Tyrimo objektas – kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės vertinimas. Tyrimo tikslas – kaimo turizmo paslaugų potencialių vartotojų lūkesčių šių paslaugų kokybei nustatymas. Tikslui pasiekti iškelti uždaviniai: 1) nustatyti, kokius kaimo turizmo paslaugų kokybės vertinimo kriterijus vartotojai laiko prioritetiniais ir nustatyti norminius vertinimo kriterijus; 2) ištirti, kas labiausiai įtakoja kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų lūkesčius paslaugų kokybės atžvilgiu; 3) nustatyti vartotojų laukiamos ir patirtos paslaugų kokybės vertinimus ir jų lyginamosios analizės pagrindu pasiūlyti marketingo kriterijus, kurie skatintų kaimo turizmo plėtrą Lietuvoje ir vartotojų didesnį pasitenkinimą suteiktų paslaugų kokybe. Tyrimo metu anketinės apklausos metodu Kauno mieste apklausti 96 kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojai. Gauti rezultatai parodė, kad: 1) kaimo turizmo paslaugos Lietuvoje yra pakankami populiarios, jų kokybė tenkina vartotojus, nes jie perka šias paslaugas pakartotinai; 2) šiomis paslaugomis dažniausiai naudojasi jauni žmonės iki 30 metų; 3) labai trūksta spausdintinės reklaminės medžiagos apie kaimo turizmo paslaugas, arba ji tiesiog nepasiekia potencialių vartotojų; 4) labiausiai įtakojantis kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų lūkesčius veiksnys yra paslaugų paketo atitikimas jų lūkesčiams; 5) svarbiausiais lūkesčiais kaimo turizmo vartotojai įvardija: pasimėgavimą natūralios gamtos teikiamais malonumais; pabūti nuošalioje, triukšmo netrikdomoje aplinkoje; pabūti senove dvelkiančioje... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the thesis is to evaluate quality of country tourism services. The paper is aimed to determine expectations of the potential users of country tourism services towards service quality. The paper attempts to define the priority of assessment criteria of country tourism service quality manifested by users and to determine standard assessment criteria. It is also aimed to analyze factors that mostly influence expectations of users of country tourism services towards service quality and describe assessment of users towards expected and experienced service quality. The study also aims at offering marketing criteria that will foster tourism development in Lithuania and increase satisfaction of users with quality of provided services. During the present research 96 users of country tourism services have been inquired in Kaunas city. The results showed that country tourism services are popular enough and the users are satisfied with their quality because they order these services repeatedly. Young people mostly up to 30 use these services. There is a lack of publicity about country tourism services or it cannot reach the potential users. SUMMARY The master’s degree study , called “The assessment of patient flow and posture towards the quality of services in a civic health center” has an objective to analyze the alterations of patient flow in the health center from 1999 to 2003 as well to rate their posture towards the quality of services they get. The study consists of three parts. The theoretical guesswork of patient flow and posture towards the quality of services in the civic health center is analyzed in the first part of the study. The enhanced information statement analysis of Šeškinė civic health center during the period between 1999 and 2003, including the computation of dynamical parameters and designating the trends by the specialties, was made in the second part of this study. The empirical results of the trial are presented in the third part. It comes to a conclusion that the unified quality of service rating system, which lets timely identify the problems of the service and effectively eliminate the demerit, is missing in the health care institutions; the national health care institutions do not orient towards the client demands, the sociological researches, about the satisfaction of patients with the level of services offered, aren’t performed. Darbe atlikta teorinė asmenų po kojų amputacijos gyvenimo kokybės kaita dėl dalyvavimo sportinėje veikloje analizė. Iškelta hipotezė, kad asmenys, patyrę kojų amputacijas, ir dalyvaujantys sportinėje veikloje pasižymi geresne gyvenimo kokybe nei tie, kurie sportinėje veikloje dalyvauja nereguliariai. Anketinės apklausos metodu buvo atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas - įvertinti sporto vaidmenį (reikšmę) asmenų patyrusių kojų amputaciją, gyvenimo kokybės kaitai. Atlikta statistinė (aprašomoji koreliacijos ryšio (r) testo) duomenų analizė. Tyrime dalyvavo asmenys patyrę kojų amputaciją šlaunies lygyje, po amputacijos praėjęs laikas ne trumpesnis nei treji metai, užsiimantis sportine veikla nemažiau nei vieneri metai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjama asmenų, patyrusių, kojos amputaciją, gyvenimo kokybės rodiklių raišką, patyrusių kojos amputaciją, dalyvavimo sporte poveikį gyvenimo kokybės kaitai, gyvenimo kokybės rodiklių kaitą priklausomai nuo dalyvavimo sporte intensyvumo. 1. Nustatyta, kad gana didelė lankančių sporto klubus fiziškai neįgaliųjų yra vieniši (19%), turintys mažas pajamas (44%), gyvenantys prastai pritaikytuose būstuose (56%), turintys vidurinį ar spec.vidurinį išsilavinimą(58%), nepakankamai geros sveikatos būklės (19%), nejaučiantys pasitenkinimo gyvenimu (19%) 2. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The work presents theoretical analysis of life change of people with leg amputation and their participation in sports activities. The hypothesis shows that people who faced leg amputation and take part in sports activities have a better quality of life than those, who sport not regularly. Due to the method of questionnaire, a research was done and its purpose was to evaluate the role of sport in the life of people with leg amputation. Also, there is a statistical analysis of data. The research included people who faced the leg amputation in the level of a thigh. The period after amputation was not less than 3 years, and the person had to be involved in sports not less than 1 year. The empiric approach reveals the index of the life quality of people with leg amputation, it also shows the role of sports for the quality of life, the changes in life quality due to the intensity of sports activities. 1. Kaimo turizmas yra sudėtinė Lietuvos turizmo dalis, o apgyvendinimas – viena svarbiausių paslaugų kaimo turizmo versle. 2013 metais Kauno regione įregistruota 84 kaimo turizmo sodyba. Augantiems įvairių paslaugų ir klientų keliamiems reikalavimams svarbu aukštesnės kokybės kaimo turizmo paslaugos. Kokybės klientų priemonė yra susijusi su individualiais kriterijais ir matmenimis. SERVQUAL kaip dažniausiai naudojamas metodas matavimo paslaugų kokybei bei palyginti klientų lūkesčiams prieš paslaugų susidurti ir jų suvokimu faktiškai teikiamoms paslaugoms, todėl požiūris galėtų įvertinti paslaugų kokybę iš lankytojo perspektyvos. In 2013 there were registered 84 country tourism homesteads in Kaunas region. Country tourism services of higher quality are important for increasing requirements of clients and different services. The mean of quality clients is related to individual criteria and measurements. SERVQUAL is the mostly used method for measurement ofservices’ quality and comparison of clients’ expectations before the services provided and theirperception of services actually provided, therefore the viewpoint could evaluate the quality of services from perspective of a visitor.
