálkové monitorace / Quality of life of patients with cardiac implants followed by remote monitoring systems.

Abstract Introduction: The perception of quality of life (QoL) in patients with implantable cardiac devices including implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD), followed by telemonitoring care (Home Monitoring HM), has recently become an extremely hot topic due to constantly increasing number of patients wearing these devices. This increase has resulted in an increased demand for safe, prompt, and more effective out-patient care. Methods: Our research was carried out between December 2016 and March 2017. A cohort of 150 consecutive patients with ICD, followed using the Home Monitoring system (HM+), and 150 consecutive patients with ICD, followed using conventional in-office check-ups (HM-), was retrospectively drawn from the Ceske Budejovice Hospital Patient Information System. A questionnaire, which specifically addressed QoL (EQ5D), level of anxiety and depression (HADS), and a custom questionnaire examining the relationship between patients and the HM system and telecare workflow, was sent out to all patients. Results: For the final statistical analysis, 91 (60.7%) and 104 (69.3%) of the questionnaires were used from the HM+ and HM- groups, respectively. Our results showed that the method of ICD device follow-up did not directly influence QoL. Our statistical comparison of the data did not show any difference between HM+ and HM- patients. A non-significant trend towards better QoL in HM+ compared to HM- patients was noted based on total QoL scores from the EQ5D questionnaire (68.6 ? 19 vs. 64.6 ? 16.5, p = 0.09). Regarding anxiety and depression, statistical testing also failed to find any difference between HM+ and HM- patients. However, more than half of the patients in both groups were in the "normal" population range with respect to anxiety and depression. The most striking difference between HM+ and HM- patients was noted in the preference for the type of follow-up: while 54.9% of HM- patients expressed an interest in remote follow-up and 45.1% said they preferred in-office check-ups, only 6.7% (p < 0.0001) of HM+ patients expressed an interest in switching to in-office check-ups with personal contact instead of remote monitoring. Willingness to partially cover the financial costs of telecare was similar in both groups. HM+ patients were more inclined to use remote ICD monitoring (p = 0.007) and had a more positive attitude toward the telecare approach overall, compared to HM- patients (p = 0.034). Conclusion: The method of device follow-up does not significantly affect QoL in patients with ICD devices, nor does it affect levels of anxiety and depression. Generally, patients with ICDs followed using the HM system were very satisfied with telecare and would prefer not to lose remote ICD monitoring. Although, the willingness to, at least partially, cover the costs of the HM system was limited and comparable to that of patients receiving conventional follow-up.

This work is inserted into the line of research in Special Education of the Master‟s Degree in Education of the Graduate Program in the Federal University of Santa Maria. It was based on experiences in public schools, where students with learning disorders are present in a significant number and, considering the delimitation of students referred to Special Education by the National Policy of Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education in 2008, are no longer part of the pedagogic assistance by Special Education teachers. The focus of this study was to analyze how the assistance of students with learning disabilities is happening, from the perspective of teachers. The research was characterized as qualitative and descriptive and used semi-structured interviews with eight Special Education teachers of municipal schools of Santa Maria and an enclosed questionnaire with the manager responsible for the area within the Municipal Education in Santa Maria, as instruments to collect data. For interpretation and assessment of the data, the technique of content analysis of Bardin (2008) was used. As a result, the research has shown that students with learning disabilities remain in regular classrooms at school. Some are assisted in the school environment by the Special Education teacher, but most are referred to care services outside the school, exempting the school from the responsibility of students not being able to learn. It also showed that Special Education is not being seen by teachers as an epistemological field of knowledge but as a service, a support, a modality. And finally, it‟s highlighted the importance of continuity in discussions of Special Education and Inclusive Education, especially when considering the design of synonymy in which both have been addressed, which should not occur in both the teachers' speech and theoretical references and, therefore, being imperative to deepen and clarify the differences pertaining to each area of knowledge and pedagogical action. / A pesquisa se insere na linha de pesquisa em Educação Especial do curso de Mestrado em Educação do Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Constituiu-se a partir de vivências em escolas públicas, onde alunos com transtornos de aprendizagem se apresentam em um número bastante significativo e, considerando a delimitação do alunado da Educação Especial prevista pela Política Nacional da Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva de 2008, não fazem mais parte do atendimento pedagógico por professores de Educação Especial. O foco deste estudo foi analisar como está acontecendo o atendimento dos alunos com transtornos de aprendizagem na visão dos professores. A pesquisa caracterizou-se como qualitativa descritiva e contou com instrumento para coleta de dados de uma entrevista semiestruturada com oito professores de Educação Especial da rede municipal de ensino de Santa Maria e um questionário fechado com o gestor responsável por esta área na Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Santa Maria. Para interpretação e apreciação dos dados, utilizou-se a Técnica de Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin (2008). Como resultados, a pesquisa mostrou que alunos com transtornos de aprendizagem permanecem nas salas de aula do ensino comum das escolas. Alguns são atendidos no ambiente escolar pelo professor de Educação Especial, mas a maioria é encaminhada a serviços de atendimento externos à escola, fazendo com que esta se exima da responsabilidade sobre a não aprendizagem de seus alunos. Também se evidenciou que a Educação Especial não está sendo vista pelos professores como um campo epistemológico do saber e sim como um serviço, um apoio, uma modalidade. Por fim, destaca-se a importância da continuidade nas discussões acerca da Educação Especial e da Educação Inclusiva, principalmente ao se considerar a concepção de sinonímia em que ambas vêm sendo abordadas, fato que tanto na fala dos professores como nas referências teóricas não deveria acontecer tornando, portanto, imprescindível o aprofundamento e o esclarecimento das diferenças atinentes a cada área de saber e à ação pedagógica.

Erkennung diagnostischer Frühmarker der Nierenfibrose beim Tiermodell des Alport-Syndroms mittels proteomischer Methoden / Detection of early diagnostic markers in an animal model of Alport syndrome with renal fibrosis via proteomics

Das Alport-Syndrom ist eine erbliche, progredient verlaufende Nierenerkrankung, bei der es infolge von charakteristischen Veränderungen der glomerulären Basalmembran zu Hämaturie und Proteinurie kommt. Es gelangen Proteine in den Urin, welche die Erkrankung möglicherweise frühzeitig anzeigen können. In diesem Projekt soll der Urin von Wildtyp- und COL4A3-Knockout-Mäusen zum Zeitpunkt von 4,5 und 6 Wochen untersucht werden. Ziel ist es, diagnostische Proteinmarker zu finden, die im Urin von Alport-Mäusen klinisch relevant hochreguliert sind. Zur Erreichung dieses Ziels wird sich proteomischer Verfahren, Western-Blot und histologischer Schnitte bedient.
