Stavebně technologický projekt bytového domu ve Velké Bíteši / Construction technology project of the apartment building in Velká Bíteš

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technology project of an apartment building in Velká Bíteš. The thesis contains a technical reports, construction technology study, coordination situation, time schedule and financial plan of the building in the structure of individual construction object, time schedule of the main building, solution of transport routes, technological regulation for the ventilated facade, control and test plan of the ventilated facade. Furthermore, a design of the construction site equipment is prepared, including a technical report, Occupational Health and Safety on the construction site for the superstructure construction phase, budget for the superstructure construction phase and a comparison of variants of the ceiling structure. Finally, a comparison of lifting mechanisms, LEED certification and assessment of photovoltaic facades is processed.

Диссертация на тему «Разработка новых конструкций реверсивных шестеренных насосов для систем смазки возвратно-вращательных механизмов экскаваторов» содержит 95 страниц текста, рисунков – 49, формул – 22, использованных источников – 18, иллюстрационный альбом, включающий 15 листов формата А1 графической части. Ключевые слова: системы смазки, реверсивные механизмы, реверсивный насос, шестеренный насос, консистентная смазка, циркуляционная смазка, карьерные экскаваторы, привод поворота, привод подъемной лебедки. Предмет исследования: проблемы систем смазки современных карьерных экскаваторов. Цель работы: разработка схемы и конструкции насоса, обеспечивающего бесперебойную подачу смазывающего вещества при постоянном реверсировании его ведущего вала. Итогом работы является разработка двух концептуальных вариантов шестеренного реверсивного насоса для узлов, совершающих возвратно-вращательные движений. Насосы могут работать от основного привода, без использования дополнительного двигателя. Так же в работе представлен пример использования данных насосов в узлах карьерного экскаватора ЭКГ-20, таких как редуктор подъемной лебедки и редуктор привода поворота с расчетом параметров насоса для последнего. В процессе работы над диссертацией была оформлена заявка на патент на полезную модель «Реверсивный шестеренный насос». Заявка зарегистрирована в Роспатенте с приоритетом от 23.04.2019. Регистрационный номер заявки 2019112339. / The dissertation on the theme "Development of new designs of reversible gear pumps for lubrication systems of return-rotational mechanisms of excavators" contains 95 pages of text, figures – 49, formulas – 22, used sources – 18, an illustrative album, including 15 sheets of A1 format of the graphic part. Key words: lubrication system, reversing mechanisms, a reversible pump, gear pump, grease lubrication, circulating lubrication, mining shovels, swing drive, the drive of the lifting winch. Subject of research: problems of lubrication systems of modern mining excavators. The purpose of the work: development of the scheme and design of the pump, ensuring uninterrupted supply of lubricant with constant reversal of its drive shaft. The result of the work is the development of two conceptual variants of the gear reversible pump for units performing reciprocating movements. Pumps can operate from the main drive, without the use of an additional engine. Also the paper presents an example of the use of these pumps at the nodes of a mining shovel EKG-20, such as reducer lift winch, and the gear drive rotation calculation of pump parameters for the latter. In the process of working on the thesis was issued a patent application for a utility model "Reversible gear pump". Application to patent with priority of 23.04.2019. Registration number of the application 2019112339. The practical usefulness of the work lies in the fact that this pump is ready for use in many areas of engineering, as shown by the example of mining equipment.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.

Parent Company Liability for Torts of Subsidiaries : A Comparative Study of Swedish and UK Company Law with Emphasis on Piercing the Corporate Veil and Implications for Victims of Torts and Human Rights Violations

The gas leak disaster in Bhopal, India, in 1984 illustrates a situation of catastrophe and mass torts resulting in loss of life and health as well as environmental degradation. The Indian company Union Carbide India Limited, who owned and operated the chemical plant that caused the disaster, did not have sufficient assets to compensate the victims in contrast to its financially well-equipped US parent company Union Carbide Corporation. The courts never reached a decision regarding parent company liability for the subsidiary’s debts arising from tort claims against the subsidiary. However, where the subsidiary cannot satisfy its tort creditors, as in the Bhopal case, questions regarding parent company liability become highly relevant in relation to both foreign and domestic subsidiaries. Therefore, parent company liability for subsidiaries’ torts is discussed in this thesis with reference to Swedish and UK company law and with a focus on the tort creditors’ situation and the business and human rights debate. From limited liability for shareholders and each company being a separate legal entity follows that a parent company is not liable for its subsidiaries’ debts in neither Swedish nor UK company law. These concepts serve the important function of facilitating risk-taking and entrepreneurial activities. However, they also contribute to the problem of uncompensated tort victims arising where a subsidiary is involved in liability- producing activities but lacks assets to compensate the tort victims. Where limited liability and each company being a separate legal entity leads to particularly inappropriate results, the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil in both Sweden and the UK allows the court to disregard the separate legal personalities and hold the parent company liable for its subsidiary’s acts or omissions. The doctrine is characterised by uncertainty and is seemingly only available under exceptional circumstances. The doctrine does little to mitigate the problems for subsidiaries’ tort creditors at large. The business and human rights debate calls for access to judicial remedies for victims of businesses’ human rights violations. As some human rights violations can form the basis of a tort claim, it is relevant to discuss parent company liability according to company law in relation to human rights violations. The United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights emphasise the need to ensure that corporate law does not prevent access to judicial remedies. However, the company law regulation of liability in company groups seems in practice to function as an obstacle for access to judicial remedies for human rights victims, particularly when also considering the inadequate legal regimes in some host states and the hurdles of jurisdiction and applicable law in multinational company groups. It is concluded in this thesis that the company law regulation of liability in company groups is seemingly not equipped to meet the challenges arising with the development of company groups, the global reach of the private business sector, the risks of mass torts and the influence of the business sector on human rights.

The aim of the master’s thesis was t odevelop alternative solutions supporting steel structure of the railway bridge on the undermined area. The range of single fields were chosen based on the location of existing substructures. Reducing the width of bridge openings were not allowed. Based on the geodetic survey plans were drawn up clear of the current state. On the basis of specifications for developing a detailed process was chosen variant Gerber’s beam reinforced with an arch in mean field. For this variant was performed structural analysis of the main parts of the main structure of the bridge, which was calculated with the effects of undermining. For variant Gerber’s beam were made clear drawings and drawing details of the selected steel bridge construction (new state). Further, detailed analysis of selected structural detail was made. Specifically, connecting rod to the main beam, which was designed optimal shape and thickness of the joints plate with a suitable radius of the firing to avoid plastification of the material in this area. Variant of the continuous beam without joints was prepared to. It has been observed, what is the effect of undermining on the stress in the construction of the bridge - was confronted with the effects on Gerber’s beam. To reduce stress in the construction of the bridge and compliance of ultimate state of applicability of the main beam has been designed bearing adjustment and after considering several options its implementation too. The economic comparison between the two variants was conducted. The assembling procedure was designed for both types of bridge structures. In the technical report we can read about due to the intention of building a new bridge and further we can find there other important technical information. In conclusion of the master’s thesis there has been recommended for the construction specific variant – from the perspective of an investor, and from the static aspect-view of the designer.

The final thesis is focused on construction of the complex Milmar s.r.o. company, specifically, it focuses on the construction technology project of the SO02 Production Hall building. Diploma thesis detail solved through technological regulations prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton construction of the hall and then implement concrete floors with infill. For the construction of the hall, an itemized budget was prepared with a statement of area, time schedule, health and safety plan, design of construction supply and assessment of transport routes, the main construction mechanisms were selected and variants of the main construction mechanisms, control and test plans were assessed. An accompanying and technical report, a construction technology study, and the sustainability certification of the LEED 2009 system were prepared for the entire construction. The text and drawing part was prepared according to the assignment of the diploma thesis.
